Abstract

Tradisi borehan jeruk nipis dan kapur sirih pada abdomen dilakukan untuk mempercepat proses penurunan lingkar perut pasca persalinan. Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Borehan Jeruk Nipis dan Kapur Sirih Terhadap Penurunan Lingkar Perut Masa Nifas”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perawatan nifas dengan borehan jeruk nipis dan kapur sirih terhadap penurunan lingkar perut setelah melahirkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi-experimental design dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test. Jumlah sampel adalah 16 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol dan 16 orang sebagai kelompok perlakuan sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ada pengaruh pemberian borehan jeruk nipis dan kapur sirih terhadap ukuran lingkar perut ibu nifas sesuai protokol puskesmas dengan nilai t-hitung 2,255 dan p 0,032. Lingkar perut ibu nifas lebih kecil ditemukan pada responden yang diberikan intervensi borehan jeruk nipis dibandingkan dengan lingkar perut responden yang hanya mendapatkan perawatan nifas sehari hari.

Abstract

Background: Infant mortality rate are infants who death that were 0 to 365 days old. In Indonesia, the infant mortality rate are 24/1000 live births. Risk factors for infant mortality rate were factors from the baby and the mother. Maternal characteristics are a factors in infant mortality rate that can be controlled with early intervention, so it is necessary to know what factors influence infant mortality. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors related to infant mortality rate in Puskesmas Pejawaran Methods: This research was conducted in Puskesmas Pejawaran. This is an case control study. The population taken is 1 : 1 by the subjects of 17 cases and 17 babies born alive so that there are 34 respondents. The sampling technique used arandom sampling technique. The study used secondary data, The data analysis used in this study was the chi square test. Result: There is a relationship between the age of the respondent and infant mortality rate in Puskesmas Pejawaran, there is no relationship between parity, pregnancy interval and the level of education of the respondent’s age with mother’s age with infant mortality. Mothers aged 35 years who gave birth to babies were 4.4 times more likely to give birth to stillbirth. Conclusion: There is a relationship between respondent’s age with mother’s age and infant mortality rate in Puskesmas Pejawaran, there is no relationship between parity, pregnancy interval and the level of education of the respondent's age with infant mortality rate.

Abstract

Pregnancy is an important transition period in the biochemical, physiological and anatomical changes of the female body. Prenatal Class as a forum for pregnant women and their families to obtain information together and learn about maternal and child health as the main social support during pregnancy. Men who feel unprepared for fatherhood tend to be fathers who are not involved early, resulting in a difficult transition into parenthood, less likely to become committed fathers. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the low participation of husbands in the Prenatal Class. This type of research is analytic research with a cross sectional approach. Population of husbands of pregnant women class participants in the city of Magelang. The sample in this study used the cross-sectional sample size formula and obtained a total sample of 48 people, taken using purposive sampling using a questionnaire instrument. Statistical analysis with Spearman Rho correlation test. Interpretation of statistical test results is based on the p value, the strength and direction of the correlation. The results of the analysis in testing the hypothesis by looking at the significance value, there is a significant influence on the factors of education (0.000), employment (0.000), socialization (0.009) and there is no effect of age (0.774), number of pregnancies (0.494) on husband's participation in class pregnant mother. Factors of education, employment, and socialization affect participation, while age, number of pregnancies do not affect husband's participation in classes for pregnant women.
