Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) ciri-ciri orang bekerja-konflik keluarga (WFC) di Rumah Sakit berbasis Islam di Surakarta, (2) penyebab bekerja-konflik keluarga (WFC) di Rumah Sakit berbasis Islam di Surakarta. Lokasi research di Rumah Sakit Islam YARSIS Surakarta (YARSIS rumah sakit Islam) dan Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah PKU Surakarta (PKU Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah). Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskripstif dan informan dipilih dengan sengaja. Teknik Pengumpulan Data termasuk wawancara, kuesioner terbuka, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang memiliki pengalaman bekerja lebih dari 10 tahun di rumah sakit, telah menikah dan mempunyai anak-anak. Hasil yang diperoleh dari studi ini menyatakan bahwa ada delapan kategori konflik keluarga-pekerjaan (WFC). Diantaranya adalah konflik bekerja-tanggungjawab keluarga, obsesi kerja, waktu kerja atas dan kebersamaan keluarga, konflik pekerjaan rumah tangga, pekerjaan dan kehidupan keluarga, memikirkan tentang keluarga selama bekerja, konflik- mengejar karir dan rumah tangga, dan komunikasi keluarga. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa ada satu kategori yang penting untuk konflik pekerjaan- keluarga, yaitu kelelahan fisik.Kata Kunci: Konflik Keluarga-Kerja, Konflik Berbasis Waktu, Konflik Berbasis Ketegangan, Konflik Berbasis Perilaku WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF WORKERS(Case Study of Islamic based Hospitals in Surakarta) AbstractThis study aimed to identify: (1) the characteristic of work-family conflict (WFC) in Islamic based Hospital at Surakarta, (2) the cause of work-family conflict (WFC) in Islamic based Hospital at Surakarta. The locations of research are Rumah Sakit Islam YARSIS Surakarta (YARSIS Islamic hospital) and Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta (PKU Muhammadiyah hospital). This study uses descriptive-qualitative approach and informants are choosen purposively. Data collection techniques include interviews, open-questionaire, and documentation. Subjects of this study are those who have working experience more than 10 years at hospital, have married and have children. Result obtained from this study states that there are eight categories of work-family conflict (WFC).They are: conflict of working-family responsibility, obsession of work, working-time over family-time, conflict of household-work, family live-work, thinking about family during working, conflict of household- pursuing carreer, and family communication. Result obtained shows that there is one category that significant to work-family conflict, that is physical fatigue. Keyword: Work-Family Conflict, Time Based Conflict, Strained-Based Conflict, Behavior-Based Conflict.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is improving knowledge and skill of quail farmer’s in waste management of quail. The management of waste is processing of organic fertilizer. The participate in the activity are quail farmer’s in RW II Sub-village Ginung, Gajahan Village, Colomadu, Karanganyar. The result of this activity in step I that is be good attention from a quail farmer’s especiality at trainning time process of product organic fertilizer. As for its result as follows; trainning and assistence quail farmer’s is followed enthusiastic fully by participant and greeted positive by head of Village Gajahan Colomadu, Karanganyar. That are many question in trainning process of product organic fertilizer. The others result in activity is a quail farmer’s started processing of product organic fertilizer in housebreed themselves. The  processing of product organic fertilizer will be clean in Gajahan Village environment and also this activity will be value added toward income quail farmer’s.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image and price perception on purchasing decisions by considering purchasing interest. The sample for this research is FEB UMS students who wear jeans products from Levi Strauss & CO. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling and obtained 127 respondents. Analysis of this research data uses the PLS 3.0 program. The research results state that brand image has a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest, price perception has a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest, brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, price perception has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, Consumer buying interest has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, consumer buying interest is able to mediate brand image on purchasing decisions, and consumer buying interest is able to mediate price perceptions on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, penggunaan teknologi, dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Starbucks Coffee di kota Surakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan yang memutuskan mengapa mereka membeli starbucks coffee yang berada di Surakarta khususnya pada Starbucks coffee yang berada di jalan Selamet Riyadi. Metode pengambilan sampel penelitian ini ialah dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini ialah 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dalam penyusunannya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan angket atau kuisioner dan wawancara. Responden yang akan dituju oleh peneliti yaitu pelaku usaha starbucks coffee. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di starbucks coffee. Penggunaan teknologi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di starbucks coffee. Gaya hidup berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di starbucks coffee.

Abstract

This research investigates how profitability, liquidity, and leverage impact the value of companies within the pharmaceutical subsector over the period 2017-2021. This research seeks to investigate and clarify the impacts, both singularly and jointly, of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on the valuation of companies within the pharmaceutical subsector throughout the period from 2017 to 2021. This study utilized secondary data, specifically the Financial Statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The impact of independent variables, including Profitability, Liquidity, and Leverage, on the dependent variable, represented by the company's value measured by the price-to-book value (PBV) metric, was evaluated using SPSS software version 25. This research's findings indicate that the profitability variable does not partially impact the Value of the Company. The Value of the Company is demonstrated to remain unaffected by profitability levels, as determined through the Return On Assets metric. Conversely, the liquidity variable is found to have a positive partial effect on the Value of the Company. Similarly, a positive partial impact originating from the leverage variable on the Value of the Company is noted
