Abstract

Dalam analisis penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui  kelayakan home industry dari usaha Kue Sari cacalan dari aspek non-keuangan, dan aspek keuangan, dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif dimana menganalisis aspek-aspek yang meliputi: aspek operasional, aspek SDM, aspek pasar dan pemasaran. Selain Aspek diatas juga akan dianalisis aspek keuangan yang meliputi  Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR, untuk mengetahui layak atau tidak suatu usaha. Untuk strategi pengembangan menggunakan Matriks SWOT yang mereferensikan bahwa home industry kue Sari cacalan layak untuk dijalankan dari aspek non-finansial, dari segi hukum belum bisa dikatakan layak, karena belum memiliki legalitas surat izin usaha. Aspek keuangan usaha home industry kue Sari cacalan” ini dikatagorikan layak dijalankan karena sudah melibihi 3 tahun, dengan discount rate 12%. Dari Payback Period (PP) selama 3 tahun 16 hari, menghasilkan Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp 23,343,276, Profitability Index (PI) 1,33, dan 26,29% dari Internal Rate of Return (IRR)

Abstract

Keluarga merupakan suatu lembaga sosial yang paling besar perannya bagi kesejahteraan sosial dan kelestarian anggota-anggotanya terutama anak-anaknya. Pelaku penting dalam dinamika rumah tangga adalah perempuan dalam artian perempuan menguasai pengelolaan keuangan, redistribusi pendapatan, alokasi konsumsi. Kedudukan perempuan dalam keluarga/ rumah tangga secara umum memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab yang berbeda dari pria yang merupakan kepala keluarga. Perempuan diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi kepada keluarganya dan berperan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Sehingga ekonomi keluarga menjadi seimbang. Desa pinggan yang terkenal dengan destinasi pariwisata yang terkenal dengan sebutan negeri diatas awan. Desa Pinggan Kintamani menjadi lokasi liburan yang tidak kalah menariknya di Pulau Bali.

Abstract

Employee contributions will be important if done with effective actions and behave correctly. Not only the amount of effort but also the direction of the business. The nature, effort or willingness to work as well as the various things that constitute organizational support is very important for the success of employee performance. In this study analyze the problems faced by employees of Matahari Department Store Duta Plaza, some of them feel there is dissatisfaction in work so that this affects the poor performance. Empirical test conducted on 120 employees to obtain data about leadership style and organizational culture that had been considered has not been able to provide hope for employees. Analyzer used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of SEM analysis has fulfilled the criteria of the model of Goodness of Fit Index Criteria: chi square = 294,276, probability = 0,000, RMSEA = 0.116, GFI = 0.776, AGFI = 0.697, CFI =0.829. All meet the criteria, except RMSEA and AGFI are marginal. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture is not significant influence on job satisfaction is not significant to performance, organizational culture is not significant effect on performance, leadership style is not significant effect on performance either directly or indirectly through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. On the basis of these results, the managerial implications that can be suggested are the improvement of job satisfaction and performance can be achieved by creating and maintaining a culture of involvement in corporate culture, applying participative leadership style in line with providing satisfactory salary levels for employees.

Abstract

Marine tourism includes sea, lake and river tourism. The maritime area is an area that cannot be separated from the maritime area, in Indonesia most of the tourist areas are marine tourism in which there is a beach which is one of the attractions of natural tourism and much sought after by tourists. To find out the factors that influence the attractiveness of tourism in the development of marine tourism on the coast of Tanjung Benoa and how to increase the attractiveness of tourism in the development of marine tourism and to know the safety of facilities and infrastructure in Tanjung Benoa beach tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the limitations of developing country human resources and direct competition for digital companies from developed countries in the digital economy in the G20 presidency in 2022. The population and sample in this study were all 50 employees of CV WS Teknologi. Data analysis was carried out using the research instrument test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The variable of limited human resources has a negative effect on the digital economy with a t-count value of -2.591 and a significance of 0.013. The digital company competition variable has a positive and significant effect on the digital economy with a t-count value of 6.631 and a significance of 0.000. The variable of limited human resources has a negative effect on the G20 presidency with a t-count value of -3.930 and a significance of 0.000. the digital company competition variable has a positive and significant effect on the G20 presidency with a t-count value of 2.674 and a significance of 0.049. It can be concluded that the variables of limited human resources, digital company competition and the digital economy have a positive and significant effect on the G20 presidency with an F-count value of 32.782 and a significance of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of country image and beauty vlogger reviews on purchase intention, analyze whether beauty vlogger reviews have an effect on purchase intention and analyze whether country image and beauty vlogger reviews have an effect on purchase intention. This research will be conducted to analyze the effect of country image and Beauty vlogger review on Purchase Intention of Korean cosmetics consumers on the Althea.kr website. The survey will be shared via the comments column on Veronica Ong's video channel. Using a web survey via Google form. In recent years, web surveys have been used to collect respondent data for academic research as well as authors sharing surveys online on forums discussing the Althea.kr site, researchers posting survey messages in the comments column by providing a link to beauty vlogger Veronica Ong's video. The conclusion from this study is that country image has a significant effect on purchase intention, beauty vlogger reviews have a significant effect on purchase intention and together country image and beauty vlogger review have a significant effect on purchase intention of Korean cosmetic products. In terms of country image, in this study country image shows significant results on the purchase intention of cosmetic products from South Korea. Here Althea.kr has described products from South Korea and reflects the characteristics of South Korea as a developed country in the field of cosmetics.

Abstract

This study sought to ascertain the impact of workplace stress and intention to leave on employee turnover. All of the employees at one of the mining businesses in Indonesia made up the population of this study, which had a total sample of 35 employees. Based on the saturated sample approach, samples were obtained. Multiple linear regression analysis is the technique utilized for data analysis. The study's findings indicate that employee turnover intentions are significantly influenced by both the work environment and work stress, either simultaneously or in part. The following conclusions can be taken from the data that was gathered and tested using the multiple linear regression model: The workplace has a considerable impact on employee turnover intention, with a t-test result of 0.000. The findings of the t test, which showed a value of 0.049, on the intention of employee turnover, show that work stress has a substantial impact. According to the results of the f test, the workplace environment and work stress have a considerable impact on the likelihood that employees will leave their jobs.

Abstract

This study's goal is to recognize and assess how employee career growth is impacted by work performance, education, training, and experience. 87 employees who participated in the study and received questionnaires received primary data collection. Both the convenience sampling approach and the non-probability sampling method were used for the sampling. The study of this paper employs a number of linear regression tests. The results of the study show that job performance and work experience have a significant impact on an employee's career development partially or concurrently, whereas education and training only have a simultaneous impact. These results demonstrate that the dependent variable, with a coefficient of determination of 0.648, has a value of 64.8% in explaining employee career progression when the components of job performance, education and training, and work experience are combined.

Abstract

AbstrakKebijakan deviden, profitabilitas dan corporate social responsibility merupakan faktor yang berperan penting dalam peningkatan nilai suatu perusahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan deviden, profitabilitas dan corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2020. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2018-2020 yang berjumlah 12 perusahaan. Kriteria penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu dengan kriteria tertentu. Maka berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 perusahaan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu; 1) Kebijakan deviden bepengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, 2) Profitabilitas bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, 3) Corporate Social Responsibility bepe ngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, 4) Kebijakan deviden, profitabilitas, dan Corporate Social Responsibility secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Adapun saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu diharapkan mampu mengembangkan penelitian yang lebih baik kedepannya mengenai peningkatan terhadap nilai perusahan serta menambah variabel penelitian.Kata kunci: Kebijakan Deviden, Profitabilitas, Corporate Social Responsibility, Bursa Efek Indonesia AbstractDividend policy, profitability and corporate social responsibility are factors that play an important role in increasing the value of a company. This study aims to analyze dividend, profitability and corporate social responsibility policies on firm value in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018-2020 which amount to 12 companies. The criteria for determining the sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely with certain criteria. So based on the specified criteria, the number of samples in this study amounted to 12 companies. The results in this study are; 1) Dividend policy has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, 2) Profitability has a positive and significant impact on firm value, 3) Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive and significant impact on firm value, 4) Dividend policy, profitability, and Corporate Social Responsibility simultaneously has a significant effect on firm value. The suggestions for further research are expected to be able to develop better research in the future regarding increasing company value and adding research variables.Keywords: Dividend Policy, Profitability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Value.
