Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap price earning ratio pada perusahaan Property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam analisa fundamental, price earning ratio sering digunakan karena cukup mudah dipahami oleh investor maupun calon investor sebagai ukuran untuk menentukan bagaimana pasar memberi nilai/harga pada suatu perusahaan. Rasio keuangan yang digunakan yaitu rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio aktivitas, dan rasio profitabilitas. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang ada adalah variabel bebas yaitu current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), inventory turnover (INTO), return on equity (ROE) dan variabel terikat yaitu price earning ratio saham (PER). Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah model regresi linier berganda. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari setiap perusahaan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2018. Perusahaan Property yang akan diteliti berjumlah 10 (sepuluh) yang telah go public yaitu PT. Bukit Darmo Property Tbk., PT. Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk., PT. Ciputra Property Tbk., PT. Duta Anggada Realty Tbk., PT. Duta Graha Indah Tbk., PT. Intiland Development Tbk., PT. Bakrieland Development Tbk., PT. Global Land Development Tbk., PT. Jaya Real Property Tbk., PT. Lippo Cikarang Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas (current ratio), rasio solvabilitas (debt to equity ratio), rasio aktivitas (inventory turnover), dan rasio profitabilitas (return on equity) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap price earning ratio saham perusahaan property. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan bagi para investor dalam memprediksi harga saham perusahaan yang akan datang dan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk berinvestasi.

Abstract

The invention relates to the design of a reactor for producing biodiesel. This reactor consists of three process, reactor tubes (esterification and transesterification processes), washing tubes (washing and settling), and drying-evaporating tubes. This reactor is designed to process used cooking oil which contains high free fatty acids into biodiesel with a batch system. In operation, this reactor is equipped with a DC motor, stirrer, heater, DC pressurized pump, sprayer, and condenser. Additional devices are installed such as speed control, thermocouple, and timer so that the reactor can be operated automatically. The method of the present invention begins with an esterification reaction in which the molar ratio of oil and methanol is 1: 6 using an H2SO4 catalyst of 3% by weight of oil. Reflux treatment with a temperature of 50ºC at a speed of 300 rpm for 60 minutes. The results of the esterification process are then allowed to stand for one hour and the triglycerides are separated. For the transesterification process, the molar ratio of oil and methanol is 1: 6 using a NaOH catalyst of 0.5% by weight of oil. Reflux treatment with a temperature of 60ºC at a speed of 400 rpm for 60 minutes. Then it was allowed to stand for one hour and the biodiesel and glycerol were separated. The biodiesel is then washed with 50ºC warm water by spraying. After the washing process, it is then heated to a temperature of 110ºC. This method is able to convert used cooking oil waste into biodiesel with 95% yield and acid number below 0.5 mg-KOH/g (according to SNI 7182-2015 standard).

Abstract

Intisari—Rancang bangun produk furniture (kursi dan meja) saat ini banyak mengalami kemajuan dari sisi artistik dan penyempurnaan model. Penggunaan kursi dan meja tidak hanya untuk perabot Furniture di rumah saja namun dalam perkembangannya, Kursi dan Meja juga banyak digunakan diwilayah publik, baik itu digunakan untuk sarana diskusi atau tempat santai di kampus. Dalam Penelitian ini dirancang dengan metode Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD). Metode Pengumpulan dan Analisis data yang digunakan melaui wawancara dan kuesioner. Pengumpulan data dengan Penyebaran kuisioner dengan 9 (Sembilan) pernyataan. Selain itu hipotesis penelitian dengan Analisis uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Untuk pengujian data menggunakan software SPSS. Sedangkan untuk dimensi tubuh dilakukan analisis data antropometri dan perhitungan percentil. Hasil pengujian data menghasilkan uji validitas yang menunjukkan valid dimana nilai r > 0,3. Selain itu, hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan Reliable dimana nilai cronbach’s alpha > 0,6.Abstract—The design of furniture products (chairs and tables) is currently experiencing a lot of progress in terms of artistic and model refinement. The use of chairs and tables is not only for furniture at home but in its development, chairs and tables are also widely used in public areas, whether it is used as a means of discussion or a relaxing place on campus. This research is designed with the Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) method. The data collection and analysis methods used were through interviews and questionnaires. Data collection by distributing questionnaires with 9 (nine) statements. In addition, the research hypothesis uses analysis of validity and reliability tests. For data testing using SPSS software. Meanwhile, for body dimensions, anthropometric data analysis and percentile calculations were performed. The results of data testing produce a validity test which shows valid where the value of r> 0.3. In addition, the reliability test results show Reliable where the cronbach's alpha value is> 0.6.
