<![CDATA[Abstract: Increasing Citizenship Education Learning Activity Using the Cooperative Model VA Grade Elementary School 14 South Pontianak aims to improve the learning activity in the cooperative model used it in teaching Citizenship Education Elementary School classroom VA 14 South Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive, the form of survey research (survey studies) with the kind of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study VA graders totaling 24 people. From the data that has been obtained by an increase in physical activity from baseline 34.72% to 91.67% the third cycle by a margin of 60.79 is quite high, increased mental activity from baseline 21.67% to 81.67% in the third cycle by a margin of 56.95% is high enough, Increased emotional activity from baseline 22.91% to 87.50% in the third cycle by a margin of 64.59%, an increase of high emotional activity. Keyword : Increased, Activity Learning, Cooperative Model Abstrak: Peningkatan Aktivitas Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Dengan Menggunakan Model Kooperatif Pada Siswa Kelas VA SDN 14 Pontianak Selatan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran dengan digunakannya model kooperatif pada pembelajaran PKn kelas VA SDN 14 Pontianak Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif, bentuk penelitian survey (survey studies) dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ( PTK) . Subyek dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas VA yang berjumlah 24 orang. Dari data yang telah diperoleh peningkatan aktivitas fisik dari baseline 34,72% ke siklus III 91,67% dengan selisih 60,79 cukup tinggi, peningkatan aktivitas mental dari baseline 21,67% menjadi 81,67% di siklus III dengan selisih 56,95% cukup tinggi, Peningkatan aktivitas emosional dari baseline 22,91% menjadi 87,50% di siklus III dengan selisih 64,59%, kenaikan aktivitas emosional tinggi.
