Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which supports the Consumer Confidence and Buying Experience of Interest in Buying online. The number of samples used was 55 people selected using Non-Probability Sampling using the Accidental Sampling techinique through a shared questionnaire using the Google Form Application and the contens of the people who live in Sangatta. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis, using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The results of multiple linear regression analysis namely, Y = 0.489 + 0.672 X1 + 0.485 X2. The most influential independent variable on the dependent variabel is Consumer Confidence (0.672), Purchasing Experience (0.485). t test results show that Consumer Confidence and Purchasing Experience have a positive and significant effect on Puchase Interest. The Coefficient of determination obtained from the independent variables in this study was 77.8 percent. While the remaining 22.2 percent was influenced by other variabels outside the research model. Keywords : Consumer Confidence, Purchasing Experience and Buying Interest

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the amount of wages provided by the company to improve the welfare of daily casual employees in accordance with this study entitled "Analysis of Wages in Improving the Welfare of Daily Casual Employees at PT Gunta Samba". Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires, the sample used in this study was 75 daily freelance employees at PT Gunta Samba. Overall, the welfare indicators provided by the type of economy and services are quite good in terms of improving the welfare of daily casual employees at PT Gunta Samba

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the analysis of free shipping and discounts for millennials during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population observed in this study is the Sangatta community, which are millennials, namely people with an age range of 20-40 years who use the formula from Hair and produce 50 respondents. Testing and data processing were carried out using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application program. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires while secondary data was obtained from various sources such as journals and books

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran industri kreatif dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi komunitas di Kalimantan Timur. Industri kreatif di wilayah ini, yang terdiri dari berbagai subsektor seperti kerajinan tangan, seni pertunjukan, kuliner, dan desain, dianggap memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode survei dan wawancara mendalam kepada 100 pelaku industri kreatif serta pihak terkait, termasuk pemerintah daerah dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan industri kreatif telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru, meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, serta melestarikan budaya lokal. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh pelaku industri kreatif, seperti akses permodalan yang terbatas, kurangnya dukungan pemerintah, dan rendahnya kapasitas manajemen usaha. Kesimpulannya, pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui pengembangan industri kreatif di Kalimantan Timur memiliki potensi besar, namun memerlukan dukungan yang lebih kuat dari berbagai pihak untuk mencapai keberlanjutan dan dampak yang lebih luas. Kata kunci: pemberdayaan ekonomi, industri kreatif, pengembangan komunitas, kewirausahaan.
