Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of store atmosphere and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at LaBuana Resto & Cafe Makassar. This study uses quantitative methods with the number of respondents being 98 visitors at LaBuana Resto & Café Makassar. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results of the calculation of the Store atmosphere variable (X1) on average of 4.06 which means most respondents agree on the statement items store atmosphere. While the results of the variable (X2) Word of mouth on average of 4.16, which means that most of the respondents agree with the statement items. The results showed that store atmosphere and word of mouth had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Labuan Cafe & Restaurant Makassar, as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05. This proves that the store atmosphere and word of mouth have an effect on purchasing decisions at LaBuana Resto & Cafe Makassar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee discipline at IPDN Sumedang Regency. Based on the research results, it is known that there are problems with employee work discipline, namely disobeying time regulations and disobeying behavioral rules at work. The research method used by researchers is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The number of respondents in this study was 30 people. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used consist of validity tests, reliability tests and simple linear regression tests. Based on the results of research and observations made by researchers regarding the influence of organizational culture (X) on employee discipline (Y), it is 0.627 if the percentage is 62.7%. Based on these analyses, the hypothesis that the author proposes is that there is a positive influence between the Organizational Culture variable and the Employee Discipline variable at the Institute of Internal Government (IPDN) Sumedang Regency, which can be accepted and proven to be true. After conducting research by distributing questionnaires, observations and interviews, regarding the Influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Discipline at IPDN Sumedang Regency, the researcher has a suggestion, namely that IPDN needs to implement an organizational culture that always prioritizes discipline, productivity and effectiveness.

Abstract

The researcher wants to know if financial literacy can influence saving behavior in Pasar Kiaracondong, Bandung City, by using lifestyle as a moderating variable. The quantitative method was used by the researcher. The data used are of the primary variety. The study's population consisted of 115 female business actors who ran a kiosk in Bandung's Pasar Kiaracondong. Using 53 respondents from the target population in a number of samples. The distribution of online and offline questionnaires was used to collect data using a simple random sampling technique. Path analysis was used in conjunction with the WarpPls 7.0 software. As a result of the test results, financial literacy variables have a positive effect on lifestyle, lifestyle has a positive effect on saving behavior, financial literacy has a positive effect on saving behavior, and lifestyle has the ability to mediate the relationship between financial literacy and saving behavior.

Abstract

One of the reasons the government will continue to implement public information disclosure is the public's lack of understanding and knowledge about government service programs. As one of the government agencies that provides public services, the Bandung Industrial Training Center uses social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp as marketing media to provide information and market the Business Incubator program. According to Gunelius, the concept of implementing Social Media Marketing is used to analyze the implementation of Social Media Marketing, namely Content Creation, Content Sharing, Connecting, and Community Building. The goal of this study is to identify and analyze how the Bandung Industrial Training Center uses Social Media Marketing to promote the Business Incubator program. The descriptive qualitative research method was used, as well as the constructivism paradigm. The Bandung Industrial Training Center, according to the findings, implemented four critical elements that contributed to the success of Social Media Marketing: Content Creation, Content Sharing, Connecting, and Community Building. However, the application in the three social media platforms remains unbalanced, and the use of features in each social media platform is inefficient. This article uses terms such as business incubator, public service, and social media marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence on how Human capital and organizational justice may influence managerial performance directly and through innovative behavior. The research model was constructed using the organizational justice Theory perspective. The research population was account representatives at all Primary Tax Service Offices in South Sulawesi. Purposive sampling method was applied to determine respondents for data collection. The data collection method was carried out through an online survey. Data analysis were carried out using multiple regression and path analysis. The results of the study indicate that both Human capital and organizational justice have significant effect on innovative behavior. Furthermore, Human capital has a significant effect on managerial performance. However, conversely, organizational justice does not have a significant effect on managerial performance. Further findings reveal that innovative behavior mediates the influence of both Human capital and organizational justice on managerial performance.

Abstract

Maranatha Christian University is a university that is currently growing with a large number of employees. So it is necessary to evaluate the four factors. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between workload, intellectual intelligence, and emotional intelligence on employee performance. The results of the research will be used as a basis for determining the Institute's decisions in the placement of employees and balancing the workload in related departments. The results of the research will be used as material for study in decision making and mapping of human resources according to the performance of each employee. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach with a data collection tool using a questionnaire on 81 respondents carried out randomly (random sampling). Keywoard: Workload, Performance, Emotional intelligence, Intellectual Intelligence,Correlation.
