Abstract

In the fulfillment of children’s welfare with the protection approach from various aspects tried have not been satisfactory yet. Admitted that the children’s protection policy and the children’s welfare policy have been accommodated by various interests. Yet, if it is not supported by facifacilities and infrastructuctures, it will not bring a result. In the context of the human rights protection, children’s protection is not only national problem but also international problem. It have been seen in some international documents protecting of children’s problem.The convention of children’s right is one form that children’s protection problem in the world that should be protected and the convention implementationhas prevailed in legislation that had been passed by the KEPRES Number. 36 in 1990 in order to give protection to children’s welfare interests. Abstract

This research aims to analyze how UNAMID peacekeepers have resolved armed conflict in the Darfru region of Sudan since 2003. The Darfur conflict involves the Sudanese government assisted by the Janjaweed militia with Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM) and Justice Equality Movement (JEM) groups. The Darfur conflict is of international concern due to attacks by Janjaweed militias against Darfur civilians. Resulted the UN and the African Union decided to intervene in resolving the conflict that occurred in Darfur, Sudan.The data used in this study a secondary data. Secondary data was obtained through library research, and search online media research. The writer uses of the pluralism perspective and organization level of analysis. Theories used in this study is based on the organization theory by Clive Archer.The research result is indicate that in resolving the Darfur conflict, UN forming a peace operation to wit UNMIS and UNAMID. The African Union participated in resolving the Darfur conflict also forming a peace operation that is AMIS. As a result of the inadequate role of AMIS and UNMIS due to difficulties with logistics, funding and lack of experience in the field of peacekeeping operations, the AMIS mandate was replaced by UNAMID. UNAMID's various program efforts in Darfur to protect civilians from attacks by Janjaweed militia. Although UNAMID often encounters obstacles that hinder the realization of a peace mission in Darfur.Keywords: AMIS, UNMIS, UNAMID, Peacekeeping Operation, UNSC, African Union, Janjaweed Militia, SLM, JEM, Sudan Government.

Abstract

This research describes the Government Efforts in Increasing Garment Exports to the United States on 2012-2015. Garment sector industry plays an important role in the Indonesian economy as a foreign exchange and create jobs. Indonesia has been recognized by the world as a producing country of Textile and Textile Products. But much of the competition makes the Indonesian garment industry to make efforts to improve.The method used in this research is qualitative. The data obtained comes from books, journals, theses, articles, internet sites and other sources related to research. The focus of this research is how the Indonesian government attempts to increase garment exports to the United States. This research uses the perspective of liberalism, the theory of international trade and comparative advantage.The efforts have been made by the Indonesian government in increasing garment exports to the United States are divided into two areas, namely external and internal. External effort is to enter into a cooperation agreement in trade in textile and apparel goods. And internal is by improving human resources, providing supportive policies such as income tax reduction, subsidizing sewing machine tools, restricting imports, and expanding international promotions and exhibition.Key words :Garment, Textile, Neoliberalism,export
