Islam has two basic sources of law, namely the Qur'an and the Sunnah. The Qur'an is agreed as "al-Tsubut Qath'i" (resolution) for its narrations are acknowledged and agreed as "Qath'i al-Wurud". While the second source (the Sunnah), not all its narrations are believed to be "authentic". Therefore when an al-Sunnah has undoubted "authentic" qualty, then no one can dismiss its legality. In the case of a weak hadith (al-Sunnah al-dha'ifah) majority of scholars do not allow it to be used as an argument for the faith and the law, but some scholars allow it to be used as an argument, especially for fahda‟il al-A'mal (virtuous acts). Fadha'il al-A'mal are more relevant with dakwah framework that requires wisdom and exemplary conduct.

Islam is a religion that teaches the balance of understanding, thinking and implementation of living in the world and in the hereafter. Included in the category is development in its broadest sense, both physical and non-physical or mental. Even further than that, Islam also requires its adherents to develop and foster spirituality which is believed as potential seeds of every human being. Because it is agreed that human being as the creature not only consists of physical dimension, but also the spiritual one. In Islam, the spiritual dimension is very influential on the development of the characters that affect physical development.

There is a statement that we are experiencing a crisis of leadership that led to the crisis of confidence, both to certain institutions and individuals. It leads to a moral decadence and degradation. Social reality proves the number of murders in cold blood, caused by trivial issues or because they do not want to be responsible for their amoral behavior. These events involve Muslims as the majority of people in this country, both as victims even as the culprit. This is a challenge to dakwah, which makes preachers as a central point. Therefore, this article is presented to provide an overview of the role of preachers in making their daily lives as role models for the surrounding community in which they talk or interact. In Islamic term, it is called Uswah hasanah.Ada pernyataan bahwa kita mengalami krisis kepemimpinan yang membawa pada krisis kepercayaan, baik terhadap lembaga tertentu maupun perorangan. Muaranya adalah dekadensi dan degradasi moral. Realitas sosial membuktikan banyaknya terjadi pembunuhan dengan sadis, yang disebabkan persoalan sepele atau karena tidak mau bertanggung jawab atas prilaku a moral mereka. Eronisnya kejadiankejadian tersebut banyak melibatkan umat Islam sebagai umat mayoritas di negara ini, baik sebagai korban bahkan sebagai pelakunya. Hal ini menjadi tantangan dakwah Islamiyah, yang menjadikan Da’i sebagai titik sentralnya. Oleh karena ini tulisan ini dihadirkan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang peran da’i dalam menjadikan kehidupan kesehariannya sebagai contoh teladan bagi masyarakat sekitarnya dimana dia menyampaikan atau berinteraksi. Dalam term agama disebut Uswah hasanah.

Uraian (Syarah) hadis merupakan satu aspek penting dalam kajian hadis yangmemberikan penekanan pada kepahaman dan uraian serja penjelasan terhadapsesuatu yang disandarkan kepada Nabi s.a.w. syarah hadis bukanlah perbincanganbaru dalam tradisi keilmuan Islam. Ia dimulai sejak awal dengan keterlibatansebagian besar para muhadditsun. Bagaimanapun juga, evolusi perkembangan dankematangannya dari aspek penulisannya agak terlambat dibandingkan dengancabang ilmu hadis yang lain. Hal ini dikarenakan syarah hadis itu merupakanintegrasi ilmu-ilmu yang berkaitan dengan hadis, lughah, tatabahasa, ushul fiqh,sejarah dan sebagainya.

Gratitude and patience are two characters/attitudes that exists in every human being, there is one among us has misunderstanding and misinterpret on both the characters/attitudes. When both are brought into the real of social reality filled with romance and the problems of life. It is commonplace to understand that patience and gratitude are opposite attitude, both appears motivated by different circumstances. Patience usually will come out when someone gets something terrible that makes him uncomfortable. Instead of gratitude will occur if something comes to him to make him happy, excited and others for instance. This paper attempts to analyze both cases and meeting between both of characters/attitudes are in the heart of every human being.

Surah Yasin is a surah often recited in various religious activities in Indonesian society. Yasin a considered a surah that has many benefits. The tradition of reciting Yasin is a routine practice done by Muslims, especially in Indonesia. However, the recitation of Yasin in Indonesia is encountered in various forms in religious rituals. Therefore, the writing was based on people gathering to recite Yasin. It can be seen that the reciting Yasin is not only in the culture but the Islamic values that are instilled. This study aims to conduct a literature review study on the living Qur’an use of Yasin in Indonesia. The ATLAS.ti application version 9.0.20.0 was used to assist in analysing existing data. This research method used was reviewing the living Qur’an literature, including 1) the first stage: planning review, 2) the second stage: the implementation of the review, and 3) the last stage: presentation of results. The researcher found 78 articles from the google scholar index source, and 28 papers were read and analysed in this study. The findings showed Yasin’s function for public belief and forms of traditions cultivated in Indonesia’s living Qur’an. These findings resulted in the reciting of Yasin as a practice cultured by the community. Also, the culture of reciting Yasin becomes a sacred ritual and full of meaning in every activity. It is suggested that future research provides a specific knowledge contribution to reciting Yasin in Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to know the description of students' organizational motivation and the factors that influence it. The subjects in the study were four students from the management of LDK Al-Ihsan UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The method of data collection was done by interview technique. The results showed that the subject's organizational motivation was high and all factors influenced the organizational motivation of the student administrators of LDK Al-Ihsan UIN Antasari Banjarmasin.
