Abstract

Islamic education institutions as agents of change to pay attention to the demands of improving the quality of madrasah education. For this reason, madrasah leaders need to conduct analysis to map the trends and strengths of competition, set quality standards, and formulate demands for environmental needs and trends. The strategy formulation process includes three stages, namely: the input stage, the matching stage, and the decision stage. In this model, nine matrix techniques will produce one strategy that will be executed in the next strategy management process, namely the implementation of the strategy

Abstract

Tulisan ini memaparkan tentang pendekatan hermeneutika antara ajaran otoritas dan perilaku otoritarism yang digagas oleh Khalid M. Abou El Fadl.kiPemikiran keislaman lahir dari respon lslam terhadap realitas sosial yang mengakibatkan pemikiran Islam tumbuh subur dan berkembang. Dengan banyaknya pemikir keislaman menyebabkan munculnya berbgai macam persolan yang dihadapi, dan tentunya sebanyak jumlah dari pemikir itu. kiOleh karenanya, pluralitas dalam agama Islam perlu direspon sebagai kekayaan umat muslim. Disinilah Khalid Abou El Fadl menggagas tentang pendekatan hermeneutika antara ajaran otoritas dan perilaku otoritarism yang dapat dibedakan dari masing-masing. Dalam ajaran otoritas, Sesungguhnya otoritas itu tidak berdiri sendiri dan tidak pula independen yang tidak melibatkan elemen lainkyang mendukungnya dan mendasarinya. Dalam hal ini ada beberapaksumber yang bisa dijadikan sumber otoritas, diantaranya adalah: sumber dari wahyu, sumber dari hasil pembuktian empiris, dan selanjutnya adalah sumber dari kekuatan penalaran manusiandan tradisi yang telah mapan. Sedangkan Dalam Membangun gagasan otoritas dan otoritarism yaitu melalui (kompetensi, penetapan makna, dan konsep perwakilan dalam Islam). Yaitu dengan Pertama: menjadikan Tuhan sebagai otoritas tertinggi. Kedua: penetapan makna, Ketiga: konsep perwakilan dalam Islam melalui kedaulatan Tuhan.

Abstract

School has a function as an agent of change whose job is to build students to become human beings who have faith and are devoted to God, virtuous, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, being a good citizen, able solve the problems they face and become a solution for themselves, and society as a whole. To achieve the goals of education, the principal's active role as a leader and manager is needed in creating quality and superior schools. In this role the principal is expected to have work targets in realizing the vision and mission of the school. For this reason, the quality of education as one of the outputs will become a benchmark for each school as part of the principal's leadership in developing the quality of existing education. The quality of a school can be seen from the process along with the results in teaching and learning activities carried out. Teaching and learning activities remain a priority that must be maintained, developed, and carried out well regardless of the conditions. Like today, where Indonesia has experienced the Covid-19 pandemic since March to date, certainly many aspects have changed due to this pandemic, especially related to educational activities in Indonesia. For this reason, principals are expected to be able to improve the quality of learning in this pandemic era where face-to-face learning is not permitted in the school environment, thus requiring schools to create distance learning that does not reduce the value of conventional learning so that the quality of the learning process can be maintained and implemented properly.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the typology of management of Islamic educational institutions in the archipelago. This qualitative descriptive study made the kyai the research subject. The collection technique was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. While the analysis is done by collecting research data, reducing data, presenting data to draw conclusions. The results show that the typology of management of Islamic education institutions in the archipelago is: 1) The development of Islamic boarding schools tends to be modern, this can be seen from the pesantren curriculum whose development tends to develop madrasah diniyah which are divided into madrasah diniyah at ula, wustha, and ulya levels. Not only the development of the madrasah diniyah, the curriculum development in the Al-Karomah Islamic boarding school has also developed a pesantren curriculum that is macro, meso and micro. 2) The leadership pattern played by the kyai tends to a charismatic type of leadership, this can be seen in several activity structures that involve the figure of the kyai directly in the field. Kyai also acts as an intellectual leader, as a community leader, and as a spiritual leader.Keywords: PAI, Islamic education management, pesantren AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan menganalisis tipologi pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam di nusantara. Studi deskriptif kualitatif ini menjadikan kyai sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data penelitian, mereduksi data, menyajikan data hingga menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tipologi pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam di nusantara adalah: 1) Perkembangan pesantren cenderung modern, hal ini terlihat dari kurikulum pesantren yang perkembangannya cenderung mengembangkan madrasah diniyah yang terbagi menjadi madrasah. diniyah pada tingkat ula, wustha, dan ulya. Tidak hanya pengembangan madrasah diniyah, pengembangan kurikulum di pesantren Al-Karomah juga telah mengembangkan kurikulum pesantren yang bersifat makro, meso dan mikro. 2) Pola kepemimpinan yang dimainkan oleh kyai cenderung pada tipe kepemimpinan yang karismatik, hal ini terlihat pada beberapa struktur kegiatan yang melibatkan sosok kyai secara langsung di lapangan. Kyai juga berperan sebagai pemimpin intelektual, pemimpin komunitas, dan pemimpin spiritual. Kata Kunci: PAI, manajemen pendidikan Islam, pesantren

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan merupakan suatu usaha untuk membimbing seorang menjadi lebih baik dari aspek, pengetahuan, sikap maupun kepribadian. Pada jenjang perguruan tinggi proses pembimbingan yang dilakukan tentunya akan lebih banyak pada kegiatan yang bersifat mandiri, aktif dan produktif. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu adanya rancangan pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi yang dikaji. Pada aliran kontruktivisme pemahaman pengetahuan bukan saja yang diterima peserta didik dari pendidik, namun merupakan hasil dari kontruksi aktif dan kontruksi kognitif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mencoba merancang pembelajaran Statistik Pendidikan pada Program Studi PAI dengan penerapan teori APOS (Analisis, Proses, Objek, Skema). Hasil dari tes akhir dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan sebesar 85% mahasiswa telah mencapai ketuntasan. Kata kunci: Pemahaman, Statistik, APOS. Abstract Education is an attempt to guide a person to be better in terms of aspects, knowledge, attitudes and personality. At the tertiary level, the guidance process carried out will certainly be more in activities that are independent, active and productive. Based on this, it is necessary to have a learning plan that can improve students' understanding of the material being studied. In the flow of constructivism understanding of knowledge is not only what students receive from educators, but is the result of active construction and cognitive construction. In this study, researchers tried to design learning Education Statistics in the PAI Study Program by applying APOS theory (Analysis, Processes, Objects, Schemes). The results of the final test in this study indicate that an increase of 85% of students has reached completion. Keywords: Understanding, Statistics, APOS.

Abstract

Abstract Problematika learning and the efforts to solve those problems in the new normal era of the covid-19 pandemic in islamic religious subjects at SD Plus Qurrota A'yun Malang. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach while for data collection by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The efforts to solve learning problems in the new normal era of the covid-19 pandemic online are building cooperation between the teacher, students themselves, and the parents, contacting students via phone or video call to carry out the TPQ learning process, students can do schoolwork manually (do the exercise in their workbooks), do thetring on other family members or join wifi to neighbors to carry out online learning. Meanwhile, problem solving about the efforts during offline learning are teachers using the allocation of time maximalize so than, Teachers can review the material that has been shared during online learning and provide standardization of health protocols for school residents.
