Abstract

The results of this experiment can be seen the effect of the combination of spacing and phosphate fertilizer on the growth and yield of sesame (Sesamun Indicum L), Varieties Sumberrejo-1. The experiment was carried out in Mekarjaya Gantar Village, Indramayu - West Java, in July - November 2021. The experimental method was Randomized Block Design (RAK) with a combination pattern, with two treatments repeated three times, namely the combination treatment of phosphate fertilizer application (100 kg/ha, 150 kg/ha, 200 kg/ha) with spacing treatments (25 cm x 50 cm, 25 cm x 60 cm, and 25 cm x 70 cm). The experimental data were processed using linear model statistical tests, analysis of variance, and Scott-knot cluster further test analysis. The correlation between treatment with growth components and sesame yield was used Product Moment correlation coefficient. The experimental results showed: (1) The combined treatment of distance and phosphate showed plant height at 14 HST, leaf number at 14 HST, and seed weight per clump, but did not affect plant height at 28 HST and 42 HST, leaf number at 28 HST. and 42 HST, stem diameter, root compaction, leaf area index, plant growth rate, fruit number per clump, fruit number per plot, fruit weight per cluster, fruit weight per plot, 1000 seeds, and seed weight per plot ( 2) The highest seed weight of each plot was produced by a combination of treatments F, which was 25 x 60 cm and phosphate 200kg/ha with an average weight of 1.03 kg (together with 1,715 tan/ha), (3) There was a significant correlation between plant height and leaf number at 28 HST and 42 HST with seed weight of each plot in the strong category. However, there was no significant correlation between plant height and leaf number at 14 HST with seed weight in each plot with weak and simple categories.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Danawinangun, Kecamatan Klangenan, Kabupaten Cirebon, Provinsi Jawa Barat, Pada bulan Mei 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Return Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio), (2) Break Even Point (BEP), (3) Return of Investment (ROI) usaha industri kecil tahu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. Satuan analisis penelitian adalah industri kecil yang melaksanakan usaha tahu. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan responden menggunakan daftar pertanyaan, dan data sekunder diperoleh dari instansi yang ada kaitannya dengan penelitian ini. Data yang dihasilkan dianalisis secara deskrptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa usaha industri kecil tahu di Desa Danawinangun, Kecamatan Klangenan, Kabupaten Cirebon, layak untuk diusahakan dilihat dari: (1) Nilai R/C 1,46 berarti pengusaha industri kecil tahu layak untuk diusahakan, (2) Nilai BEP Produksi 26 kg/produksi, sedangkan tahu yang dihasilkan 27,5 kg/produksi berarti pengusaha industri kecil tahu layak untuk diusahakan, (3) Nilai BEP Harga Rp 11.251 per papan-, sedangkan harga jual Rp.24.000 per papan berarti pengusaha industri kecil tahu layak untuk diusahakan, (4) Nilai ROI sebesar 49% sedangkan bunga bank yang berlaku 1% per bulan berarti pengusaha industri kecil tahu layak untuk diusahakan.Kata Kunci : Analisis, Kelayakan usaha, Industri tahu.

Para pelaku penyuluhan dituntut bekerja keras dan peka terhadap masyarakat. Tujuanutama dari penyelenggaraan penyuluhan adalah bagaimana menanamkan pada diri masyarakat agardapat mandiri dan berani mencoba sesuatu yang baru tanpa harus terpaku pada pengetahuan danpengalaman yang didapat dari orang tua atau masyarakat sekitar sehingga dapat menghapuskan rasaketergantungan kepada pelaksana penyuluhan selaku pembimbing.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh bentuk komunikasi interpersonal,komunikasi kelompok dan komunikasi massa yang dilakukan oleh penyuluh pertanian terhadap tingkatadopsi inovasi teknologi pascapanen. (2) Untuk mengetahui bentuk komunikasi penyuluhan pertanianyang tepat agar tercapainya adopsi inovasi teknologi pascpapanenPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di Gapoktan Nyi Mas Baduran di Desa Suranenggala KulonKecamatan Suranenggala Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2017sampai Februari 2018. Metode dan jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptifdengan teknik survey. Teknis pengumpulan data yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancaradan kuesioner, dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data yang diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan dandata dari instansi atau lembaga yang berkaitan dengan penelitian.Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda (1) Variabel Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh nyataterhadap tingkat adopsi inovasi teknologi pascapanen, dengan hasil uji regresi linier berganda yangmemiliki nilai sig = 0,002 yang artinya 0,002 < 0,05 dan mempunyai nilai B = 0,691. (2) VariabelKomunikasi kelompok berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat adopsi inovasi teknologi pascapanen,dengan hasil uji regresi linier berganda yang memiliki nilai sig = 0,043 yang artinya 0,043 < 0,05 danmempunyai nilai B = 0,62. (3) Variabel Komunikasi Massa berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat adopsiinovasi teknologi pascapanen, dengan hasil uji regresi yang memiliki nilai sig = 0,003 yang artinya0,003 < 0,05 dan memiliki nilai 0,877. (4) Variabel komunikasi interpersonal, komunikasi kelompok,dan komunikasi massa berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat adopsi inovasi teknologi pascapanen padidengan hasil analisis persamaan regresi linier berganda, yaitu : Y = (-1.042) + 0.691 𝑋1 + 0.620 𝑋2 +0.877 𝑋3.

Abstract

One of the steps to inventory/identify regional economic potential is to identify potential, mainstay and superior products of the region in each sub-sector. This research was conducted to find out what commodities are the leading sectors of agriculture in Indramayu Regency as well as changes and shifts in the basic commodities of the agricultural sector in Indramayu Regency. This study uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The research sample consisted of 31 districts. The object of this research is data on the development of agricultural commodities in the Department of Agriculture, Indramayu Regency. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely data on agricultural sector commodity production in Indramayu Regency during the 2015-2019 period. The results showed that: the main commodities of Indramayu Regency in its sub-sector were food crops, namely superior rice in 28 sub-districts, superior green beans in nine districts, peanuts, cassava and sweet potatoes. In four sub-districts, maize and soybeans are superior in three sub-districts, besides that the growth of rice, mango, jackfruit and papaya commodities in Indramayu Regency is included in the advanced or progressive group because of its positive value.

Abstract

Abstract. Citengah Village is an agricultural and agro-tourism area. One of the village's leading potentials is the tea and coffee plantation sector commodities. On average, each family head has land use rights of 0.5 hectares and the average annual production is 200 tons with a price per kg of Rp. 1,500. The tourism sector has potential that also needs to be developed into a regional tourist area. Because the location of the village only has a distance of approximately 8 km from the city center of Sumedang, and is supported by 15 potential tourist attractions. The method of writing the article used is descriptive qualitative, describing and explaining the state of development of Citengah Village through community participation in order to achieve an independent village, especially through agritourism. The results of the activities include training on village superior products such as honey jelly, honey milk candy, honey fried bread, and processed chips. In addition, stunting counseling and increasing community digital literacy through knowledge of the use of SmartWatch in the SIMURNI, WAKEPO, and JKN Mobile programs. Abstrak. Desa Citengah merupakan daerah agraris dan agrowisata. Salah satu potensi unggulan desa yakni komoditi sektor perkebunan teh dan kopi. Rata-rata setiap kepala keluarga memiliki hak guna usaha lahan 0,5 Ha dan produksi rata-rata setiap tahun sebanyak 200 ton dengan harga per kg Rp. 1.500. Sektor pariwisata memiliki potensi yang juga perlu dikembangkan menjadi kawasan wisata regional. Karena lokasi desa hanya memiliki jarak kurang lebih 8 km dari pusat kota Sumedang, dan didukung 15 obyek wisata potensial. Metode penulisan artikel yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, menggambarkan dan memaparkan keadaan pembangunan Desa Citengah melalui partisipasi masyarakat demi tercapainya desa yang mandiri, khususnya melalui agrowisata. Hasil kegiatan antara lain pelatihan produk unggulan desa berupa jelly madu, permen susu madu, roti goreng madu, dan olahan kripik. Selain itu, dilakukan penyuluhan stunting dan peningkatan literasi digital masyarakat melalui pengetahuan penggunaan SmartWatch dalam program SIMURNI, WAKEPO, dan JKN Mobile.

Abstract

Food needs are basic human needs and are one of the topics that always experience development in accordance with paradigm changes and human lifestyles. The growing awareness of the community with the level of education and higher income, demands that the products available in the market can meet their healthy lifestyle standards according to the understanding they get from the information they get around them. Not only must the product, quality and price but the place must also be clean. This study aims to find out: (1) the influence of market conditions on vegetable purchasing decisions. (2) the influence of market location on the purchasing decisions of vegetable consumers. (3) the influence of market conditions and market location on the purchasing decisions of vegetable consumers. The study was conducted from March to May 2023, using a survey method on 60 consumers who were buying vegetables at the Pasalaran Plered Market, Cirebon Regency using questionnaires as a tool to find out information from respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear analysis, t test analysis, f test analysis and coefficient of determination.  The results of this study are, (1) There is a significant influence of market conditions on consumers who buy vegetables. (2) There is a significant influence of market location on consumers who buy vegetables. (3) Based on market conditions and market location simultaneously affect the purchase of vegetables by consumers

Abstract

Field agricultural extension workers are obliged to have learning concepts to support their role as mediators who will be a bridge in the process of diffusion, innovation, and problem solving in an organization. A mediator is expected to mediate what is needed by farmers and help overcome problems that arise and require appropriate solutions in handling them in the field. The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine the influence of the role of field agricultural extension workers as mediators in the availability of capital sources, study programs, technology dissemination, agro-industry, and simultaneous marketing of agricultural products on the success of the Rice Farming program. 2) knowing the influence of the role of field agricultural extension workers as mediators in the availability of capital sources, study programs, technology dissemination, agro-industry, and partial marketing of agricultural products on the success of the Rice Farming program. The research design used in this study is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population used is the Sri Mulya farmer group, Bodesari Village, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency. The section examined is on the effect of the role of field agricultural extension workers as mediators on the success of rice farming programs. The number of samples used was 32 respondents. The study will be conducted in March - May 2023. Data analysis techniques use validity, reliability and regression tests. The results showed that: 1) the influence of the role of field agricultural extension workers as mediators simultaneously (availability of capital sources, study programs, technology dissemination, agro-industry, and marketing of agricultural products) affects the success of the rice farming program. 2) the influence of the role of field agricultural extension workers as partial mediators (availability of capital sources, study programs, technology dissemination, agro-industry, and marketing of agricultural products) on the success of the rice farming program

Abstract

Fruits are one type of annual horticultural plant that is commonly known to the public and consumed as additional food ingredients with good properties for body health. Fruit commodities play an important role in increasing nutritional levels in the food needed by everyone, because in fruits contain many vitamins and minerals which are important nutritional components needed by the body. This study aims to determine the influence between consumer motivation on fruit purchase decisions.  The research location was carried out in Pasar Minggu, Palimanan District, Cirebon Regency from May to June 2023 with the object of research being fruit consumers with a sample of 50 respondents. The design in this study used quantitative methods with data collection using questionnaire instruments. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear analysis, t test analysis, f test analysis and coefficient of determination.  The results of a simple linear regression analysis produce a regression equation that is Y = 13.046 + 0.809X + e which means that every addition of 1% motivation will increase purchasing decisions by 0.809 kg and the value of the coefficient of determination of 0.517 which indicates consumer motivation affects purchasing decisions by 51.7%. The calculated F value of 53.454 is greater than the F table of 4.034, the Significance value of 0.000 is less than the Significance level of 0.050 and the calculated T value of 7.311 is greater than the T table 2.007, thus indicating the influence of consumer motivation on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Consumers in making a decision to buy a product the consumer always considers matters concerning price, packaging, quality, and service. Purchasing decision is an action taken by a consumer to determine a choice from several alternatives available to solve a problem. Customer satisfaction is the level of feeling after comparing perceived performance/results with expectations. So the level of satisfaction is a function of the difference between perceived performance and expectations. If the performance is below expectations, then the customer will be disappointed, if kineja matches or exceeds expectations, then the customer will be very satisfied. The location of the research was carried out at the Cikentrungan Youth Cooperative (Kopeci). Located on Jalan Veteran Kuningan. The research began from May to June 2023 with the object of research, namely Kopeci tofu consumers with a sample of 60 respondents. The design in this study used quantitative methods with data collection using questionnaire instruments. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear analysis, t test analysis, f test analysis and coefficient of determination. The results showed that: (1) Brand image, product quality, and promotion partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that if brand image, product quality, and promotion are improved, it will increase purchasing decisions on tofu kopeci, and (2) There is a simultaneous influence of variables of brand image, product quality and promotion on the decision to buy tofu kopeci. This means that if brand image, product quality and promotion are improved it will improve purchasing decisions on Kopeci tofu.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the financial viability of tempeh home industry businesses by analyzing how production costs affect profitability. The design used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method with a technical survey approach. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and questionnaires (questionnaires). The results of this study are as follows: (1) Total production BEP and BEP business price of Tempe Yayan's home industry business in Lebaksiuh Village, Ciawi District, Kuningan Regency, were analyzed. (2) The R/C ratio analysis was used to analyze the profit and loss of the home industry. (3) The total profit of this home industry was calculated as a function of production costs, BEP price, and total profit. (4) Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted regarding the Profit and Loss Analysis of the Tempe YaYan Home Industry Business, future research could focus on a comparative analysis of financial performance and profitability across different tempay home industry ventures in various regions. The research would provide a broader understanding of best practices and challenges faced by similar businesses, offering valuable insights for both entrepreneurs and policymakers. (5) The research could explore the impact of government support and interventions on the growth and success of home industry enterprises, particularly in terms of capital access, production efficiency, and marketing effectiveness.
