Abstract

Since the early 20th century, madrasah with its independent characteristics is accepeted by people gradually, as one of the Islamic education which plays an important role in the development and improvement of education quality in Indonesia. However its existence which is managed by people as much as 96% made it difficult to get its right to be supervised based on the letter of dicision from the Ministry of Religion. The government’s aid is very important for process of modernizing the school. The madrasah system was related to the school Islamic identity in facing the competition of education in global era.Keyword: Islamic education, madrasah, education quality.

Abstract

Education is a medium to achieve values and meaning of life, rather than quantitative-artificial values. The true educatoin will help people to earn meaning for everything they learn all along education process. Meaning achievement is the main objective of learning process. There is no education when people do not achieve meaning through their education process. Many scholars found that, this circumstance may result from the lack of character building on education in the schools. However, character building education needs a good-spesific system that at least includes course details, tools teaching, methods, etc. Furthermore, this paper proposes learning methods that can be applied or further researched by teachers or scholars. Those methods are: 1) role model method; 2) habitual method; and 3) reward and punishment method.

Abstract

The integrated education demands the enjoyable learning and professional teachers. The article below traces an integrated education concept and its learning strategy. The existence of professional teacher means that they can develop internal individual's intellectualities, for instance the potential that still does not appear from learners. The integrated learning will make the material of lesson that taught denotes a valuable unity in the learners' live. The valuable learning experience at school constitutes becoming the demand of the future that needs a strong creativity and mental facing the challenging of future. Besides, the learners have a high education, skill and professionalism. The integrated learning is very useful for the learners especially for whom that needs particular education, because the learners pay attention to the strategy of this learning so that this strategy can motivate the learners. Therefore, it is expected that the outcome of education can solve the problems that possible emerge in their lives including creating a new field of endeavor.

Abstract

The paradigm of education in future is democracy. In Indonesia after the Era of Reformation there were big changes in the policy of education, for example school based management and competency based curriculum since 2001. Therefor to develop the curriculum it is must to do reformation and reorientation to the system of education.Thus, efforts to strengten the capability of those teachers to became professional educators were unavoidable. Because, the role of teachers in establishing new geration and civilization in the mids of global changes are very significant. Change the curriculum of education from centralistic to decentralization and change the curriculum of education from theoretic oriented to problem oriented; how the teacher deliver subject of teaching from the real problem faced by students with constructivist approach.

Abstract

The substation of Education is child’s growth proceed in order to independent in the future to solution of their life problems. In order to of the  child's education can be succeed. That's way educator (parents and the teacher) must understand the child based potential is adult tendentious  imitate. Education through example and to accustom oneself of behavior  and word are relevant to children period. The educational method with model (al-tarbiyah bi al-qudwah) and good wise and right can be impressed at child whom finally will get used to  behavior daily. For strengthen imitate push which good and right can be  used reward (tsawaab, in Islamic educational system should be highly motivated by this reward. Punishment (iqaab) or hit United State of  America strenphens in order to not to be adopted. In the Islamic System  corporal punishment is recognized and regarded United State of America  as an effective means of correction.  Remind of parents and that of teacher are important, that's way between  parents education and the teacher must help each others not contradictive about the content of any curriculum which are taught or behavior which  showed to the children.Key Word: Child's Education, islamic Education System

Abstract

The Alquran as a way of life for perfect humans. Humans should think critically in solving various life problems, because humans who are blind-minded will be blameworthy. Critical thinking based on the Alquran has 13 verses of Makkiyyah and 5 verses of Madaniyyah. In the Makkiyyah verse, Ibrahim is described as a prophet who warned his people and fathered two children, Ismail and Ishaq. In the Madaniyyah verse, Ibrahim is described as a Muslim who is upright in his stand, and an example for the people of Muhammad. Prophet Ibrahim As. as a great thinker not only experiences intellectual anxiety but also has a high concern for the fate of his people. Prophet Ibrahim As. made a lover of Allah (khalilullāh), because of his persistent consistency with monotheism. Critical thinking is a role model for learning for generations after. The results of this study found that critical thinking was the style of Prophet Ibrahim As. are: (1) The concept of critical thinking based on the Alquran in the form of istifhām inkāriy, which is a negative question, aims to arouse curiosity; (2) Critical Thinking in the style of Prophet Ibrahim As. to the universe and surrounding phenomena carefully about the oneness of Allah Rabbul 'Ālamīn as a convincing truth and (3) Implementation of critical thinking in the learning of Islamic Education (PAI) is carried out using an inclusive (open) paradigm, norm-oriented and religious ethics to solving social problems.
