Abstract

One of the factors that determines the success of an organization is the performance of human resources. Leadership style is the way a leader behaves, communicates and interacts with other people in influencing other people to do something. The work environment is the main part that is able to improve the quality of work productivity, where the work environment is the social, physical and psychological life in an organization. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at Perum Perhutani KPH Surakarta. The data used is in the form of a questionnaire that has been distributed to all employees of Perum Perhutani KPH Surakarta. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software where the results indicated that leadership style had a positive but not significant influence on employee performance and the work environment did not have a positive or significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan sistem monitoring kinerja digital berbasis Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT Javan Cipta Solusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap karyawan serta pihak terkait yang terlibat dalam penerapan sistem KPI. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi sumber, sedangkan proses analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem monitoring digital berbasis KPI memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui kejelasan target kerja, peningkatan akuntabilitas, serta proses evaluasi kinerja yang lebih objektif. Penggunaan platform digital seperti Collab, Taiga, dan QA Tools membantu perusahaan dalam memantau progres pekerjaan secara lebih sistematis dan transparan. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa kendala, seperti perbedaan pemahaman karyawan terhadap konsep KPI serta perlunya integrasi antarplatform digital yang lebih optimal untuk menghindari ketidaksesuaian data. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk memperkuat integrasi sistem dan meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan terkait sistem manajemen kinerja digital.
