Abstract

Dewasa ini industri pariwisata berkembang sangat pesat serta menjadi pendorong perekonomian suatu negara. Pariwisata tidak terlepas dari ketersediaan sarana akomodasi sebagai suatu penunjang yang sangat penting. Salah satu akomodasi tersebut adalah hotel. Hotel sebagai salah satu sarana akomodasi dalam pariwisata dituntut untuk menyediakan produk-produk yang berkualitas demi kepuasan pengunjungnya. Namun masih terdapat beberapa hotel yang tidak memperhatikan kualitas produknya sehingga membuat tamu enggan untuk menginap dan berdampak pada turunnya jumlah hunian kamar. Kurangnya kemampuan sumber daya manusia hotel dalam menguasai product knowledge hotel, serta kurangnya komunikasi yang baik dengan tamu sehingga menimbulkan miss communication dengan tamu dapat berdampak buruk terhadap kelangsungan hidup suatu hotel. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk hotel terhadap keputusan tamu untuk menginap di hotel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk hotel dalam hal ini fasilitas penunjang yang ada di hotel berpengaruh terhadap keputusan tamu untuk menginap. Selain itu memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan kepada pegawai hotel tentang produk hotel merupakan hal yang penting demi tercapainya kepuasan pelanggan/tamu hotel tersebut.

Abstract

Currently the tourism industry is experiencing a very rapid development. The hotel includes business ventures in the tourism sector that emphasize the sale of services for the satisfaction of its customers. Based on theresults of the analysis of the effects od service quality on guest satisfaction it can be included that the results of the calculation of the “product moment” correlation obtained r value of 0,499 this indicates that the correlation index is quite strong between service quality and guest satisfaction, meaning that service quality affects quest satisfaction. Based on the calculation of the determinant coefficient t count compared to t H0 table of 5,18 while t table value of 1,66412 means the value of t account > t table value then is rejected with accepted means that the quality of servicehas a significant effet guest satisfaction. Based on the results of the determinant calculation obtained a determinant value of 25 % and this shows that as much as 25 % of the quality od service affects guest satisfaction. While the rest iaas much as 75 % which means that others factors influence guest satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar mata kuliah akuntansi hotel. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Politeknik Mandiri Bina Prestasi Program Studi Perhotelan yang memiliki mata kuliah akuntansi hotel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi perhotelan yang sudah menyelesaikan kredit mata kuliah akuntansi hotel. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dari populasi sebanyak 77 terpilih 47 orang sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui angket yang disebarkan dengan google form dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh bahwa minat, psikis, dosen, lingkungan keluarga, dan sumber belajar berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mata kuliah akuntansi hotel. Namun hanya variable psikis dan lingkungan keluarga yang berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mata kuliah akuntansi hotel. Kata kunci :  minat, psikis, dosen, lingkungan keluarga, sumber belajar, prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Development in the era of globalization depends heavily on the economic sector as a measure of government success. The role of society in national development especially in economic development is micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. (UMKM). SWOT analysis is the right way to solve problems in marketing management. This analysis is based on logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities, but at the same time can minimize weaknesses and threats. This research method was carried out using survey methods with interviews and quizzes on UMKM perpetrators in Cinunuk Village in particular in RW 25. Data collection is carried out by disseminating quizzes and conducting direct interviews with UMKM enterprises. Each of them has its own weaknesses and shortcomings. There are 4 problems: lack of technology mastery, not using product branding, has not used e-payment, and the location of UMKM is not listed on Google maps.

Abstract

Community empowerment is carried out in an effort to improve the quality of community welfare. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to create an empowerment program for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by implementing digital marketing as a current requirement in accordance with increasingly sophisticated technological developments. The empowerment program through the implementation of competency-based digital marketing as an effort to promote superior products originating from the Lake Toba tourist destination, meaning that MSME actors in this area must have the ability to use online-based applications to develop their business. The results of the study in general, MSME participants at the Lake Toba Tourism Destination, Toba Regency, were able to participate in activities from implementation to mentoring well. As a suggestion for the implementation of the next activity, it is necessary to emphasize more on what needs to be done by participants.

Abstract

Abstract In promoting superior products, technical training is needed for creative economy business partners, because creative economy business actors need strategies to be able to compete, especially in the global market. One of the keys to creative economy products being accepted and developed in the wider community is bypackagingattractive products and have good safety standards. Some creative economies in Indonesia have changed their packaging designs to be more attractive and hygienic. The packaging affects the sales value which continues to increase, one of which is the creative economy that changes their packaging design. So, the seller's turnover, on average, can increase by 74 percent in 3 months. This is the purpose of training for creative economy business actors in promoting superior products. The results of the study showedDuring training in promoting superior products, it is necessary to develop and improve the entrepreneurial spirit and explore business potential for creative economy business actors in Sudirejo I Village, Medan City District, so that in the current digitalization era by utilizing IT and mastery of electronic media for business development. Increasing the productivity of the creative economy can compete in current business developments can be done by utilizing Information Technology as a means of promotion and distribution of creative economy products through digital media so that it can provide ease of transaction relations between traders and consumers. Through this activity, it is expected to provide the ability of the creative economy to use and utilize the existence of Information Technology in marketing and business development towards a creative economy Based on Information Technology (e-business) which will have an impact on increasing sales transactions and income.
