Abstract

With the current developments, it causes the community to demand that the company continue to improve its services better in accordance with its expectations through the elements in the services provided to the community so that customers feel satisfied with the existing services. The purpose of this study is to determine customer satisfaction based on the position of the Customer Value Map on Shopeefood Delivery. This research uses quantitative methods with a Customer Value Analysis (CVA) approach. By using application design, reliability, customer service, and security as free variables and customer satisfaction as bound variables. The population in this study is Generation Z who use ShopeeFood Delivery services in the city of Surabaya.  Meanwhile, samples taken by researchers using the Bernoulli formula and a margin of error of 5% were found by 73 respondents. The results of this study found that Shopeefood prices are considered more expensive than Grabfood and the quality of service provided by Grabfood is better than Shopeefood. So that allows customers to move to Grabfood Delivery as a competitor is quite large.Dengan perkembangan yang ada saat ini menyebabkan masyarakat menuntut perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan pelayanannya semakin lebih baik sesuai dengan harapannya melalui unsur-unsur yang ada dalam pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat sehingga para pelanggan merasa puas atas pelayanan yang ada. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan posisi dari Customer Value Map pada Shopeefood Delivery. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Customer Value Analysis (CVA). Dengan menggunakan desain aplikasi, reliabilitas, customer servis, dan keamanan sebagai variabel bebas dan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Generasi Z yang menggunakan layanan jasa ShopeeFood Delivery di Kota Surabaya. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil oleh peneliti dengan menggunakan rumus Bernoulli dan margin of error sebesar 5% ditemukan sebanyak 73 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa harga Shopeefood dinilai lebih mahal dibandingkan Grabfood serta kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan Grabfood lebih baik dibandingkan dengan Shopeefood. Sehingga memungkinkan pelanggan berpindah ke Grabfood Delivery sebagai pesaingnya cukup besar.

Abstract

PT. X is a company engaged in the toy industry. Located in Surabaya, this company has the vision to become a quality and professional toy manufacturer. Along with the increasingly intense competition in the industrial world, every company must compete to improve its performance evenly. So far, the performance measurement conducted by PT. X only tends to financial measures, so other factors receive less attention. It will impact delays in the process of achieving the vision set by the company. Against the background of these problems, it is necessary to conduct a thorough performance appraisal using the balanced scorecard method integrated with the factual matrix (OMAX). PT.X Performance Evaluation Results using the balanced scorecard method weighted 16 key performance indicators (KPI) with the Objective Matrix (OMAX). 4 KPIs belong to the green category, which means that they have exceeded the target, 7 KPIs belonged to the yellow category, which means that it needs to be improved so the performance can be improved according to the targets expected by the company, and 5 KPIs belonging to the red category which means it needs special attention to get it immediately corrective action.

Abstract

Changes in work patterns after the COVID-19 pandemic have an impact on CV's daily productivity. Superior Jaya. Companies engaged in steel construction have decreased work productivity which has resulted in a decrease in company performance. This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation, occupational health and job satisfaction on work productivity and to determine the relationship between work productivity and employee welfare. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive approach using Smart Pls software for SEM modeling. The results of this study found that there is a significant influence between occupational health on work productivity and there is a significant influence between work motivation on work productivity. Then there is no effect of job satisfaction on work productivity and work productivity does not have a significant effect on employee welfare. Efforts to increase work productivity can be done by improving the ergonomics of the workspace, striving for a balance between salary and workload, and increasing employee job satisfaction by providing bonuses. This research can provide efforts to improve the work environment to be more productive and also scientific confirmation of the relationship between occupational health, work motivation, and work productivity in the context of the steel construction industry.

Abstract

The study examined how employee performance and job satisfaction at XYZ Company are impacted by competence, training, and career development. Data are taken from the sample at this point in the data collection process. Purposive sampling is the technique employed to collect the data. In order to determine whether there is a relationship or influence between the two variables (independent variable and dependent variable), this study employs a technique. This study includes the whole population of 43 persons from XYZ company who have engaged in employee development activities in the last year. The Partials Least Squares test is used to test hypotheses. According to the findings of this study, competence has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, training has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at XYZ company. The relationship model equation between exogenous and endogenous variables is hence Y2= 0,371 X1 + 0,202 X2 + 0,286 X3.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed all community activities that should have been carried out directly (offline) into online activities, including transaction activities. The change in the pattern of online transactions has turned into an e-wallet (e-wallet). This study has a purpose, namely to determine the effect of variable benefits, service quality, and ease of use on the attractiveness and satisfaction of DANA E-Wallet consumers. This research is a quantitative research conducted at the e-wallet company PT Elang Sejahtera Mandiri, namely DANA. The focus of this research is on users of the DA-NA application. The population of this study was conducted on DANA e-wallet users in Indonesia using sampling data. In this study using as many as 20 indicators. This research is included in cross sectional research, namely research that is used to determine the comparative relationship of several subjects who want to be studied with a sample of respondents through one data collection. The results of the study of the effect of the variables of benefit, service quality, and ease of use on the attractiveness and satisfaction of DANA E-Wallet consumers showed that the benefits and service quality had a positive effect on the attractiveness of using DANA e-wallet. Meanwhile, user convenience cannot be proven in this study because the convenience variable is excluded from the research model

Abstract

Currently the times and technological developments are increasingly rapid and sophisticated so that people use digital technology more to meet their needs. This study aims to determine the effect and simultaneous equations of e-service quality variables (efficiency, fulfillment, reliability, privacy, responsiveness, compensation and contact) on satisfaction and repurchase decisions of Shopee e-commerce customers. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive approach. This study uses more than one endogenous variable, so the tools that can be used are SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and PLS (Partial Least Square). However, in this problem the feasibility and compliance using SEM with the assumption of ML (Maximum Like-lihood) technique with a range of 100-200 samples. The results of the research on the analysis of the influence of e-service quality on customer satisfaction and repurchase decisions at E-Commerce Shopee that have been analyzed, obtained several conclusions, namely efficiency, fulfillment, reliability, responsiveness, privacy, compensation and contact variables have a significant effect if they become one variable. exogenous namely e-service quality. The e-service quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase decisions. Simultaneous equations obtained from the analysis of the effect of E-Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Decisions at E-Commerce Shopee are Y1 = 0.835 X + Z2 and Y2 = 0.750 Y1 + Z3.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dinamika pertumbuhan sektor industri di Jawa Timur selama periode 2020 hingga 2023, dengan menyoroti hubungan antara unit usaha, tenaga kerja, nilai produksi, dan nilai investasi. Temuan menunjukkan adanya pertumbuhan positif dalam jumlah unit usaha dan nilai produksi, meskipun terdapat fluktuasi dalam jumlah tenaga kerja dan nilai investasi. Analisis rasio tenaga kerja per unit usaha mengindikasikan peningkatan efisiensi, sedangkan rasio nilai produksi terhadap nilai investasi menunjukkan efektivitas investasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan adanya hubungan signifikan antara variabel-variabel tersebut, dengan fokus pada peningkatan efisiensi dan produktivitas dalam proses produksi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengambilan keputusan strategis dalam pengembangan sektor industri di Jawa Timur.
