Abstract

This article dealt with the noun phrase and the verb phrase in the song entitled love me like you do. In this research the writers used qualitative research since the writers will deal with a case study of syntax and the data will be in the form of phrases. The data will be taken as utterances produced in this song. The writers analyze the data, which consists of four stages classifying stage, analyzing stage, evaluating stage, and conclusion stage. The results of the research are 16 noun phrases and 9 verb phrases has been founded

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Modern Ar-Ridho ini bertujuan meningkatkan emampuani berbicara bahasa Inggris santri dengan mengganakan metode pembelajaran Situated Learning Activity yang dianggap sangat kontekstual dan aplikatif. Metode ini dipilih karena dinilai efektif dalam menghubungkan teori dengan praktik. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam program ini  antara lain yaitu pengenalan konsep, pemberian contoh, penerapan langsung, serta praktik conversation untuk mengetahui lebih jauh  mengenai pemahaman serta minat belajar yang ada pada diri santri. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa metode Situated Learning Activity berhasil meningkatkan minat, motivasi, serta kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris para santri. Keberhasilan program ini membuktikan bahwa dengan pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan dianggap sangat relevan dengan konteks kehidupan sehari-hari, hal ini bisa dijadikan sebagai solusi yang sangat efektif guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan bahasa Inggris di pondok pesantren. Diharapkan, penerapan metode ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi lembaga pendidikan lainnya, terutama pesantren, dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas lulusan dan mempersiapkan generasi muda menghadapi tantangan globalisasi.

Abstract

This research is motivated by various perspectives on the permissibility of women working, usually based on the interpretation of religious texts. The focus of this study is the analysis of relevant Qur'anic verses, such as Surah Al-Ahzab verse 33 and Surah An-Nahl verse 97, which indicate that Islam equally rewards righteous deeds by both men and women, particularly as interpreted in Tafsir al-Misbah and the works of contemporary scholars like Quraish Shihab. This study aims to analyze and interpret the Qur'anic exegesis regarding career women by the exegete Quraish Shihab in his tafsir Al-Misbah. The research design is a literature study, analyzing Quraish Shihab's interpretation of career women in his tafsir Al-Misbah. This research is also supported by secondary data from various documents, books, scriptures, and related research on the topic. The data collection method is documentation. The results of this study indicate that women can actively participate in various aspects of their lives without violating Islamic rules. Therefore, the role of women in social and economic development is recognized and considered part of their devotion to Allah Swt

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the English learning curriculum for children/students with special needs, especially students with hearing impairments at Dian Bahagia School. This study aims to explore the application of the curriculum, the challenges faced by teachers, and effective learning methods. The research method used is qualitative, with data obtained through in-depth interviews and observations. The results of the study show that the implementation of a flexible curriculum, such as the Independent Curriculum, plays an important role in meeting the unique needs of Deaf Students. Adjustments in learning methods, such as the use of visual media and a project-based approach, help students understand the material despite having limitations in hearing and verbal communication. The main challenges faced by teachers include students' limitations in pronunciation, text comprehension, and writing skills. The use of visual media, hearing aids, and sign language are the main solutions to overcoming this challenge. Project-based learning methods are effective in improving students' understanding of the material; while encouraging their active involvement in the learning process. The study also emphasizes the importance of collaboration between schools, teachers, parents, and education experts to create inclusive learning programs. In addition, technology, such as sign language translation applications and interactive modules can make a significant contribution to more optimal learning outcomes. The study concludes that the flexibility of the curriculum tailored to students' needs focuses not only on academic achievement; but also on the development of relevant life skills. With this approach, a more inclusive learning environment is created and supports the holistic development of deaf students. Recommendations for further research include exploring the adaptation of project-based learning methods to other specific needs and the application of new technologies in supporting learning.

Abstract

Ijma’, one of the sources of Islamic law in the study of ushul fiqh, plays an important role in establishing sharia law, especially in cases where the Qur'an and Hadith do not provide a direct explanation of the issue. This article also discusses the position of ijma’ as the third source of law after the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as its importance to keep pace with the changes that have occurred in the lives of Muslims throughout history. In this article, a qualitative descriptive approach will be used to explain the different types of ‘ijma’, the requirements needed for it to be valid, and examples that can be applied in the context of rulings. Ijma’ not only demonstrates the intellectual agreement of the mujtahids but also shows the richness and flexibility of Islamic methods that respond to the challenges of the times while maintaining the basic values of the religion. This study aims to explain the position of ijma’ as a source of Islamic law after the Qur'an and Hadith, and to explain its forms, conditions, and relationship with meeting the legal needs of Muslims at various times. Since ijma’ is an important tool for maintaining the continuity and relevance of Islamic law in various social, cultural, and historical contexts, understanding ijma’ well is essential for building a flexible Islamic legal framework that remains grounded in the integrity of Islamic teachings.
