Abstract

This study sought to find a depiction of innovation made by the principal and teachers at MIN 1 Lebong concerning the madrasah’s final exams academic year 2018/2019, amid the lack of media, by replacing the Computer-based madrasah’s final exams (UAMBK) to Android-based madrasah’s final exams (UAMBA). Thus, it called for an in-depth study to see its implementation. This study employed a qualitative approach. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques, and the data were subsequently analyzed using Miles, Haberman, and Saldana’ version of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. This study concluded that the implementation of Android-based final exams, or the so-called UAMBA, was considered quite effective and efficient because it had several advantages including saving more budgets, being able to minimize the delay of UAM test packages, minimizing the occurrence of cheating during exams, making it easier for students, and making the exam results capably known quickly because the manual implementation of national exams was costly, wherein it demanded budgets for printing national exam packages and distributing those national exam packages.

Abstract

Sharia Economic Study Program of Curup State Islamic University (IAIN Curup) has obtained the Operating Permit from 2016. Based on the data obtained by students enrolled in the Islamic economics study program, only a minority came from Rejang Lebong district, while the majority came from outside the region.The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of knowledge about the institution towards the lack of community interest in Rejang Lebong Regency to study at the Curriculum of Islamic Studies Program IAIN Curup. The research data collection methods were questionnaires and interviews, with 334 respondents from 12th grade high school students in the Rejang Lebong district selected randomly and analyzed using the Fish Bone method. The results showed that the low interest of the community to continue their education to the Curriculum of Islamic Studies program IAIN Curup due to lack of knowledge about the existence and the existence of scholarships, supporting facilities, qualifications of lecturers in the Curriculum of Islamic Studies Program IAIN Curup, lack of information dissemination about the process of admission of new students in the Economic Study Program Syariah IAIN Curup, not yet evenly distributed participants of the vision and mission of IAIN Curup Sharia Economic Study Program.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to know how mudharabah contract implementation in Sharia Cooperative Barokah Curup and how the implementation of profit sharing system at mudharabah financing in Sharia Cooperative Barokah Curup. This research used a desciptive qualitative approach. The main data source of this research derived from field data by collecting data from informants in this case is the Cooperative Services Sharia Barokah Curup. In addition, the data also obtained from literature study and documentation. The results show that the most important thing in mudharabah financing is the honesty of both parties, especially the fund manager. Because the profit is divided is the result of effort (reveneu sharing) and profit sharing (profit sharing). Financial data information is derived from financial statements by fund managers. 1) Mudharabah agreement implemented in Sharia Barokah Cooperative is divided into two, namely pure mudharabah and mixed mudharabah. 2) The model of return on the financing of pure mudaraba is divided into two, namely the system of repayment principal of mudharabah financing by installment and financing repayment model by way of total repayment. As for the model of return on the financing of mixed mudharabah use mudharabah refinancing only model by installment.

Abstract

Since the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) outbreak was announced as a pandemic by the WHO, it has certainly affected the face of education in Indonesia because of the implementation of social distancing so that learning is applied online. Schools are required to be able to implement online learning, including online learning management. This research is aimed at analyzing the implementation of online learning management based on the POSDCORB stages, and the implementation of online learning. This research uses a field research approach, and the subjects of this research are educators at the SMPN 1 Rejang Lebong who carry out online learning during the covid-19 pandemic and uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods.This research shows that the teachers in SMPN 1 Rejang Lebong  in implementing online learning management have carried out management stages. In this research, researchers examine the implementation of online learning management based on the management function of POSDCORB according to Luther Gulick's theory. Then the implementation of online learning at SMP Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong are: (1) Educators have a strategy of utilizing teaching time, then teachers also provide reinforcement and enrichment by using online media. (2) The teaching method used is a hybrid, namely collaboration between face-to-face learning and online learning methods. (3) The learning media used are electronic media and the use of online-based applications. (4) Learning evaluation, is a short-term learning evaluation, namely when online learning is carried out and when student assignments are collected.

Abstract

Sepervisi klinis ini dilakukan mengingat SMKIT Khoiru Ummah memiliki tenaga pengajar yang umumnya berlatar belakang bukan dari dunia pendidikan. Selain itu, ada beberapa tenaga pengajar yang baru menyelesaikan pendidikan atau fresh graduate sehingga memerlukan bantuan untuk mengatasi kesulitan dalam landasan pengajaran dengan cara membimbing guru tersebut memilih metode mengajar, dan mempersiapkan guru tersebut untuk mampu melaksanakan tugasnya dengan kreativitas yang tinggi dan otonom sebagai guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing, pelaksanaan (actuating) dan evaluasi (controling)  pada manajemen supervisi klinis kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di SMK IT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan keadaan atau status fenomena, Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan kepala sekolah, guru serta siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Perencanaan (planning) dengan menetukan strategi secara menyeluruh serta merumuskan sistem perencanaan yang menyeluruh untuk mengintegrasikan dan mengkoordinasikan seluruh tugas dan tanggung jawab hingga tercapainya proses pembelajaran yang ideal; (2) Pengorganisasian (organizing) dengan menciptakan hubungan yang  baik dengan cara menjelaskan makna supervisi klinis sehingga  partisipasi guru    meningkat,mereview rencana pelajaran serta tujuan pelajaran.; (3) Pelaksanaan (actuating) yaitu kepala sekolah secara langsung mengawasi kegiatan pendidik dalam melakukan tugas utamanya, mengajar, menggunakan alat, metode dan teknik  mengajar, observasi secara cermat,; (4) Evaluasi (controling) yaitu Kepala sekolah memberikan penguatan terhadap  penampilan pendidik, memberikan dorongan moral bahwa pendidik mampu memperbaiki kekurangannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari keinginan penulis untuk mengetahui bagaimana  dampak dari program monitoring terhadap kedisiplinan siswa dalam melaksanakan ibadah di SMP IT Khoiru Ummah terkait pelaksanaan ibadah siswa yang mengalami penurunan saat terjadi masa pandemi yang mengharuskan siswa belajar di rumah. Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan memiliki program pembinaan untuk membimbing siswa salah satunya program mentoring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh program mentoring terhadap disiplin melaksanakan ibadah siswa di SMP IT Khoiru Ummah. Metode yang di gunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini  305 siswa dan sampel berjumlah 50 siswa di kelas VIII. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Program mentoring di SMP IT Khoiru Ummah termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan di dapat persentase sebanyak 30 % . (2) Disiplin melaksanakan ibadah di SMP IT Khoiru Ummah juga dalam kategori baik sebanyak 28 %. (3) Korelasi antar variabel dengan rumus korelasi product momen di dapatkan hasil dengan derajat hubungan lemah sebesar 0,238 dengan signifikansi 0,096 dan tidak terdapat korelasi karna nilai signifikansi 0,096 ≥ 0,05. (4)  hasil  uji regresi didapatkan pengaruh antar variabel dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,057 persen atau sebesar 5,7 % sehingga antar kedua variabel tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan.
