Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management and da'wah strategy of the ISK Air Sengak Rejang Lebong study. The method is by interviewing the leader of the recitation of the ISK Air Sengak Rejang Lebong recitation, using the library, the author using a reference book,documents accompanied by monthly recitation reports to strengthen the data. The results obtained by the author of Islamic preaching are: (a) applying the teachings of tauhid in the content of da'wah, (b) applying to the community about the teachings of Islam so that people understand the teachings of Islam and want to implement them and practice them so that there are changes in daily life (c) applying imprative da'wah to members of social ties, water harmony is carried out in monthly recitation of ISK mingling with the community and other Muslims, especially on Rt.7,8 and 9 Rw.3 Air Sengak Rejang Lebong, (d) Overall management function as planning.So that what is done by members of the ISK orsos can be aimed  at a good path.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan bahwa siswa/siswi SDN 1 Karang Jaya masih banyak yang kurang lancar dalam mengemukakan ide atau gagasannya, dalam proses pengajaran hendaknya seluruh anggota kelas memperhatikan materi yang disampaikan sehingga sedikit-demisedikit dapat dipahami,tetapi ada juga hasil yang kurang memuaskan sehingga kriteria ketuntasan minimal belum tercapai. Penelitian ini memfokuskan penelitian pada kiat yang dilakukan guru bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini berupa deskriptif kualitaif. Sumber data adalah data primer yaitu pihak-pihak yang terkait langsung dalam penelitian ini, yaitu guru bahasa Indonesia, kepala sekolah, guru-guru SDN 1, siswa/i SDN 01 Karang Jaya, dan sumber data sekunder,data wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil telah dapat disimpulkan materi bahasa Indonesia di kelas 1V SDN 01 Karang Jaya dapat penulis jabarkan ketika mengajar Guru jarang memakai media pembelajaran, Kualitas pembelajaran yang masih terbilang rendah, kiat yang diusahakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas 1V SDN 1 Karang Jaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia adalah dengan Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan, menyiapkan perangkat Pembelajaran.dicapai oleh pengajar pada Kelas 1V SDN 1 Karang Jaya ternyata dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatar belakang dari guru yang dinilai sangat penting dalam perkembangan anak dan dunia pendidikan. Segala hal yang dilakukan guru adalah contoh bagi anak-anak oleh sebab itulah guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran perlu dengan lebih efektif seperti menggunakan konsep trilogy Ki Hadjar Dewantara, dimana di konsep ini memuat tiga hal yaitu : Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa dan Tut Wuri Handayani. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen trilogi pendidikan Ki Hadjar dewantara di kelas III serta kendala-kendala dalam penerapan tersebut di SDN 1 Desa Embacang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang dimana menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, metode penelian ini purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian Penerapannya seperti guru memberikan contoh sikap sopan santun serta perilaku baik dilingkungan sekolah dan di luar sekolah. Hanya saja kendala penerapan ini dikarenakan kurangnya timbal balik dari anak. Kendala Pertama masalah ekonomi keluarga,kedua pengaruh teman sebaya,ketiga kurang perhatian orang tua

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the implementation of library management in SD Negeri No. 2 Rejang Lebong Regency. Data analysis techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. To analyze the data that has been obtained, the researchers analyzed qualitative data. The results showed that it was very visible that the students in terms of library administration organizing SDN No. 2 Curup has been implemented but is not ideal, there are still many shortcomings, both in terms of structure and foundations, the library office as far as the administration for library administration is very large, the variety of reading material centers according to the educational program concerned, not adequate and other supporting reference books, implying that the library of SDN No. 2 Curup cannot be expected to progress like the library used by various existing schools, on the grounds that the library of SDN No. 2 Curup is still inadequate with regards to assistance that encourages the best library, both in terms of administration and office other supporters. Therefore, the nature of the library must be improved again with the hope that this library can be utilized and utilized as well as possible by Curup Elementary School students.

Abstract

Karakteristik guru yang memiliki kompetensi sosial adalah berkomunikasi secara santun dan bergaul secara efektif. Kompetensi sosial mengharuskan guru memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dengan siswa. Adapun masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sosial guru di SMP Muara Batang Empu. Ditinjau dari jenis datanya pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun jenis pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang berusaha untuk menuturkan pemecahan masalah yang ada sekarang berdasarkan data-data. Hasil penelitian Manajemen Kepala Sekolah Kompetensi Sosial Guru SMP Muara Batang Empu, yaitu dengan mendengarkan ide / saran dari para guru, Sosialisasi, mengemukakan keinginan dan menjelaskan keinginan, memberikan masukan dan berusaha memecahkan masalah guru, Membagi tugas secara bersama, memberikan teladan, bertindak sesuai dengan kemampuan guru, memberikan perhatian yang lebih terhadap yang rajin, dan Mengikuti pelatihan berkaitan dengan kompetensi sosial guru. Secara keseluruhan dan umum kinerja guru yang menjadi kendala adalah cara mengajar guru kurang disukai/bahkan tidak disukai, bimbingan dan penyuluhan dari guru kurang maksimal, penguasaan guru akan ilmu yang harus disampaikan kurang, cara penyampaian materi yang monoton dan kurang variatif, kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang psikologi anak, perhatian guru tentang latar belakang dan kebutuhan anak kurang, kurang adanya konsep perencanaan yang baik dalam penyusunan program-program untuk memajukan lembaga yang ditanganinya, kepribadian guru yang kurang matang, dan minimnya kreatifitas dan inovasi untuk mengatasi berbagai hambatan yang terjadi dalam lembaga.

Abstract

Principals play an important role in improving teacher work discipline. This is inseparable from the responsibility of the principal as the head of an educational institution. The focus of this research is the principal's strategy for improving teacher discipline, implementing teacher improvement strategies, and evaluating strategies for improving teacher discipline at SDTQ Salsabilah Rejang Lebong. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection methods, namely in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the inductive method with data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and testing. Based on the results of this study, the authors concluded that: (1) The principal's strategy for improving teacher work discipline at SDTQ Salsabilah Rejang Lebong found initial conditions for making plans and in planning or designing the principal held a management meeting and involved all members. (2) Implementation of the principal's strategy in improving teacher discipline at SDTQ Salsabilah Rejang Lebong is carried out by providing prime examples, routine training, motivation, awards, rewards and monitoring processes. (3) Evaluation of the principal's strategy for improving teacher work discipline at SDTQ Salsabilah Rejang Lebong applies internal and external principles.

Abstract

As a producer, quality and food safety are absolute things that every business owner must pay attention to for the products they produce. Small and Medium Industries engaged in the snack or processed food sector that guarantee their products with halal certificates are also required to maintain the existing halal guarantee system with a system recommended by LPPOM MUI, the established halal guarantee system. This study aims to determine the implementation of the management of the halal assurance system for halal-certified small and medium industrial products in Rejang Lebong. Field research and a qualitative approach to data collection methods through interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive by thinking inductively to analyze data that has been collected previously and then described in order to get conclusions from the research. The producer guarantees the halalness of each material used by adjusting it to the materials previously registered with LLPOM MUI. The halal guarantee system implemented by LPPOM for small and medium industries is different from large companies. Company standards, namely halal policies, materials and products. The production process is carried out in a practical and simple way. The various components in the halal guarantee system are limited to the functions performed by business owners in carrying out their work.

Abstract

This research looks at the madrasa head's leadership role in shaping the achievements of extracurricular activities at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 04 Kepahiang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were madrasa heads, extracurricular supervisors, curriculum assistants, and students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction processes, data presentation, and conclusions. This research found that first, the role of the madrasa head in shaping the achievements of extracurricular activities: forming the extracurricular structure, providing guidance and direction to extracurricular supervisors, planning financial budgets for extracurricular activities, always coordinating and supervising extracurricular activities, and carrying out continuous evaluation. These two processes shape the achievements of extracurricular activities at MIN 04 Kepahiang: blending all madrasa elements, developing programs together, appointing coaches and trainers, providing a budget, and preparing activity schedules; the madrasa head monitors activities; the charge of the madrasah carries out evaluations and; The madrasah coordinates with the committee and the students' parents. The three impacts of the madrasa head's leadership in shaping the achievements of extracurricular activities are: some students can continue to junior high school for free and are boarded at PPLP and SKO Bengkulu for high school; students can take part in various competitions at KSM; develop talents, interests in sports, Mathematics and Natural Sciences and recitations and; Students who excel can continue to favorite/superior schools. In conclusion, there is a leadership role for school principals so that they can improve achievement in extracurricular activities.
