Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of light intensity on the hatchability of carp (Cyprinus carpio) eggs. This research method uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. BNT results (the smallest significant difference) showed that treatments A, B and D had an effect on treatment C, treatments A, B and D had no effect. The optimal egg hatching rate or the best 18 watts C treatment with hatching power 94% then followed by the 11 watts B treatment 68.67% and 65.33% control D treatments, and the lowest hatching is in treatment A 62.67%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of feeding silk worm (Tubifex sp.) at different doses on the growth and survival of black molly fish (Poecilia sphenops) seeds. This research was conducted at the Gorontalo City Fish Seed Hall for 35 days in November - January 2016. This study used an experimental method. The research design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and repeated 3 times. The results of the analysis of variance showed that silk worm feeding significantly affected the growth of black molly fish seeds and significantly affected the survival of black molly fish seeds. Treatment B (10% Tubifex sp.) Gave the best growth with absolute growth of 0.32 grams and survival of 84.44%. Abstract

This research was composed to identify the effect of different light intensities on the growth of Chlorella sp, as well as the optimal amount of light to improve said growth. This experimental research employed completely randomized design, with 5 treatments of different light intensities; A (3400 lux), B (4400 lux), C (5400 lux), D (6400 lux) and E (7400 lux) with 4 replications for each treatment. Based on the ANOVA, the findings revealed the different effects of the treatments (p
