Abstract

In building heatly elderly people were not easy and need team work from many sector for instance: elderly themselves, families, communities, gouvernment, non gouvernment organization, health professional groups. Integrated health, services for ederly were health services for ederly in health promotion aspect. The aim was to promote health degree and quality of life to gain old age that be happy and meaningfull in their families and their communities. The research object ws found out some factor influencing elderly to present at integrated health services in Kebumen Baturraden Of Banyumas District. This researches fall in survey researches by cross sectional approach. The research population is all elderly people in Kebumen Baturraden (722) people. Descriptive researchs findings shows that respondens that have near distances from their house to integrated health service are 69.4% illiterate respondent and not finish from elementary school are 60.0%, 25.9% and 14.1%. Knowledge level of responden show that almost the same between goods knowledge and not enough good knowledge (50.6% and 49.4% irrespectly). Psychososial potention of responden are middle category (36.5%). And precency of active elderly at integrated health services are 28.24% and 71.76% for passive. Analitic statistical shown that distance, level of knowledge, and psychososial potention have a significant influences toward procency elderly to integrated health services (p=0.034, p=0.020, p=0.185). It hopes that every elderly people could present at integrated health services periodically (i.e: monthly) and needs increasing number of integrated health services, at least one integrated health services every citizen areas, and also increasing the frequency of health promotion program by staff of health community center as supervisor of activities for elderly integrated health services.

Abstract

Jurusan Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan merupakan jurusan baru pada Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang yang menerima peserta didik mulai tahun akademik 2013/2014. Untuk mengetahui kualitas peserta didik antara lain perlu dilakukan evaluasi kompetensi dan kinerja peserta didik pada saat melakukan praktek.  Praktikan yang memiliki kompetensi dan kinerja yang baik akan memuaskan  pengguna (stakeholder) karena dapat membantu meningkatkan pelayanan. Dalam penelitian ini yang dimaksud dengan stakeholder adalah pengguna jasa praktikan Jurusan Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan seperti rumah sakit. Data-data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner dan wawancara dengan pembimbing klinik pada beberapa rumah sakit yang telah digunakan sebagai lahan praktek Jurusan Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan dan analisis data kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian akan dilaksanakan  di rumah milik pemerintah daerah di wilayah kota dan kabupaten Semarang, yaitu RSUD Kota Semarang, RSUD Tugurejo, RSUD Ungaran dan RSUD Ambarawa.Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang diberikan oleh responden RSUD Ungaran diperoleh hasil yang sangat memuaskan, dimana rata-rata skor terendah 4 dan tertinggi 4,9. Rata-rata score tingkat kepuasan stakeholder terhadap kinerja praktikan di RSUD Ungaran adalah 4,5 (sangat memuaskan). Di RSUD Kota Semarang diperoleh hasil yang sangat memuaskan, dimana rata-rata skor terendah 4,3 dan tertinggi 4,9. Rata-rata score tingkat kepuasan stakeholder terhadap kinerja praktikan di RSUD Kota Semarang adalah 4,7 (sangat memuaskan). Di RSUD Tugurejo diperoleh hasil yang memuaskan, dimana rata-rata skor terendah 3,2 dan tertinggi 4,3. Rata-rata score tingkat kepuasan stakeholder terhadap kinerja praktikan di RSUD Tugurejo adalah 3,8 (memuaskan). Sedangkan di RSUD Ambarawa diperoleh hasil yang memuaskan, dimana rata-rata skor terendah 3 dan tertinggi 4,7. Rata-rata score tingkat kepuasan stakeholder terhadap kinerja praktikan di RSUD Ambarawa adalah 3,8 (memuaskan).

Abstract

Micro, small and medium business (MSME) activities are one of the business fields that can develop and are consistent in the national economy. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are a good place for the creation of jobs planned by the government, private sector and Village, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency individual business actors. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) at Ponteh expands fastly. A lot of business create larger job opportunity in order to reduce unemployment people. One of the idea on empowering UMKM in information technology era is by establishing central communication of UMKM based on Website. By making web marketing media, besides it provides information about UMKM development in Ponteh, it can be functioned to access for any information of production factors. In addition, it can communicate with another UMKM globally to extend the networks. But some employers are constrained by rising raw material prices, the limited of human resources, has a problem in the capital, lack of infrastructure and lack of access to product marketing.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture Activities (KKN) in Buddih Village, We, Madura University Group 12 KKN Team, carry out socialization and assistance to the community of Buddih Village, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency with the aim of providing education to all village communities, especially teenagers in Buddih Village, about the prevention and impact of drug abuse. . This KKN activity was carried out using the mentoring method, namely by providing counseling to the Buddih Village Community. The aim of implementing this KKN Community Service is to provide knowledge and understanding to the local community about the types and dangers of drugs for health. The expected target in this Service KKN is increasing community knowledge about the types and dangers of drugs for health through the implementation of assistance by the Service KKN Team in order to realize a drug-free Buddih village.

Abstract

Anchovies are widely consumed by the lower middle class, it turns out to be one of the best sources of calcium. The greatest calcium requirement occurs during growth and calcium is still needed even though it has reached adulthood to prevent osteoporosis. According to Hendradi (2009) anchovies are a source of calcium that is resistant and not easily dissolved in water. Anchovies are very good as a source of calcium that is cheap and easy to obtain. The development of the anchovy industry in empowering the economy of the Padelegan village community means that increasing the independence and welfare of the Padelegan village community is one of them through economic empowerment in the village in the digitalization era. Thematic KKN Group 05 Madura University activities carried out the development of the anchovy industry in empowering the economy of the Padelegan village community for one month with 11 work programs. This article was written using a qualitative study method with a descriptive approach.
