Abstract

This research is about the influence of Lecturer Performance toward Student’s Learning Interest. The aim of this research is to find out about is it true that lecture performance influence students learning interest. In order to find it out, the highlight of this research is lecturer performance which includes phisically lecturer performance, lecturer knowledge about the subject which he or she going to explain, lecturer behaviour on the way he or she teaching, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation.This research is using questionnaire to measure student interest and also observation form to find out lecturer performance, in order to collect the data. The data collection is taken at the Faculty of Economics, Management Department of Batanghari University at the even semester, year 2014/2015, student year of 2009 through 2014 which is still active academically, and also guest lecturers, senior lecturer, junior lecturer who give lecture at Batanghari University, specially at the Faculty of Economics, Management Department. This research is using multiple linier regression methods. This research show that the lecturer performance do not influence students interest but the influence factor are intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivationKey Word: lecturer performance, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the Service Affects Student Satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics, Batanghari Jambi University. The limitations of the problems in this study are as follows: 1. The variables used in this study are service quality variables that include responsiveness, reliability, assurance, emphaty (empathy), tangibles (direct evidence). And 2. The gap used in this study is the gap between the quality of service perceived and the expected quality of service (service quality gap). The study was analyzed using multiple linear regressions. with results Y= 0.441 + 0.860X. In other words, the regression equation above can be said that the coeffesien regression variable service has a positive direction towards the satisfaction of students of the faculty of economics of batanghari jambi university. The constant or α value of 0.441 means that if the value of variable X (service) is 0 then the variable value Y (satisfaction) will be worth 0.441. The coefficient value (b) of 0.860 means that the value of variable X (service) is positive meaning that if the service variable (X1) rises by 1 unit it will increase variable Y (satisfaction) by 0.860 assuming other variablesits same. and based on statistical tests it is known that there is a significant influence between the service on the satisfaction of service users ( students) computer laboratory of the Faculty of Economics, Batanghari Jambi University, using the t test that is, thitung = 26,106 > t table = 1,984.

Abstract

The main objective of the company is generating profits, net income is an importantindicator which should be noted by the management of the company to assess the level of success or the health of the company. The data used are of financial statements and annual report PT Indosat Tbk from 2005 until the year 2013, published through the website www.indosat.com. This research consists of variable current ratio (X 1), quick ratio (X 2), and tattoos (X 3) as the independent variable and the dependent variable as net profit. The results of this research is the third free variables there is a significant impact against net profit together and only partial TATTOOS that have significant effects on income bersigh, evident from the R-square is only 76.9% of the variation in net profit can be explained by the variation of current ratio, quick ratio and tattoos, while 13.1% the rest is explained by factors outside of research. It was concluded that current ratio, quick ratio and a TATTOO carries a significant impact against net income, as seen in F-test where F calculate > F table and t-test where t calculate > t table.Keyword: current ratio, quick ratio, tattoos

Abstract

 This research was conducted to find out the fundamental variables influence against return company stock LQ45. As for the fundamental variables examined is financial leverage ratio, dividend payout ratio, and book value per share. The results showed that all the free variables in simultaneous partial or no effect significantly to return stock, because the company's leverage level is still within the limits of reasonableness. Party investors prefer growth companies, with the hope of return in the future will be higher. Investors are also not looking at the low book value as a risk not getting the cash return.Key words: fundamental variables, financial leverage ratio, dividend payout ratio, book value per share, stock return.

Abstract

fistly, this research to analyse how ti conduct organizational culture and employee performance. Second how the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi. The methodology is descriptive quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data.The population become object in this research is employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi . The method for analysis is analysis simple regression, hypotesis test, correlation so determinant coefficient and t_test. The object of this research is PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi. PT Angkasa PurA II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Airport in Jambi is subsidiary, which is engganged ini air transport services. The business priorities of the company are safety and comfort.  Analysis on the research of respondents on score of organizational culture where indicators promoting organizational missions and motivational of higher while in teh discipline in which indicator score variables work with either is score 258 This can be interpreted as employees working in earnest. Simple regression equation model is Y = 5,295 + 0,713 X + e. Test results of ttest is  tcount > ttable,  in meaning the organizational culture has effect on  performance employee.  Conclusion, organizational culture and performance employee in good condition. So that organizational culture has effect significant to  performance employee on PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha. Suggestion that head manager of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) should directly control his subordinate work directly.

Abstract

Hospitals have a very strategic role in the effort to accelerate the improvement of human health status. Health problems have become a basic need for the community, several empirical studies on people's satisfaction and physical evidence give inconsistent results where some studies show that people and physical evidence have no significant effect on satisfaction, but on the other hand there are also studies that show different things. Based on this explanation, the researcher is interested in submitting the research title "the influence of people and physical evidence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Kab. Muaro Jambi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of people and physical evidence on inpatient satisfaction at Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Muaro Jambi Regency. The object of this study was hospitalized patients, while the variables studied were related to the community and physical evidence of patient satisfaction. The population in this study were inpatients at RSUD Ahmad Ripin Kab. Muaro Jambi with a total sample of 89 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing.The results showed that people did not have a significant positive effect on satisfaction at Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Muaro Jambi Regency, while physical evidence had a significant positive effect on satisfaction at Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Muaro Jambi Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the simultaneous influence of motivation and competence on performance at the Jambi City Samsat Office. The method used is descriptive research using survey techniques, with a quantitative analysis approach and using non-parametric statistics. The research sample consisted of 76 respondents. The research results show that motivation and competency factors have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Jambi City Samsat Office. The simultaneous influence of motivation and competence on performance is 35.7%. Motivational factors have the greatest contribution to employee performance at the Jambi City Samsat Office.
