Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to describe management related to asset management in places of worship. The object of research is the garden assets. This research was conducted at Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Mosque in Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study uses data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Number of informants, namely 1. Deputy chairman of takmir 2. Garden employees. In general, it can be concluded that the Baitul Hakam Mosque is a typical office mosque because it is located in the Pelindo office area. Garden management activities at Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Surabaya Mosque are also running or in accordance with existing theories and realities. Namely applying management elements which include Man (human), Money (money), Materials (objects), Machines (machines / tools), Methods (ways), and Markets (markets). Takmir Baitul Hakam Mosque has also carried out functions in the management process which include planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. In addition, it can also be seen that the work system implemented by the Baitul Hakam Takmir Mosque such as a finger scan every entry and return, various rewards and punishments for employees can also make the park management activities at Baitul Hakam Mosque run well.ABSTRAKTujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan terkait Manajemen Pengelolaan aset pada tempat ibadah. Objek penelitian ada pada aset pertamanan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di masjid Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jumlah informan, yaitu 1. Wakil ketua takmir 2. Pegawai taman. Secara umum, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Masjid Baitul Hakam adalah tipikal masjid perkantoran dikarenakan letaknya di area perkantoran Pelindo. Kegiatan manajemen pertamanan di Masjid Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Surabaya juga berjalan atau ada kesesuaian dengan teori dan realitas yang ada. Yaitu menerapkan unsur-unsur manajemen yang di antaranya Man (manusia), Money (uang), Materials (benda), Machines (mesin/alat), Methods (cara), dan Markets (pasar). Takmir Masjid Baitul Hakam juga telah menjalankan fungsi-fungsi di dalam proses manajemen yang diantaranya adalah perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), penggerakan (actuating), dan pengawaasan (controlling). Selain itu juga dapat diketahui bahwa sistem kerja yang diterapkan oleh Takmir Masjid Baitul Hakam seperti finger scan setiap masuk dan pulang, berbagai reward dan punishment bagi para pegawai juga dapat membuat aktivitas manajemen pertamanan di Masjid Baitul Hakam berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

This research discusses the Analysis of the News Framing of PSBB Surabaya Raya Termination in Online Media Kompas.com and Suarasurabaya.net Edition 8-9 June 2020. This research uses constructive paradigm using Framing Pan and Kosicki analysis method with the assumption that each news article has a frame which functions as a center of the organizational idea. Kompas.com dan suarasurabaya.net have their own views to frame their news. Kompas.com is a national online media, while for suarasurabaya.net is a local online media that much people interest in Surabaya, especially for radio media. The result shows news article has used some of them have a lack point and suarasurabaya.net more construct East Java Governor figure.

Abstract

Abstrak Globalisasi yang merupakan agenda dari negara dunia pertama untuk melakukan sebuah ekspansi ekonomi global kepada negara berkembang sehingga berdampak pada tatanan ekonomi negara dunia ketiga. Paradigma negara dunia pertama, konsep negara dunia ketiga merupakan negara bekas jajahan yang baru memiliki kedaulatan dan masih miskin sehingga perlu bantuan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan, peningkatan pendapatan nasional dan pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup bernegara yang harus dikembangkan. Sehingga membuat para elite ekonomi dari negara dunia pertama melakukan investasi dan mendirikan perusahaan di wilayah negara berkembang dan dalam melancarkan proses ekonomi tersebut juga melakukan intervensi politik yang menghasilkan sebuah kebijakan. Kapitalisasi dan industrialisasi merupakan bentuk nyata dari pengaruh globalisasi ekonomi yang membuat ketergantungan negara berkembang kepada negara maju dan pada akhirnya menciptakan sebuah kesenjangan sosial pada negara berkembang. Selain itu juga membuat manusia lebih konsumtif dan menganggap bahwa manusia adalah pusat dari sumber nilai di muka bumi ini. dan alam hanya sebagai alat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup manusia saja. Sehingga tak jarang banyak terjadi bencana alam akibat ulah tangan manusia sendiri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good corporate governance programs and employee loyalty on employee performance partially or simultaneously at PT. Panglima Express Surabaya. The method used in this research is quantitative research, the type of associative hypothesis. The method used by researchers in answering these objectives is by using multiple linear regression tests. This research is located at PT. Panglima Express Surabaya with a total of 30 respondents. The results of this study indicate that (1) The influence of good corporate governance and employee loyalty on employee performance at PT. Panglima Express Surabaya partially (a) the value of good corporate governance has a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 (b) the value of employee loyalty has a p value of 0.000 <0.05, (2) The significant value of good corporate governance (X1), employee loyalty ( X2) on employee performance (Y) has a significant effect with the p value is 0.000 <0.05, (3) The value of the relationship between good corporate governance and employee loyalty to employee performance at PT. Panglima Ekspres Surabaya partially (a) The correlation value of good corporate governance with employee performance is 0.624 (b) The correlation value between employee loyalty and employee performance is 0.808, (4) The value of the relationship can be seen from the value in column R. The value in column R can be It is known that the variable good corporate governance X1 and employee loyalty X2 has a relationship value to employee Y performance of 0.815, (5) The value of "Standard Error of the Estimate (SEE)" is 3.44135, Descriptive statistic, namely 5.72592, The correlation value for good corporate governance is 0.624. The employee loyalty value is 0.808. This shows that the strongest or dominant relationship value is the employee loyalty variable, because the employee loyalty variable has the highest relationship value, namely 0.808.

Abstract

Organizational flexibility strategy is a method that is used when the main way or the general way used by an organization to change due to other factors. This study discusses the flexibility strategy used by the Surabaya City Ministry of Religion Office in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to find out how the flexibility strategy is used and whether there is a difference with the application of self-protection applied by the whole community. Researchers used qualitative research methods, descriptive approach, data collection techniques by means of interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques started from data transcription, interview coding, topic categorization, and data analysis. The data validation technique uses participation extension and data triangulation. The results of this study explain that the employees of the ministry of religion in the city of Surabaya apply the 3M health protocol as their flexibility strategy in carrying out work tasks. This government agency also implemented a Work From Home and Work From Office work system in rotation at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and in the New Normal era implemented a full work system in the office

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of productive zakat distribution activities for empowering MSMEs in LAZISMU Gresik district and determine several factors that influence the effectiveness of these activities. This research used descriptive qualitative reseacrh method. Qualitative descriptive was used to descriptive and examine in depth the form of productive zakat distribution activites for empowering MSMEs in LAZISMU district and the factors that influenced the effectiveness of these activities. Them, the data collection technique was carried out by means of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study were as follows. First, the activity that moved to increase community potentiol in the Economic field. There were certain rules that had to be followed In this activity. Among them were the distribution system, the form of zakat distribution, the distribution pattern, the criteria for productive zakat recipient groups to the stages or procedure for disturbing zakat potential beneficiaries. Second, there were several factors that influenced the productive zakat distribution activities for the empowerment of MSMEs in LAZISMU Gresik regency. Among them were goal setting, human resource search and utilization, achievement environment, communication process, leadership and decision making, and innovation.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 yang telah dan sedang berlangsung dua tahun yaitu semenjak akhir 2019 sampai saat penelitian ini berlangsung yaitu menjelang akhir 2021 berdampak luas. Sebagai akibat dari kebijakan keamanan dan protokol kesehatan, banyak pembatasan aktivitas. Perjalanan lokal, nasional dan internasional menjadi terhambat bahkan terputus. Tak terkecuali terkait penyelenggaraan Umrah, Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara berpenduduk Muslim terbanyak di dunia terkena imbas yang cukup signifikan yaitu pemberangkatan Ibadah Umrah dihentikan kecuali yang sempat pernah dibuka pada bulan-bulan akhir 2020 dan awal 2021 ketika ada kecenderungan pandemi melandai, tapi kemudian ditutup kembali sampai sekarang (Oktober 2021). Dari latar belakang tersebut tentu timbul pertanyaan bagaimana Penyelanggaraan Umrah di wilayah Jawa Timur pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19? Penyelenggaraan Umrah di Jawa Timur sebagai salah satu Provinsi dengan Umroh terbanyak di Indonesia tentu bisa menjadi salah satu barometer dan pembelajaran tentang bagaimana Penyelenggaraan Umrah secara Nasional bahkan mungkin Internasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data dari wawancara Bidang Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah (PHU) Kanwil Kementrian Agama Provinsi Jawa Timur dan Seksi PHU di Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Timur dengan mengambil Kabupaten Sampang, Kabupaten Jombang dan Kabupaten Kediri sebagai sampelnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan mulai dari alasan pembatalan, kronologi, perkembangan terkini, dampak dan solusi yang tejadi pada Penyelenggaraan Umrah di Provinsi Jawa Timur pada masa Pandemi Covid 19.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the causal factors, countermeasures, and obstacles in overcoming work stress during the Covid-19 pandemic in Employees of Mina Wisata Islami Tour And Travel Haji Umrah Surabaya. This research uses qualitative research methods with case studies as a type of research. Case studies are used to observe, describe, and find a complete picture of the phenomenon related to work stress during the Covid-19 pandemic in employees of Mina Wisata Islami Tour and Travel Haji Umrah, Surabaya. The data collection technique used to dig up information from Mina Wisata Islami Tour and Travel Haji Umrah Surabaya is through interviews, observations and documentation. As a result of research obtained by researchers in the field illustrates that the factors that cause work stress in Mina Wisata Islami employees are dominated by changes in conditions and unclear information simultaneously, so employees have no power over it. As for some other stressors that can trigger the onset of work stress for employees, namely work demands, time demands, dual roles, feedback that is felt less after when carrying out work, work environment conditions, and unhuffed authority to carry out responsibilities. Related to efforts to combat employee work stress using three methods, namely social support, self-soothing, and self-evaluation. Related obstacles in stress management efforts lie in work ineffectiveness, time inefficiencies, information vagueness, and individual characteristics.

Abstract

The digital era has led us to participate in the flow of pucliv conversation that is not certain. A lot of content is produced, but we cannot confirm the truth of the content. In addition, the existence of a religious moderation framework must be implemented, especially on media social. AIS Nusantara as a community of sudent who concentrate in the digital space takes this role in implementing religious moderation in the digital spacae. This study uses netnographic reseacrh, namely planning reseaerch implementation, compiling problem formulation and study object from sosial media, data collection, data interpretation which includes data classification and coding. AIS Nusantara has a strategic role to easetensions and clear up various discourses and issues that are carried freely in the digital space with the existence of the AIS Nusantara community with many accounts that have milions of followers able to construct discourses on sosial media.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan upaya untuk me- maksimalkan kemampuan pegawai dalam bekerja. Upaya yang diberikan me- lalui pengasahan kompetensi, bakat, dan perubahan perilaku. Maka , pengem- bangan SDM bisa dilakukan melalui berbagai kegiatan, seperti kegiatan spiritu- alitas. Di Kantor Kementerian Agama (kemenag) Kabupaten Lamongan, spirit- ualitas dapat mendorong pegawai untuk meningkatkan dan mengubah perilaku menjadi lebih baik. Saat pandemi Covid-19, pelaksanaan pengembangan SDM berbasis spiritualitas mengalami keterbatasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan SDM berbasis spiritualitas pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kantor Kemenag Kabupaten Lamongan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Di penelitian ini, telah ditemukan hasil, yaitu pertama, bentuk-bentuk pengembangan SDM berbasis spiritualitas pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kantor Kemenag Kabupaten Lamongan, meliputi Shalat Dhuha, Tadarus al-Qur’an Selama Bulan Ramadhan, Zakat setiap bulan, shalat dzuhur, Shalat Ashar, kultum ramadhan dan pembagian Nasi Setiap Hari Jum’at. Kedua, faktor pendukung pengembangan SDM berbasis spiritualitas pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kantor Kemenag Kabupaten Lamongan, yaitu Keikhlasan, Kesabaran, dan Tanggung Jawab. Sedangkan, faktor pengham- batnya yaitu Perubahan aturan pemerintah yang mempengaruhi suasana dan pola kerja pegawai. Di masa pandemi Covid-19, Kantor Kemenag Kabupaten Lamongan memberlakukan WFH dan WFO. Pelaksanaan WFH menyebabkan pegawai merasakan suasana dan pola kerja yang berbeda. Ketika WFH, kegiatan berdiskusi tidak bisa dilakukan secara optimal. Penerapan WFH dan WFO juga mempengaruhi menurunnya mental pegawai. Keterbatasan jumlah pegawai yang WFO, membuat pegawai mengalami kecemasan, bahkan kuwalahan da- lam melaksanakan tugas. Hal ini juga berdampak pada spiritualitas pegawai menjadi turun.
