Abstract

Teacher performance can be interpreted as the results achieved by a teacher after the teacher carries out obligations based on skills, experience, duration with the output obtained looks good in terms of quantity or quality. Based on the results of interviews with several teachers, researchers. The work motivation shown by the teachers is still not optimal, it is proven that some teachers come late, at lessons 1,2 and lessons 6,7, 8 there are often no teachers teaching, sometimes they are filled with assignments that are not corrected, Some teachers have low motivation due to lack of financial rewards to meet their daily needs. From the results of interviews with the Bengkalis District Elementary School supervisors, information was obtained that the supervision carried out by the principal as a leader, the impact of the low frequency of supervision carried out by the principal and not being sustainable was the presence of teachers who carried out the learning process in a less professional manner. The research approach used in this research is to use ex post facto research, namely after the fact, by taking data by survey. 1) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance. The higher the work motivation given, the higher the teacher's performance. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Academic Supervision on Teacher Performance at SDN Rupat District. The higher the level of leadership that the principal has, the higher the level of performance that the teacher has. 3) There is a jointly significant influence between the variables of Work Motivation and Academic Supervision on Performance at SDN Rupat District. The higher the work motivation and academic supervision owned by the principal, the higher the level of performance possessed by the teacher assuming permanent work motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana kredibilitas influencer, kepercayaan terhadap brand, dan pengalaman digital memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan di industri pariwisata. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode wawancara terstruktur dan mendalam terhadap 30 informan yang merupakan konsumen aktif dari berbagai layanan pariwisata, seperti hotel, agen perjalanan, pembelian tiket, dan kunjungan ke destinasi wisata. Penelitian ini mengadopsi desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional untuk menangkap persepsi konsumen pada satu periode waktu tertentu. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut memiliki dampak positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kredibilitas influencer terbukti mampu membangun kepercayaan awal dan menarik minat konsumen terhadap layanan yang ditawarkan. Sementara itu, brand trust muncul sebagai faktor kunci dalam mendorong perilaku pembelian ulang dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada orang lain. Di sisi lain, pengalaman digital yang baik memperkuat keterikatan emosional konsumen terhadap brand, terutama melalui interaksi yang menyenangkan dan sistem yang fungsional. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori dalam bidang perilaku konsumen dan pemasaran digital, sekaligus menawarkan wawasan praktis bagi pelaku industri pariwisata untuk merancang strategi promosi yang efektif, memperkuat citra merek, dan mengembangkan platform digital yang berfokus pada peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the transformation of pesantren education in promoting sharia-based entrepreneurship through a vocational education approach at the Riau Technology Islamic Boarding School. In facing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 5.0, Islamic boarding schools are required not only to produce graduates who are spiritually religious but also technically and economically competent. This study uses a qualitative approach using the case study method, where data is collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings of the study show that the integration of the vocational curriculum with Islamic values can shape the character of students as independent and ethical young entrepreneurs. The Sharia-based business unit managed by students serves as a real-world learning platform that not only hone skills but also instill Islamic trading principles. These findings show that the Islamic boarding school-based vocational education model has significant replication potential in other Islamic education contexts. This study recommends strengthening the curriculum, strategic partnerships, digitizing learning, and business mentoring for students as a further step in developing sharia entrepreneurship in the pesantren environment.
