Abstract

Dalam analisis penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui  kelayakan home industry dari usaha Kue Sari cacalan dari aspek non-keuangan, dan aspek keuangan, dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif dimana menganalisis aspek-aspek yang meliputi: aspek operasional, aspek SDM, aspek pasar dan pemasaran. Selain Aspek diatas juga akan dianalisis aspek keuangan yang meliputi  Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR, untuk mengetahui layak atau tidak suatu usaha. Untuk strategi pengembangan menggunakan Matriks SWOT yang mereferensikan bahwa home industry kue Sari cacalan layak untuk dijalankan dari aspek non-finansial, dari segi hukum belum bisa dikatakan layak, karena belum memiliki legalitas surat izin usaha. Aspek keuangan usaha home industry kue Sari cacalan” ini dikatagorikan layak dijalankan karena sudah melibihi 3 tahun, dengan discount rate 12%. Dari Payback Period (PP) selama 3 tahun 16 hari, menghasilkan Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp 23,343,276, Profitability Index (PI) 1,33, dan 26,29% dari Internal Rate of Return (IRR)

Abstract

LPD existence Pakraman Gunaksa in traditional village development contribution Gunaksa are things that are not exactly small. Because in terms of uneven development, road conditions are still under construction and industry sectors are lacking. Therefore, researchers are interested to study in depth the role of LPD Pakraman Gunaksa in the construction of the village people Gunaksa. The method used is the qualitative research methods by interview and review historical LPD trip during standing. Research shows that traditional village LPD Gunaksa quite an important role. Can be viewed in terms of profits 20% profit every year automatically become the property of citizens Gunaksa traditional village. Profit or gain is used for traditional ceremonies and village development processes physically. Where income in 2017 reached Rp.802,057,801.43 which is 20% of the profit or Rp.160,411,560.29 has automatically become the property of residents of the village people Gunaksa. Calculation of profit in 2017 has been allocated and has been used by the indigenous Bendesa to activities ritual is customary procession Nandan ceremony is held every first year as well as for repairs village head office along to improve the access is not feasible to be used.

Abstract

As a hospitality business can not be separated from error or service failure. so companies need to handle the failure of the service with service recovery program embodied with three dimensions of procedural justice, interactional justice and distributive justice. This study aims to Determine the influence of procedural justice, interactional justice distributive justice on customer satisfaction at Rama Candidasa Hotel. This study used 80 samples, the method of collecting data through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression analysis,test f  test t and the previous determination has been tested the validity and reliability.The results showed by the F-test is procedural justice, interactional justice and distributive justice have positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Rama Candidasa Hotel. From the results of correlation analysis this shows thata positive and very powerful relationship between procedural justice, interactional justice and distributive justice with customer satisfaction. Where the condition shows the higher the value of procedural justice, interactional justice and distributive justice, that make the higher the value of customer satisfaction and same as the other way. From result of determination analysis (R2) obtained coefficient of determination equal to 64,4%, which means that customer satisfaction is true result from influence of procedural justice, interactional justice and distributive justiceequal to 64,4%, while 35,6% influenced by other factor. Furthermore, based on T-test results obtained that the distributive justice has greater influence and stronger than procedural justice and interactional justice.

Abstract

The Financial Services Authority is an independent institution and is free from interference from other parties that has the functions, duties, authorities as regulation, supervision and protection. One of the institutions that is closely monitored by the Financial Services Authority is the Microfinance Institution. The Financial Services Authority also stipulates that if the business activities of a Microfinance Institution exceed one district/city area, the institution must transform into a Rural Bank or Sharia Rural Financing Bank. This policy is of course related to the many problems in the banking sector that occurred in the crisis and impacted the 21 national private banks which were liquidated by Bank Indonesia, which found various irregularities so that many questioned Bank Indonesia's supervision. This study aims to describe the supervision of the Financial Services Authority and the Standard Operating Procedures of the Financial Services Authority on the performance of Microfinance Institutions. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires and literature studies, with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) The supervision of the Financial Services Authority partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Microfinance Institutions, it can be said that the significance value is 0.000 with a coefficient value of 0.429. (2) Standard Operating Procedures of the Financial Services Authority partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Microfinance Institutions, it can be said that the significance value is 0.000 with a coefficient value of 0.661. (3) Supervision of the Financial Services Authority and Standard Operating Procedures of the Financial Services Authority simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Microfinance Institutions, it can be said that this is because a significance value of 0.000 is obtained.

Abstract

The problem of online lending or Peer to Peer Lending which continues to be in the public spotlight day has resulted in huge losses for the community, especially in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic situation.This study aims to describe the Laws and Regulations and Supervision of the Financial Services Authority and their effect on the development of Online Loans in Bali Province. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method. Where secondary data from laws and regulations, books, and primary data obtained from questionnaires. The results of this study show: (1) Laws and Regulations have a positive and significant effect on Online Loans, significance value of 0.000 was obtained with a coefficient value of 0.449. (2) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on Online Loans, a significance value of 0.000 with a coefficient value of0.530 is obtained. (3) Laws and Regulations and Supervision simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Online Loans, a significance value of 0.000 was obtained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh seiring perkembangan zaman lembaga keuangan di Indonesia semakin berkembang, sebagai akibat dari laju pertumbuhan perekonomian memberikan suatu dampak yang bernilai positif dan negative baik berupa penanaman modal maupun investasi. Maka dari itu OJK dibentuk dengan tujuan agar keseluruhan kegiatan di dalam sektor jasa keuangan dapat terselenggara secara teratur, adil, transparan, dan akuntabel. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “ Pengawasan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan terhadap investasi di Provinsi Bali ”. Yang secara khusus difokuskan pada dua variabel yaitu POJK dan Investasi Asuransi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mempelajari pengaruh dua variabel tersebut dalam mempengaruhi perspektif ekonomi Indonesia. Setelah melekukan kajian literatur dan penyusunan hipotesis, data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner pada 100 investor asuransi menurut perbankan Provinsi Bali yang diawasi oleh OJK, diperoleh menggunakan teknik sampling sistematik. Kemudian dilakukan analisis data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner dan studi pustaka dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranan OJK dan investasi asuransi terhadap perspektif ekonomi Indonesia memiliki pengaruh nilai signifikan yang positif. Manfaat yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperluas pengetahuan peneliti, hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh POJK terhadap Investasi Asuransi di Provinsi Bali pada Perspektif Ekonomi Indonesia dan diharapkan dapat menambah referensi bagi peneliti selanjutnya.

Abstract

In achieving company goals, human resources have a very important role. Therefore, companies must always pay attention to employee job satisfaction and loyalty. Satisfied and loyal employees will make a major contribution to achieving company goals. This research aims to determine the effect of work loyalty and job satisfaction on HR productivity among PT employees. BPR ASHI. This research was structured descriptively using a quantitative approach method. In this research, the data collection instrument is a questionnaire to obtain information about a number of respondents representing a certain population and then statistical data analysis (SPSS) will be carried out to test the hypothesis that has been proposed. The results of this research were found from multiple linear regression analysis, it was concluded that work loyalty and job satisfaction had a positive effect on the HR productivity of PT employees. BPR ASHI. This means that increasing work loyalty and job satisfaction will significantly increase the HR productivity of PT employees. BPR ASHI. It is concluded that there is a significant partial influence of the work loyalty variable on HR productivity. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, it was found that the beta coefficient value for the work loyalty variable had a positive value of 0.489. There was a significant partial influence of the job satisfaction variable on HR productivity. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, it was found that the beta coefficient value for the job satisfaction variable had a positive value of 0.254 and there was a significant simultaneous influence of the Job Loyalty and Job Satisfaction variables on HR Productivity.

Abstract

With the use of financial analysis as a gauge for the company's financial health, this research seeks to analyze PT. Pegadaian's performance. With an emphasis on financial analysis, including liquidity, solvability, profitability, and efficiency, the study employs descriptive analysis. According to the findings, PT. Pegadaian has demonstrated strong financial performance, with its liquidity allowing for efficient risk management. Efficiency shows how well a business uses its resources to generate revenue, whereas profitability ratio shows how well it generates profits. The report stresses how crucial it is to routinely assess financial performance in order to keep the company's standing and avoid market fluctuations. The organization must adjust to boost operational efficiency and enhance community service delivery in light of technology improvements and digitalization.
