Abstract

This study  to analyze the fundamental factors that influence the company's stock returns, earnings per share (EPS), return on assets (ROA) and stock returns on four samples of computer service sub-sector companies and other devices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 - 2017, which produced twenty observations. The analysis technique used in this study is to use multiple linear regression models, which are then used to analyze data and test research hypotheses. The research hypothesis was analyzed using simultaneous test and partial test with a significance level of five percent. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous earnings per share and return on assets have a significant effect on stock returns. Partially return on assets has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, while earnings per share has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns in computer service and other equipment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Kata Kunci: Earning per share, return on assets, stock return

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the work motivation of employees of the Finance Section of the Samarinda Regional Secretariat and to see the variables that affect the performance of employees in carrying out their daily duties. This study was conducted on 31 respondents from the population of employees who were the object of research by distributing questionnaires to respondents at the Finance Section of the Daearah Secretariat of Samarinda City.The variables studied were all independent variable factors (X) that affect employee motivation, consisting of; Physiological needs (X1), security (X2), social needs (X3), appreciation (X4), and self-actualization (X5), while the dependent variable is work performance (Y). The research method used for data analysis is descriptive quantitative method through multiple linear regression models assisted by SPSS software.The results of the analysis of this study concluded that; Simultaneously the independent variables consisting of: physiological needs (X1), security (X2), social needs (X3), appreciation (X4), and self-actualization (X5) proved to have a significant effect on employee motivation. Partially, the security variable is a variable that has a dominant influence on the work performance of the Finance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Samarinda.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok perusahaan pertambangan melalui tingkat rasio pembayaran deviden kas terhadap pemegang saham atau investor pada perusahaan tambang yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas yang berupa terbukti Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI), dan Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh secara simultan dan Devidend Payout Ratio (DPR). Secara parsial, variabe Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) adalah variabel yang berpengaruh dominan dan signifikan terhadap Devidend Payout Ratio (DPR) pada perusahaan tambang yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Kata kunci : Current Ratio(CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI), dan Return On Equity (ROE).
