Abstrak : Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan menulis. Tujuan umum penelitian meningkatkan kemampuan menulis naskah pidato mengunakan metode drill and practice. Tujuan khusus meningkatkan kemampuan menulisnaskah dengan isi, organisasi, kosa kata, penguasaan bahasa dan mekanik. Metode penelitian deskriptif. Bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjeknya siswa kelas VI SDN No. 20 Tunggul Boyok Kabupaten Sanggau. Hasil penelitian peningkatan rata-rata kemampuan kognitif dalam menulis naskah pidato yaitu: awal siklus rata-rata kelasnya 16,74, siklus I rata-rata kelasnya 22,56 , dan siklus II rata-rata kelasnya 27,67. Dari hasil observasi rata-rata siswa telah menulis dengan benar. Peningkatkan rata-rata aspek psikomotorik 26,05, siklus I rata-rata kelasnya 15,35, dan siklus II rata-rata kelasnya 41,16. Dari hasil obsevasi Pada siklus I dan siklus II terjadi peningkatan yang drastis yang disebabkan siswa telah mampu menulis dengan latihan dan praktik. Peningkatkan kemampuan nilai rata-rata kelas aspek afektif, awal siklus rata-rata kelasnya 2,32, siklus I rata-rata kelasnya 7,44, dan siklus II rata-rata kelas 16,74. Hasil pengamatan siklus I, dan siklus II, terjadi kenaikan rata-rata kelas pada setiap siklus. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini berhasil dengan metode drill and practice dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis naskah pidato. From the result of observation most of the students are able to make correct writing.The rising ability of average class in the average psychomotor 9,20 in cycle I 10,90 and in cycle II 11,36. From observation in cycle I and II show significant arising due to the students are able to write by drill and practice methods. The arising ability affective aspect in early cycle 8,25, the average cycle I 9,81 and cycle II 11,00. The observation of early cycles, I and II show the up movement of the students ability in each cycle.
