Abstract

Study on primary productivity and plankton community of man-made lake situated at Organ Permata Indah, Jakabaring area, Palembang was conducted in October and November 2002. Study was carried out by stratified random sampling and laboratory analysis. Samples for primary productivity, plankton  and water quality were taken from several sampling sites set up by using stratification method. Statification was based on the depth of the lakes which were station A (370 to 450 cm), station B (330-350 cm) and station C (200 to 240 cm). The result showed that primary productivity in October and November 2002, reached 3,75 and 12,51 mg C/m3/hour, respectively. The average abundance of phytoplankton was 595,56 and 1383,34 ind/L respectively. Composition of phytoplankton consisted of 71 genera, deriving from five classes: Cyanophyceae, Chlorophyceae, Bacillariophyceae, Xanthophyceae and Chrysophyceae. Genus which had high abundance where Chroococcus and Synechococcus (Cyanophyceae), Bracteococcus, Chlorella, Gonatozygon and Pleurotaenium (Chlorophyceae). Extreme low pH, high transparency and daily oxygen cycle indicated that OPI can be categorized as an oligotrophic lake.Keywords : man-madelake, acidity, productivity, plankton

Abstract

Study on macrozoobenthos community lived under fish cage culture had been carried out at Komering river in October 2001 and January 2002. The objective of this study was to know macrozoobenthos community lived under fish cage culture area and compared it with non fish cage culture area. Two sampling point in each station. The result of this study revealed that macrozoobenthos found in station I and II was 18 and 21 species, respectively. The abundance of macrozoobenthos in October 2001 in station I was 3064 ind/m2 and in station II was 200 ind/m2, while the abundance on both stations in January 2002 was relatively similar which was 1370 ind/m2 in station I and 1415 ind/m2 in station II. Diversity index was lower in station I (1,61-1,73) than that in station II (1,80-1,96). Similarity index in both stations were lower in October 2001 (13,55%) than January 2002 (44,95%). The organic matter content of sediment in station I (C=0,39%, N=10,86%, P2O5 = 159,50 mg P2O5/100 g soil) was higher than in station II which relate to the presence of species of Tubificidae (Brancura sp, Nais sp, and Tubifex sp), Diptera (Subfamili Chironominae and Chironomus sp) and Mesogastropoda (Melanoides tuberculata). The study indicated that the presence of cage culture affected macrozoobenthos composition, abundance, diversity and homegenity indexes.Keywords : macrozoobenthos, community, fish cage, Komering river.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah perceived organizational support, employee engagement dan workload berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT. Astra International Daihatsu Samarinda. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah perceived organizational support, employee engagement dan workload. Sementara variabel terikat adalah turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan pada PT. Astra International Daihatsu Samarinda yang terdiri dari 74 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support dan employee engagement berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan serta workload berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

Cases of sentinel hospital often occur because of ineffective communication. Effective communication is the key for nurses to make patient safety based on the standard of patient safety in hospitals. This study aimed to analyze the factors that affect nurses in implementing effective communication in inpatient hospitals AW. Sjahranie Samarinda. The study was observational analytic with cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted in April and May 2016. The samples included 71 nurses drawn randomly. Instrument data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. Data were analyzed with chi-square test and multivariate multiple logistic regression prediction models The results showed a significant difference between employment status, duration of work, ethics, language barriers and the preparation of communication with the implementation of effective communication. Long work and ethics is the most variable part of the implementation of effective communication with p <0.05. Conclusion: Long work and ethics are the factors that most influence the nurse in implementing effective communication in inpatient hospitals AW.Sjahranie. Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between therapeutic communication of nurses and the emotional level of patients in the ICU Hospital A.M. Parikesit Tenggarong. Method: this study is a reporting study with a cross sectional study approach. Determination of samples based on inclusion criteria until the minimum number of samples is met, using Purposive sampling. The sample opened 53 people. Instrument in the form of a questionnaire sheet about the implementation of nurse communication and clear family level. Academic level questionnaire with standard Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HRS-A). Data were analyzed using chi square. Results: From the results of the study obtained p = 0.035, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between therapeutic communication of nurses with problems related to ICU AM Parikesit Tenggarong Hospital ICU, Odss Ratio (OR) = 3.974, meaning nurses whose therapeutic communication is not good, has 4 times chance to form a patient's family while having a relationship with a nurse who has good therapeutic communication. Conclusion: There is a therapeutic communication relationship between nurses and problems related to the ICU Hospital of A.M Parikesit Tenggarong Hospital.

Abstract

Abstrak Masa nifas merupakan masa transisi bagi ibu yang dapat mengalami stres. Stres dapat diatasi dengan yoga karena dapat meminimalkan ketegangan tubuh, pikiran, juga mental serta menjadikan tubuh lebih kuat saat menghadapi stres dan cemas, membuat rasa percaya diri meningkat, selalu berfikir positif serta dapat meningkatkan hormon endorphin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan design penelitian pre eksperimen, variabel dalam penelitian ini senam yoga dan tingkat stres pada ibu menyusui. Sampel penelitian ini ibu nifas sebanyak 15 orang, diambil secara purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai Juli 2022 di PMB Susiyati,S.Tr.Keb. Data dianalisis dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariate dengan teknik Wilcoxon signed rank test dengan hasil jika nilai P-value < 0,05 maka Ha diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh pemberian senam yoga terhadap tingkat stres pada ibu menyusui Tingkat stres ibu menyusui sebelum dilakukan yoga dengan tingkat stres ringan 5 orang (33,3%), stres sedang 10 orang (66,7%) sedangkan tingkat stres ibu menyusui sesudah dilakukan yoga dengan stres ringan 12 orang (80%), stres sedang 3 orang (20%). Ada pengaruh yoga terhadap tingkat stres pada ibu menyusui di PMB Susiyati,S.Tr.Keb dengan nilai P-value <0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Terdapat pengaruh senam yoga terhadap tingkat stres pada ibu menyusui. Kata Kunci : Stres, yoga, ibu menyusui Abstract The puerperium is a transition period for mothers who can experience stress. Stress can be overcome with yoga because it can minimize the tension of the body, mind, and mental and make the body stronger when facing stress and anxiety, make self-confidence increase, always think positively and can increase endorphin hormones. This type of research is an experiment with pre-experimental research design, variables in this study yoga gymnastics and stress levels in nursing mothers. The sample of this study was 15 postpartum mothers, taken by purposive sampling. The study was conducted from May to July 2022 in Independent Midwife Practice Susiyanti. The data were analyzed by univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the Wilcoxon signed rank test technique with the results if the P-value value < 0.05 then Ha was accepted which means there is an influence of giving yoga exercises on stress levels in nursing mothers The stress level of breastfeeding mothers before doing yoga with a mild stress level of 5 people (33.3%), moderate stress 10 people (66.7%) while the stress level of breastfeeding mothers after doing yoga with mild stress 12 people (80%), moderate stress 3 people (20%). There was an effect of yoga on stress levels in breastfeeding mothers at PMB Susiyati, S.Tr.Keb with a P-value of <0.05 so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Abstract

The culture of patient safety in health services has not been optimally implemented and is an important factor causing patient safety incidents. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between individual factors, leadership, management, and work environment with patient safety culture at the Inpatient Health Center in Samarinda. Analytic observational with cross sectional design. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The research subjects were 79 respondents who were health workers spread over six inpatient health centers in the city of Samarinda. Data were analyzed univariately, bivariately with chi square test and multivariate with multiple logistic regression test. Respondents with a weak patient safety culture were 51.9% and a strong patient safety culture was 48.1%. In individual variables, management and leadership, and work environment, each p-value is 0.001, meaning that there is a significant relationship between individual factors, management, leadership and work environment with patient safety culture. Work environment variable is the most dominant variable related to patient safety culture with p-value = 0.001 (OR = 10.453). There is a significant relationship between individual factors, management, leadership and work environment with patient safety culture. The work environment is the dominant factor that is most closely related to patient safety culture.

Abstract

The background of this study aims to determine the effect of the recruitment process (x1), selection (x2) and salary (x3) on the performance of employee (y) at BRI Syariah Bank Palembang branch. To find out how much influence the independent variables (recruitment process, selection, and salary) have on the dependent variable (employee performance) multiple linear regression analysis is used. Respondents in this study were employees of Bank BRI Syariah, Palembang branch. Sampling using saturated sampling technique as many as 40 respondents. The data collection method used in this research is distributing questionnaires to employees online using a link. The analytical tool in this study used SPSS version 21.0. Using research instrument test data analysis method, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2) test. Based on the results of the recruitment variable t test the value of t count > t table (2,793 > 2.02809) is obtained and a significance value of 0,008 < 0,05 means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.On the selection variable, the value of tcount > t table (2,237 > 2.02809) Is obtained and a significance value of 0,032 < 0,05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and the results of the salary variable t test obtained tcount > t table (3,728 > 2.02809) and a significance value of 0,001 < 0,05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the value of the the f test results, the value of f count > f table is (13,099 > 2,87) with a sig value (0,000 < 0,05 ). Thus the hypothesis is accepted, this means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between the variables of recruitment, selection and salary on the performance of employees at the Palembang branch of BRI Syaraih bank.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of promotional attractiveness and ease of use of technology on loyalty in using e-money (in Indonesian sharia bank e-money products at the Radial Palembang sub-branch office). This research uses primary data with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Palembang Radial Palembang Sub-Branch who used 200 e-money products in the last 1 year. Sampling in this research used the Slovin formula, resulting in 67 customers being sampled in this research. The analytical methods used in this research are validity, reliability, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 26 statistical analysis. The results of this research show that the promotional attractiveness variable has a significant effect on e-money user loyalty and the ease of use of technology variable has a significant effect on e-money user loyalty.

Abstract

Eating and drinking are the most basic needs of all living creatures, including humans. because eating and drinking is one of the primary needs or basic needs that must be met every day and is a top priority that must be fulfilled by every human being. Therefore, many entrepreneurs have established restaurants, one of which is the Nurul Qomar Islamic Boarding School which has established a seafood culinary restaurant called Pondok NQ Seafood Restaurant. The aim of this research is to find out how the selling price and food quality influence customer satisfaction at the Pondok Seafood NQ (Nurul Qomar) Restaurant, Palembang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok NQ Seafood restaurants, which according to data numbered 11,000. Sampling was taken using the Slovin technique as many as 100 respondents. This research uses primary data and secondary data, as well as distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. Based on the research results, the selling price influences customer satisfaction. Food quality influences customer satisfaction. And the selling price and food quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Pondok NQ Seafood restaurant in the city of Palembang.
