Abstract

ABSTRAKSumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan komponen terpenting dalam menjalankan segala aktivitas dan potensi yang ada dalam perusahaan. Untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan diperlukan SDM/karyawan dengan motivasi kerja yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji apakah terdapat perbedaan motivasi kerja antara karyawan yang sudah dan belum mengalami pengembangan karier. Karyawan yang telah dikembangkan kariernya memiliki motivasi kerja yang lebih tinggi daripada karyawan yang belum dikembangkan kariernya. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari 32 karyawan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) yang terdiri dari 16 orang karyawan yang sudah mengalami pengembangan karier dan 16 orang karyawan yang belum mengalami pengembangan karier. Data motivasi kerja diperoleh melalui kusioner motivasi kerja dan data pengembangan karier diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan judgment dari pejabat PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero). Uji validitas terhadap 50 item skala motivasi kerja digunakan teknik item total correlation dan diperoleh 38 item yang valid dengan nilai kolerasi berkisar dari 0,312 sampai dengan 0,843. Uji reliabilitas digunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach dan diperoleh nilai koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,953. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis Independent Samples T-Test (parametrik) didapatkan skor t = 0,462 dan skor signifikansi 0,647 (α ≥ 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan motivasi kerja antara karyawan yang sudah dan belum mengalami pengembangan karier.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja dan Pengembangan Karier  ABSTRACTHuman resources (HR) is an important component in implementing all activities and the potential that exists within the company. To achieve the objectives of the company required human resources / employees with high motivation. This study aims to examine whether there are differences between the work motivation of employees who have and have not experienced career development. Employees who have developed his career have higher motivation to work than employees who had not developed his career. The research data was obtained from 32 employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) which consists of 16 employees who have experienced career development and 16 employees who have not experienced career development. The data obtained through the questionnaire work motivation motivation and career development of data obtained through the questionnaire and the judgment of the officials of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero). Test the validity of the 50-item scale used motivational techniques work item total correlation and obtained 38 valid items with correlation values ranged from 0.312 to 0.843. Reliability tests used Cronbach Alpha and values obtained reliability coefficient of 0.953. Based on data analysis using hypothesis testing Independent Samples T-Test (parametric) obtained a score of t = 0.462 and 0.647 significance scores (α ≥ 0.05). It showed no significant difference in work motivation among employees who have and have not experienced career development.Keywords: Work Motivation and Career Development

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is the study of the effect of job characteristics and job insecurity (job insecurity) on organizational commitment, and its impact on turnover intention. Job Characteristics and Job Insecurity is exogenous. Turnover intentions as an endogenous variable. Organizational commitment is mediating variables, where the variable as exogenous as well as endogenous variables. Techniques used in the sampling in this research is non probability sampling. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the analytical techniques used are using SEM with PLS program version 3. Respondents were taken ie 97 respondents from a total of 127 employees / employee PT. Sriwijaya Air District Jakarta Raya. The results showed that there is influence between Job Characteristics on Organizational Commitment, there is influence between Job Insecurity against Organizational Commitment, Job Characteristics negatively affect Turnover Intention, Job Insecurity positive influence on Turnover Intention, and Organizational Commitment negatively affect Turnover Intention and Commitment Organization as mediating variable.Keywords: Job Characteristics, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah penelitian tentang pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan job insecurity (ketidakamanan pekerjaan) terhadap komitmen organisasi, serta dampaknya terhadap intensi turnover.Karakteristik Pekerjaan dan Job Insecurity adalah variabel eksogen.Intensi Turnover sebagai variabel endogen.Komitmen Organisasi adalah variabel mediasi, dimana variabel tersebut sebagai variabel eksogen dan sekaligus sebagai variabel endogen. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling. Cara pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sedangkan, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode SEM dengan program PLS versi 3. Responden yang diambil yaitu 97 responden dari total 127 karyawan/karyawati PT. Sriwijaya Air Distrik Jakarta Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Karakteristik Pekerjaan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, terdapat pengaruh antara Job Insecurity terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, Karakteristik Pekerjaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, Job Insecurity berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention, dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention serta Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi.Kata Kunci :Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional, Turnover Intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study on the "Influence of Culture and Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction and Its Impact on Employee Performance Production Division PT. SMU Jakarta, "against the background by the instability of the performance achieved by employees of the production division of PT. SMU Jakarta. The data used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents production division employees as the population and through literature. Sampling using a sampling technique called simple random method (Simple Random Sampling) and determination of the number of samples using Slovin formula, in order to obtain a sample of 73 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS. Results of the analysis proved that in partial organizational culture, organizational climate and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously variable organizational culture, organizational climate and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Key Words : Organizational culture, Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengenai “Pengaruh Budaya dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja serta  Dampaknya pada Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Produksi PT. SMU Jakarta,” dilatar belakangi oleh tidak stabilnya kinerja yang dicapai oleh karyawan divisi produksi PT. SMU Jakarta. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 90 responden  karyawan divisi produksi sebagai populasi  dan melalui studi pustaka.   Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling yang disebut metode acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling) dan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel 73 responden.  Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah   metode analisis regresi  berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi, iklim organisasi dan  kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan variabel budaya organisasi, iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.   Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Iklim Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth terhadap purchase intention melalui consumer trust pada online shop fashion wanita di media sosial Instagram (studi pada generasi milenial di DKI Jakarta). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi milenial wanita di DKI Jakarta, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh adalah 100 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis structural equating model (SEM) dengan melalui smartPLS. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan electronic word of mouth terhadap purchase intention, ada pengaruh yang signifikan electronic word of mouth terhadap consumer trust, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan consumer trust terhadap purchase intention, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan electronic word of mouth terhadap purchase intention melalui consumer trust.Kata Kunci : Electronic Word of Mouth, Purchase Intention, Consumer TrustABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth on purchase intention through consumer trust in women's fashion shop online on social media Instagram (a study on millennial generation in DKI Jakarta). The population in this study is the millennial generation of women in DKI Jakarta, with the sampling technique being purposive sampling. The sample obtained was 100 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using structural equating model (SEM) analysis techniques using smartPLS. Data collected with a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that there was a significant influence of electronic word of mouth on purchase intention, there was a significant effect of electronic word of mouth on consumer trust, there was a significant influence of consumer trust on purchase intention, there was a significant effect of electronic word of mouth on purchase intention through consumer trust.Keyword : Electronic Word of Mouth, Purchase Intention, Consumer Trust

Abstract

AbstractAt the company's business development, there is a matter of applying leadership behaviors, characteristics of jobs and career development, thus resulting in employee engagement problems. Employee engagement is very important for the progress of the company's business, because employee engagement can have an impact on job satisfaction, performance, and intentions to quit that will ultimately affect the company's business processes. This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership, job characteristic, and career development on employee engagement. The method of this study is survey. The population of this study are all staff of the Finance Company Head Office (129 employees), with sampling method is census, which means that all members of the population used as a sample. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regressions. The result showed that transformational leadership, job characteristic, and career development simultaneously are having significant influence to the employee engagement. Partially, Transformational Leadership and Job Characteristics having significant influence to the Employee Engagement, while Career Development is not having significant influence to the Employee Engagement.Keywords : Transformational Leadership; Job Characteristic; Career Development; Employee Engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to recommend strategies for the performance of MSMEs. The research method used is using a quantitative approach. Descriptive quantitative research method with the presentation of numbers starting from data collection, data interpretation and presentation of the results of the numbers. The results of this study prove that digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on performance in MSMEs and product quality has a positive and significant impact on brand image which is moderated by performance in MSMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to locate entrepreneurial behavior as a moderating variable on the effect of content marketing and E-WOM on the development of MSMEs. The research population is to increase MSMEs in Indonesia. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires through google form. The results of the study show that content marketing, E-WOM and entrepreneurial behavior have a positive and significant effect on the development of MSMEs, the method of entrepreneurial behavior on the influence of content marketing has no effect on the development of MSMEs. Moderation of entrepreneurial behavior on the influence of E-WOM has no effect on the development of SMEs which are moderated by entrepreneurial behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of this research product quality and e-servicescape on customer loyalty moderated by trust (Trust). The population in this study were 191 Second Hands MSME customers and prospective customers, with samples using structural equation model (SEMstatistical test tools partial least squares (PLS) through SmartPLS software. Data collected by questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study are from the first hypothesis, it was found that the relationship between Product Quality and Customer Loyalty is a positive or significant effect on SMEs Second Hands. The results of the second hypothesis tester, it was found that the relationship between E-Servicescape and Customer Loyalty had a positive or significant effect on Secondhands MSMEs. The results of the third hypothesis, it is found that the relationship of Trust (Trust) to Customer Loyalty has a positive or significant effect on Second Hands SMEs. The results of the fourth hypothesis, it is found that Product Quality on Customer Loyalty cannot be moderated by Trust (Trust positively and significantly in Secondhands MSMEs. The results of the fifth hypothesis show that E-Servicescape on Customer Loyalty cannot be moderated by Trust) positive and significant on Second Hands SMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of industrial work practice experience and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest and the use of social media as a moderating variable. This research model is a quantitative study with a sample of 200 people obtained through a questionnaire in google form distributed on social media. The results obtained by the research show that entrepreneurship education and the use of social media have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, but the use of social media cannot be a moderating variable on the effect of industrial work practice experience on interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and determine the effect of customer experience and food quality on customer satisfaction of culinary SMEs in Jakarta moderated by entrepreneurial character. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling and the samples used in this study were 210 MSME customers in Jakarta. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire instrument and then the data that has been collected is processed by data analysis methods in the form of SEM-PLS and Smart PLS Version 03 software. The results of this study indicate that customer experience and food quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while entrepreneurial character has an effect on positive on customer satisfaction. Based on the moderating variable, the entrepreneurial character has not been able to strengthen the influence of customer experience on customer satisfaction, while the entrepreneurial character is able to strengthen the influence of food quality on customer satisfaction.
