Abstract

Hasil pertandingan selain sebagai dasar dalam pengembilan keputusan pemenang, juga sebagai bentuk informasi kepada pelatih dan atlet apakah teknik yang telah diberikan efektif dalam memperoleh nilai ketika bertanding. Dengan gerakan efektif dan efisien, maka dapat menghasilkan bentuk serangan yang maksimal sehingga mampu memperoleh nilai tertinggi. Selain itu, Hasil pertandingan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi terhadap teknik yang paling dominan dalam menghasilkan nilai. Peneliti ingin menganalisis hasil pertandingan pada Kejuaraan Pencak Silat Piala DANDIM CUP III Tahun 2019 Kabupaten Nganjuk. Melalui analisis yang dilakukan diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi dalam bentuk informasi data ilmiah kepada Atlet, Pelatih, dan Pengurus IPSI Kabupaten Nganjuk. Dengan banyaknya data dari berbagai aspek diharapkan dapat meningkatkan prestasi pencak silat di IPSI Kabupaten Nganjuk. Berdasarkan serangkaian hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Tidak semua kontingen mengirimkan atlet di tiap kelas yang dipertandingkan sehingga terdapat kelas yang kosong, seperti kelas J dan kelas Bebas, (2) skor pertandingan rata-rata yang sering muncul yaitu perolehan dengan angka 5 vs 0 dengan persentase 60%, 4 vs 1 dengan persentase 14%, 3 vs 2 dengan persentase sebesar 11%. Selanjutnya sebesar 4% diskualifikasi, 8% undur diri, 2% kemenangan teknik, dan keputusan kemenangan akibat Wasit Menghentikan Pertandingan sebesar 1%. Disarankan perlu untuk mencari bibit-bibit atlet untuk dapat mengisi kelas-kelas yang dipertandingan, pelatih harus tanggap dan merespon ketika terjadi cidera dalam pertandingan, serta panitia penyelenggara selanjutnya perlu menambah nomor pertangingan yaitu kategori Tunggal.

Abstract

Bodyweight training using Tabata method is used as an alternative to keep physical fitness in a short duration. The research on the effectiveness of bodyweighty training using Tabata method to improve physical fitness of new students of 2016-2017 academic year in Sport Coaching Education Department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of PGRI Adibuana Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to give students solution to  improve and maintain their physical fitness condition that they can perform daily activities maximally. This is an experimental research using one groups pre-test - post-test design, where pretest is given before treatment and posttest after the treatment. The instruments of this research are; MFT (Multistage Fitness Test) to know VO2 max, and test of endurance and muscle strength including: (1) sit up and pull up test; (2) grip strength test, used to measure the hand muscles; (3) back dynamometer, used to measure the back muscles strength; and (4) leg dynamometer, used to measure leg muscle strength.The data analysis technique uses t-test. T-test statistical analysis is conducted to find out whether there is a significant improvement in bodyweight training using Tabata method to improve  new students’ physical fitness in 2016-2017 academic year. The result of the research shows that Ho (Null hypothesis) is  accepted, with score of -6,99192 2,04523. The score of Fobserved is -6,99192 in which Critical score of two-tail (t-table) is 2.04523. Thus, it shows that Ho (Null hypothesis) is accepted, meaning bodyweight training using Tabata method is effective to improve physical fitness of sport coaching education department students in faculty of teacher training and education, University of PGRI Adibuana Surabaya. Therefore, it can be concluded that bodyweight training using Tabata method can improve physical fitness of sport coaching education department students in faculty of teacher training and education, university of PGRI Adibuana Surabaya. ABSTRAK Bodyweight training dengan metode tabata digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk aktifitas fisik agar kebugaran jasmani terjaga tanpa harus menggunakan durasi waktu yang panjang. Penelitian tentang efektifitas latihan bodyweighty training dengan menggunakan metode tabata untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani dilakukan pada mahasiswa baru angkatan 2016-2017 Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga, Fakultas Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas PGRI Adibuana Surabaya. Melalui penelitian ini  diharapkan mampu memaksimalkan dan sekaligus memberi solusi kepada mahasiswa untuk dapat selalu melakukan aktifitas fisik agar dapat meningkatkan dan menjaga kondisi kebugaran jasmani sehingga mahasiswa mampu melakukan aktifitas sehari-hari dengan maksimal dan lebih berkualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu one groups pretest-posttest design, desain penelitian yang terdapat pretest sebelum diberi perlakuan dan posttest setelah diberi perlakuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu: MFT (Multistage Fitness Test) untuk mengetahui VO2Max, tes daya tahan dan kekuatan otot meliputi: (1). tes  sit up, pull up, (2). Grip strength tes, digunakan untuk mengukur otot-otot tangan, (3). back dynamometer,digunakan untuk mengukur kekuatan otot punggung, (4). Leg dynamometer, digunakan untuk mengukur kekuatan otot tungkai. Teknik analisisi data menggunakan Uji t. Analisis statistik dengan Uji t dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan yang segnifikan efektifitas latihan bodyweight training dengan menggunakan metode tabata untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa baru angkatan Tahun 2016-2017 Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga FKIP Universitas PGRI Adibuana Surabaya. Setelah dilakukan analisis data maka hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Ho diterima, hal itu dikarena -6,99192 2,04523, maka Ho diterima.Kesimpulan yang didapat pada tabel di atas adalah t Stat adalah Fh (F hitung) yaitu -6,99192 dengan t Critical two-tail (t-tabel) yaitu 2,04523. Data di atas menunjukkan bahwa Ho diterima, artinya latihan bodyweight dengan metode Tabata efektif untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani Mahasiswa PKO FKIP Universitas PGRI Adibuana Surabaya. Berdasasrkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, latihan bodyweight dengan metode Tabata dapat meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani Mahasiswa PKO FKIP Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya.

Abstract

The results of observations that have been made to third grade students at SD Ngingas Minu Waru Midu Gedangan Sidoarjo, there are still many students who are less than optimal in practicing locomotor movements. This can be seen in the results of the assessment of the locomotor range of motion. The purpose of the action research is the application of game modifications using cone media in order to improve locomotor learning outcomes for students at SD Ngingas Minu Waru Midu Gedangan Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is to use a classroom action research design with 2 cycles. The population and sample of the study were 25 grade III students. The research was carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that there was an increase in locomotor movement learning outcomes after applying the game modification with cone media. The increase in learning outcomes occurred in cycle 2 with a percentage of 88% entering the Completed criteria. Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that the application of game modifications with cone media can improve locomotor learning outcomes for third grade students of SD Ngingas Minu Waru Midu Gedangan Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The Management System for Professional Certification Institution in Higher Education prepares students for work. Professional Certification Institution also promotes competency certification as a means of student competency recognition. Studying the competency certification mechanism at Professional Certification Institutions-P1 in Higher Education is necessary. This study examined the advantages and disadvantages of Professional Certification Institution-P1 management in higher education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects of this study were the Professional Certification Institution-P1 Head, Certification Manager, and Quality Manager. Research data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using triangulation to provide valid data. An interactive analysis model analyzed triangulated data (Interactive model analysis). While, Interviews, observations, and documentation provided a general description of the Professional Certification Institution's competence certification mechanism, which follows professional certification body number 04/BNSP.305/ X/2013 concerning the test guidelines. In addition, higher education institutions are developing Professional Certification Institution management by increasing the number and quality of assessors for competency test activities and certification schemes. The National Education Education Standards Agency (BNSP) guidelines and university leaders' support have guided management's advantages and disadvantages. The Professional Certification Institution-P1 needs to conduct more socialization on students for competency test participation. Thus, it can be concluded that this study shows that East Java universities generally follow National Education Standards Agency guidelines for managing Professional Certification Institutions.

Abstract

Stroke Frequency (SF), Stroke Rate (SR), Stroke Length (SL) and Swimming Velocity (SV) in athletes are basic abilities that must be possessed to improve performance, so it is important to carry out kinematic analysis to determine the level of these basic technical abilities. This study aims to determine the kinematics of 100 m breaststroke swimming in male senior athlete participants in the 2023 Surabaya Mayor's Cup. Method: Data collection on men's 100 m breaststroke swimmers at the 2023 Surabaya Mayor's Cup event using a Sony Rx-10 Mark IV camera. After that, the data was analyzed descriptively quantitatively in the SPSS version 26 . Results: Data analysis shows the following results: SF at a distance of 25-50 m has an average of 13,9000 (strokes), at 75-100 m has an average value of 16,4000 (strokes) SL at 25-50 meters has an average -The average is 1.8400 with a frequent result of 2.08 (meters/cycle) then at 75-100 meters it has an average of 1.5480 and a frequent result of 1.47 (meters/cycle). While the SR at 25-50m has an average of 45.6100 (cycles/second) at 75-100 m has an average of 51.5950 (cycles/second). Conclusion: the results can be concluded that the most influential thing is muscle strenght, even though the SL decreases, the SR increases which causes the SV get better.
