Abstract

Online learning activities and academic services are the right methods during the Pandemic of Covid-19. The success of the implementation of activities in the network is said to be going well, one of which can be seen from the level of satisfaction of service recipients. However, based on the results of the researcher's observations, there were complaints that indicated dissatisfaction with the online learning process and academic services. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of the students of the Faculty of Science and Engineering, University of Nusa Cendana on the learning process and academic services by using a Likert scale model questionnaire instrument. There are five indicators used in this study, namely: tangibles (lecture tools, learning media and educational infrastructure), reliability (reliability of lecturers and academic staff), responsiveness, assurance (assurance of certainty) and empathy. By using the statistical data analysis show that in general students of the Faculty of Science and Engineering, University of Nusa Cendana are satisfied with the learning process and academic services with an average score of 3.78 for student choices and the average percent of respondents' achievement level (TCR) is 75.65%. If analyzed on a per item basis, there are 2 items that are already in the very satisfactory category and there are still 5 items that are in the quite satisfactory category, so that items that are still in the quite satisfactory category still need to be improved.

Abstract

Kemiskinan adalah suatu keadaan yang menyangkut ketidakmampuan dalam menghadapi tantangan kehidupan yang paling minimum, khususnya dari aspek konsumsi dan pendapatan. Jumlah penduduk miskin di Indonesia hingga saat ini masih tergolong banyak sehingga pemerintah masih terus memberikan bantuan sosial secara berkala kepada penduduk miskin. Namun, keluarga yang tergolong miskin masih kurang maksimal sehingga menyebabkan bantuan yang diberikan menjadi kurang tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem inferensi fuzzy metode Mamdani dalam menentukan keluarga miskin yang layak menerima bantuan sosial pemerintah menggunakan GUI Matlab. Logika fuzzy digunakan untuk menerjemahkan suatu besaran yang diekspresikan menggunakan bahasa (linguistik). Logika fuzzy dapat menyajikan setiap keadaan atau mewakili pemikiran manusia. Dalam logika fuzzy, keanggotaan elemen berada dalam interval [0, 1]. Logika fuzzy digunakan untuk menggambarkan ketidakjelasan. Kelebihan bahasa fuzzy adalah kemampuannya dalam proses penalaran secara sehingga dalam perancangannya tidak memerlukan persamaan matematik yang rumit. Variabel input yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari 14 Kriteria keluarga miskin menurut Badan Pusat Statistik, sedangkan variabel output-nya adalah Status Keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari Dinas Sosial Kota Kupang dan Pemerintah Kelurahan Fontein.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the leading commodities of the food crop subsector in Malaka Regency using the Location Quotient (LQ) and Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) methods. The LQ method is used to identify commodities that have comparative advantages in this region. The results of the LQ calculation show that rice and corn are the base commodities in Malaka Regency because they are the most common in three sub-districts. Rice is the base commodity in the sub-districts of West Malaka (2.14), Central Malaka (2.24), and Weliman (1.70), while corn is the base commodity in the sub-districts of Kobalima (1.21), Wewiku (1.48), and Rinhat (1.26). The FAHP method is applied to integrate various assessment criteria in determining the priority of leading commodities. The results of the FAHP analysis show that the leading commodity in the food crop subsector in Malaka Regency is rice, with a weight value of 0.246 as the top priority, followed by corn, with a weight value of 0.198. The criterion that becomes the top priority in determining leading commodities is the availability of facilities and infrastructure, with a weight value of 0.327. Based on the research results, the combination of the LQ and FAHP methods provides more accurate results in determining leading commodities.

Abstract

Given a plane graph $G=(V,E)$. A zonal labeling of graph $G$ is defined as an assignment of the two nonzero elements of the ring $\mathbb{Z}_3$, which are $1$ and $2$, to the vertices of $G$ such that the sum of the labels of the vertices on the border of each region of the graph is $0\in\mathbb{Z}_3$. A graph $G$ that possess such a labeling is termed as zonal graph. This paper will characterize edge comb product graphs that are zonal. The results show that $P_m\trianglerighteq_eC_n$, $C_n\trianglerighteq_e C_r$, $S_p\trianglerighteq_e C_n$, and $S_p\trianglerighteq_e F_t$ are zonal in some cases, but not in others.
