Abstract

Perkembangan zaman yang cukup pesat dapat mempengaruhi berbagai hal, tidak terkecuali pada dunia fashion. Pada bidang fashion meliputi banyak aspek penyokong, diantaranya ialah motivasi dari individu, perubahan gaya hidup dan persepsi dari konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, gaya hidup, dan persepsi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion melalui sosial media. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan melibatkan 100 responden. Proses pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden melalui media google form. Jenis data yang digunakan merupakan data primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial motivasi dan gaya hidup tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan persepsi konsumen memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion. Oleh sebab itu, untuk meningkatkan nilai keputusan pembelian, maka perlu menciptakan perbedaan, menentukan harga yang sesuai, dan menambah variasi atau keragaman produk.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image and price perception on purchasing decisions by considering purchasing interest. The sample for this research is FEB UMS students who wear jeans products from Levi Strauss & CO. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling and obtained 127 respondents. Analysis of this research data uses the PLS 3.0 program. The research results state that brand image has a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest, price perception has a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest, brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, price perception has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, Consumer buying interest has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, consumer buying interest is able to mediate brand image on purchasing decisions, and consumer buying interest is able to mediate price perceptions on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Harapan Insan Sendawar Hospital is one of the referral hospitals that is trusted to treat Covid-19 patients. By 2020, there were 153 COVID-19 patients recorded in April-December who tested positive and were treated. This research used observational descriptive study by approaching cross sectional. The population in this study were patients who had been hospitalized in the Meranti ward of the HIS Hospital from August 2021 to January 2022. The sample was determined by using purposive sampling and the research samplers were 76 respondents. The statistical test used was chi square while the p value <0.05 is obtained, then the hypothesis Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The result of research was gained by using Kolmogorov Smirnov namely a p value of 0.004 which is smaller than the value of = 0.05 or (0.004 <0.05), so it means that there is a significant relationship between family support and the quality of life of Covid 19 patients. The results showed that dominant in the good category, namely 68 people (89.5%). It means that there is a significant relationship between family support and the quality of life of Covid 19 patients. Abstract

Background: Hospitals are places that provide health services to the community. The quality of health services greatly influences the sustainability and progress of hospital health services. Patient satisfaction is a comparison between the quality of services obtained and the patient's desires, needs and expectations. One of the health services in question is discharge planning. Failure to fulfill discharge planning services will result in information not reaching patients and their families, and can lead to disease recurrence or readmissions, resulting in patients feeling dissatisfied with hospital services. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between the implementation of discharge planning and the level of patient satisfaction in the Seruni Room at Taman Husada Bontang Regional Hospital Method: The method used in this research is analytical observational with a cross sectional approach. Respondents were 50 people with the inclusion criteria of cooperative patients aged 18-50 years, using total sampling technique. The instrument uses a discharge planning implementation questionnaire with a Likert scale of 17 question items and a satisfaction level questionnaire of 15 question items. Results: The research showed that the majority of respondents stated that the implementation of discharge planning was in the good category, namely 56%. Most respondents were satisfied with the implementation of discharge planning, namely 74%. Statistical test results using Spearman's rho value sig(2-tailed) = 0.000 and a correlation coefficient value of 0.748. This means that there is a significant and unidirectional relationship between the implementation of discharge planning and the level of patient satisfaction with sufficient correlation strength. Conclusion: there is a relationship between the implementation of discharge planning and the level of patient satisfaction. If the implementation of discharge planning is improved, the level of patient satisfaction will increase
