Abstract

Narapidana yang sedang mengalami hukuman memperoleh hak sebagai warga negara termasuk dalam bidang kesehatan. Hal ini diamanatkan dalam pasal 25 ayat (1) DUHAM. Dengan demikian, kegiatan perawatan berupa layanan kesehatan bagi narapidana merupakan hak mendasar bagi mereka. Pemenuhan hak pelayanan kesehatan narapidana diatur dalam pasal 14 ayat (1) huruf d UU Nomor 12. Tahun 1995 Tentang Pemasyarakatan yang berbunyi bahwa narapidana memiliki hak dalam memperoleh perawatan, dukungan kesehatan dan makanan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan Analisis Lingkungan Strategis Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Klaten. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Lapas Kelas IIB Klaten menunjukkan strategi agresif yang terletak pada kuadran I sehingga Lapas Kelas IIB Klaten dapat mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan yang telah dilakukan dengan memaksimalkan seluruh faktor kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada.

Abstract

leadership and work discipline is a unity that must be owned by correctional officers. These two aspects have an impact on the performance of officers in prisons. This scientific article was created study to explain the transformational leadership influence on the work discipline of officers in The Correctional Institution Class IIB Klaten. Researchers used quantitative methods. Research instruments in the form of questionnaires with a Likert scale that has previously been conducted validity and reliability tests. Population as well as research sample as many as 85 respondents. The data obtained was analyzed using parametric statistics, which is a spss 20 application-assisted t test. The results of this study indicate that all coefficients of positive value with regression equations namely Y = 0.301 + 0.970X that can be stated that transformational leadership affects the discipline of the officer's work positively and significantly with the direction of exchange that is directly proportional to the coefficient X that is positive value. The coefficient of determination or R square (r2) obtained from the results of this study amounted to 0.716. The results explained that transformational leadership variables have an influence and explain the work discipline variable by 71.6%. The results of this research are expected to be information as well as considerations to optimize leadership skills and discipline in working for prison officers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is essential in the public service sector because satisfaction an employees are the key to providing high quality service, which very important in determining the success of the organization. Theoretically, proactive personality contributes to a higher job satisfaction over time through three essential features, which is that it’s self-initiative, is change-oriented, and a focus on the future. The purpose of this study was to know the impact of proactive personality on employee job satisfaction at the Class IIB Klaten Correctional Insttitution. This study uses quantitative research methods with a non-probability sample technique of 80 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire distributed via google form. There are 47 statements that are used as indicators in this study. The data analysis technique was carried out through descriptive analysis tests, simple linear regression tests, significance tests and determination tests which were processed using IBM SPSS software version 22. The results showed that the independent variable, namely proactive personality, had a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction. with the results of the t arithmetic significance test of 6.342 > t table 1.991. The results of the determination test were obtained with an R square value of 0.34 which indicates that the proactive personality variable has an influence of 34% on the job satisfaction variable, while the remaining 66% is influenced by other variables not described in this study. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between proactive personality and job satisfaction in the Class IIB Klaten Correctional Institution
