Abstract

Berdasarkan data hasil pengujian pada magnetisasi inti transformator, diperoleh saat pengisian (trafo mulai diberikan tegangan dari rendah ke tinggi) arus akan mengalir dan terus meningkat. Pengukuran V dan I dilakukan pada saat tegangan dinaikkan sampai 120 % nominal dan tegangan diturunkan sampai I sama dengan nol. Pada saat batas minimum arus tidak bernilai nol tetapi 8,7 mA, sedangkan pada saat tegangan maksimum 250 V arus bernilai 44,2 mA. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya magnet sisa yang terdapat dalam belitan trafo maka akan terjadi rugi Hysteresis. Pengujian perbandingan transformasi pada trafo satu fasa melakukan percobaan 1 pada sisi primer tegangan rendah dan percobaan 2 sisi primer tegangan tinggi. Adapun nilai tegangan V2 yang didapat 26,6 V pada sisi primer tegangan rendah V1 sebesar 6 V, sedangkan nilai tegangan V2 bernilai 5,9 V pada sisi primer tegangan tinggi V1 sebesar 25 V di mana nilai idealnya ar = 0,225 dan at = 4,237

Abstract

The design of the Solar Panel Test Simulator by means of setting the solar panel placement stand so that the designed tool is able to provide a simulation of solar panel measurements based on actual conditions. The performance of the solar panels is shown through a monitor display placed on the design that will contain information about the solar panels as a whole. Limitations in placing the position of the solar panel will not provide a reference regarding measurement conditions based on the angle of incidence of the sun, so it is necessary to do further design regarding the position of the solar panel when the measurement is carried out. The development carried out in the design of this tool is in the form of setting the solar panel mount in the form of a solar panel mount tilt of 450, 900, 1350, and the distance of the halogen lamp 30cm as the energy source is measured. The measurement results are based on an average design temperature difference of 0.49% with a voltage of 1.55%.

Abstract

This test aims to calculate the loss of the core hysterisis and navel current (Eddy Current) separately, and to determine the effect of frequency and load flow on the loss of the transformer core. The first test is done by determining the frequency value of 25 Hz and voltage 110 V. Then the second test by determining the frequency value of 50 Hz and voltage 220 V. From the results of the pergukuran and calculation obtained at the frequency of 25 Hz, hysterisis loss = 4 watts, and eddy current loss = 0. While at a frequency of 50 Hz, hysterical loss = 8 Watts and eddy current loss = 0. The greater the frequency of sources given to a transformer, the greater the core loss to the transformer. Similarly, the greater the current flowing to the transformer, the greater the core loss. Core loss is proportional to current, this causes if there is a change in current it will greatly affect the core loss.
