Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Obyek penelitian adalah produk Four Bro yang tersebar di kota Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan konsumen Four Bro pada beberapa outlet di kota Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi liner berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah variabel kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan promosi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on loyalty and work motivation in Bumimas Permata Group Companies. This research design is a causal study (cause and effect) with quantitative research. The target population in this study were 121 employees of the Bumimas Permata Group company, namely they were either directly or indirectly under the leadership of the researcher. The researcher uses the Non Propability Sampling method by using a saturated sampling technique on the census of 121 employees within the Bumimas Permata Group company. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion shows that there is a significant influence of leadership style on work loyalty, there is a significant influence of leadership style on work motivation, there is a significant influence of work loyalty on work motivation and there is an influence of leadership style on work motivation with work loyalty as a mediating variable in Bumimas Permata Group company.

Abstract

Air traffic controllers, also known as PLLUs, are members of the Indonesian Air Force who are responsible for aviation safety. Personnel of the TNI AU PLLU must be willing to be sent to various TNI AU bases across the area of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). In order to achieve optimal performance, TNI AU PLLU workers must possess high levels of competence and work motivation due to their considerable obligations and responsibilities. In order to achieve optimal performance, TNI AU PLLU workers must possess high levels of competence and work motivation due to their considerable obligations and responsibilities.  A total of 63 respondents were sampled. Using a Likert scale, members of the Indonesian Air Force who work as air traffic controllers were asked a series of questions (questionnaires) as part of an observation technique for collecting data. Analysis of data using the smartPLS 3.0 application yielded the following results; foremost, competency has a strong and favorable impact on work motivation; Second, service placement has a favorable and statistically significant effect on work motivation; Third, competence and office placement have a positive and statistically significant combined effect on work motivation.
