Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Penerapan prinsip penilaian hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMA Negeri 9 Makassar. (2) Penerapan pendekatan penilaian hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMA Negeri 9 Makassar. (3) Penerapan teknik dan instrumen hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMA Negeri 9 Makassar. (4) Penilaian hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMA Negeri 9 Makassar yang mencakup ranah kognitif, psikomotor, dan afektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, populasinya adalah 3 orang guru di SMA Negeri 9 Makassar. Sedangkan sampelnya adalah 2 orang dengan menggunakan teknik Non-Probability Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan prinsip penilaian observasi yang dilakukan oleh guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMA Negeri 9 Makassar telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan penulis yaitu guru memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk mengajukan pertanyaan atau pendapatnya, tugas yang diberikan dikerjakan di buku tugas atau kertas selembar, proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan disesuaikan dengan RPP yang dibuat oleh guru, guru memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk memperbaiki nilainya, dan penilaian dapat diakses oleh semua pihak termasuk penulis, serta guru memberikan motivasi kepada siswa diakhir proses belajar mengajar. (2) Pendekatan penilaian hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn menggunakan pendekatan penilaian acuan kriteria (PAK) sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013 yang mengacu pada standar KKM sebesar 2,66. (3) Teknik dan instrumen yang digunakan dalam penilaian hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn berupa penilaian observasi untuk penilaian kompetensi sikap yang terbagi dua yaitu sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial, untuk penilaian kompetensi keterampilan dilakukan penilaian portofolio dan penilaian kompetensi pengetahuan dilakukan oleh guru PKn melalui tes tertulis, tes lisan, serta penugasan yang berupa isian dan uraian. (4) Penilaian hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn di SMA Negeri 9 Makassar telah mencakup ranah kognitif, ranah afektif, dan ranah psikomotor.Kata Kunci: Penilaian, Hasil BelajarABSTRACT: This study aims to determine: 1) Application of the principles of assessment of learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Civics in SMAN 9 Makassar. (2) Application of student learning outcomes assessment approach to the subject Civics in SMAN 9 Makassar. (3) The application of techniques and instruments student learning outcomes in subjects Civics in SMAN 9 Makassar. (4) the results of student learning in Civics in SMAN 9 Makassar which includes cognitive, psychomotor, and affective. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, the population is 3 teacher at SMA Negeri 9 Makassar. While the sample is 2 by using the technique of Non-Probability Sampling. Data collected by interview, observation and documentation. While data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study showed that: 1) The application of the principle of assessment on observations made by teachers to the learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Civics in SMAN 9 Makassar have been executed better. This is proved by the results of observations that have been done with the author that the teacher gives students the chance to ask a question or opinion, the given task is done in workbooks or paper sheet, their lessons tailored to the RPP made by the teacher, the teacher gives students to improve its value, and the assessment can be accessed by all parties, including the author, as well as the teachers give motivation to students at the end of the learning process. (2) The approach student learning outcomes assessment in the subjects Civics approach the reference assessment criteria (PAK) in accordance with the curriculum in 2013 which refers to the KKM standard by 2.66. (3) techniques and instruments used in the assessment of student learning outcomes on the subjects of Civics form of assessment observations for the assessment of the competence of attitude that is two spiritual attitudes and social attitudes, for the assessment of competence skills to do a portfolio assessment and competence assessment of knowledge carried out by teachers Civics through written tests, oral tests, as well as the assignment of the form fields and descriptions. (4) the results of student learning in Civics in SMAN 9 Makassar include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Keywords: Assessment, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Due to their involvement with trash and unclean surroundings, scavengers are more likely to get skin conditions. According to the Ciketing Udik Health Center profile, skin illness was the most prevalent ailment in 2021, accounting for 382 occurrences. The purpose of this study was to ascertain how the prevalence of skin diseases among scavengers at the Bantar Gebang Integrated Waste Treatment Site (TPST), Ciketing Udik Village, Bantar Gebang District, in 2023 related to skin hygiene, hand, foot, and nail hygiene, clothing cleanliness, and hair hygiene. This study design is cross-sectional and employs a descriptive-analytic research methodology. An incidental sampling strategy was used to get a sample of 60 individuals, and a chi square test was used for analysis. The findings indicate that the incidence of skin illness among scavengers at Bantar TPST Gebang Ciketing Udik Village is correlated with skin cleanliness (pv=0.000), hand, foot, and nail hygiene (pv=0.000), garment cleanliness (pv=0.000), and hair hygiene (pv=0.002). The prevalence of skin diseaseses is correlated with the cleanliness of the skin, hands, feet, and nails as well as the cleanliness of clothing and hair. Dermatitis, urticaria, and tinea versicolor are the most prevalent skin conditions. Personal hygiene (skin, hands, feet, nails, clothing, and hair) is recommended for scavengers. It is recommended that the puskesmas conduct thorough and recurring counseling in the interim.
