Abstract

Pendidikan memerlukan proses yang terus menerus sehingga guru perlu meningkatkan profesionalismenya. Guru profesional tidak hanya menguasai bidang ilmu, bahan ajar, dan metode yang tepat, tetapi mampu mengembangkan empat komponen kompetensi guru yaitu pedagogik, kepribadian, profesional, dan sosial. Guru yang tidak mempunyai sikap profesional dapat menyebabkan siswa sulit berkembang dengan baik. Pembuatan media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengatisipasi media yang susah didapat Guru dapat membuat sendiri media pembelajaran sehingga tidak memerlukan biaya yang mahal. Pembelajaran menjadi relevan dengan media yang dikonsep sendiri oleh guru. ada cara yang mudah untuk guru untuk membuat media pembelajaran sendiri yaitu dengan slide master. Menu slide master terdapat dalam program Microsoft Power Point yang sering dipakai oleh guru. Slide Master mempunyai keunggulan yang interaktif sehingga dapat melibatkan siswa dalam pembelajaran. peneliti berinovasi untuk melakukan pelatihan pembuatan CD PITBUS (Pembelajaran Interaktif Buatan Sendiri) perlu digalakkan agar guru dapat membuat media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia sendiri. Program pelatihan pembuatan CD PITBUS ini akan dilaksanakan di SMP N 1 Turi.  Education requires a continuous process so that teachers need to improve their professionalism. Professional teachers not only possess the right field of knowledge, teaching materials, and methods, but can develop the four components of the competency of the teacher: pedagogic, personality, professional, and social. Teachers who have no professional attitude can cause students to be difficult to develop well. Learning media making is one of the solutions to the media that can be difficult to obtain Guru can create their own learning media so that it does not require expensive costs. Learning becomes relevant to the media that the teacher has conceptualized. There is an easy way for teachers to create their own learning media that is with master slides. The master slide Menu is included in the Microsoft Power Point program, which is often used by teachers. Master slides have an interactive advantage that can involve students in learning. Researchers are innovating to conduct a CD making training in PITBUS (interactive learning) needs to be encouraged so that teachers can make their own multimediabased learning media. The PITBUS CD making Program will be held at SMP N 1 Turi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the formation of student character through classroom management. The extent to which schools implement classroom management in support of the formation of student character. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. This research can be classified in the field research category. The subjects of this study are the Principal, Teachers, and Students. Data collection used in this study uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in shaping student character through classroom management consisting of 1) Creation of a conducive classroom physical environment by involving students in class structuring, 2) Management of student learning activities with innovations by applying varied learning models, class as a learning structure applying goodness outside, installing national figures that can be used as learning for students, creating a learning atmosphere created by teachers in the classroom, 3) Application of learning strategies. Implementation of learning strategies by means of student learning resources obtained from the school environment to cultivate love of the environment, discipline and responsibility in terms of completing assignments, honestly not cheating on tests, instilling obedience to religion by always praying at the beginning and end of learning and through religious practice, and care for friends.Keywords: Character, Classroom Management, Principal's leadership

Abstract

AbstrakReaktualisasi Implementasi Sistem Pendidikan Integratif di Sekolah dalam Mengantisipasi Degradasi Moral ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan strategi dalam mereaktualisasi pelaksanaan sistem pendidikan yang terintegratif di sekolah untuk mengantisipasi degradasi moral. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data digunakan teknik literatur, wawancara dan observasi. Metode analisis data digunakan metode deduktif. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari pembahasan masalah reaktualisasi implementasi sistem pendidikan di sekolah dalam mengantisipasi degradasi moral adalah perlunya penyegaran kembali pelaksanaan sistem pendidikan di sekolah dengan membangun komitmen bersama seluruh stakeholder pendidikan untuk melaksanakan berbagai strategi. Strategi yang dapat ditempuh antara lain (1) penguasan sistem dalam budaya sekolah, dengan membangun budaya sekolah yang terfokus pada peningkatan moral, pembuatan slogan yang mengacu pada peningkatan moral, mapun membuat banner; (2) penguatan penguatan ESQ, EQ dan Pembiasaan seperti pemberian waktu yang longgar untuk melaksanakan ibadah bersama membangun warung kejujuran, serta (3) perubahan indoktrinasi kepada pembelajaran tidak langsung, dengan berbagai strategi pembelajaran yang mengarah pada pembentukan nilai sikap yang dilandasi oleh moral reasioning.Kata kunci: Reaktualisasi, Sistem Pendidikan, Degradasi Moral AbstractReactualization of the Implementation of the Integrative Education System in Schools in Anticipating Moral Degradation is intended to explain the strategy in re-actualizing the implementation of an integrated education system in schools for moral degradation review. Qualitative research methods. Data collection methods using literary techniques, interviews and observations. The data analysis method uses the deductive method. The conclusion that can be drawn from the discussion of the problem of reactivating the implementation of the education system in schools in the agreement on moral degradation is the need to refresh the implementation of the education system in schools by building a commitment together with all education stakeholders to implement various strategies. Strategies that can replace include (1) a satisfaction system in school culture, by building a school culture that focuses on improving morale, making slogans that raise morale, and making banners; (2) strengthening the strengthening of ESQ, EQ and Habituation as well as providing the assistance needed to build worship together with honesty stalls, and (3) indoctrination changes for indirect learning, with learning strategies that are in accordance with motivations based on moral reationing.Key Words : Reactualization, Educational Systems, Moral Degradation
