Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi keseimbangan dan kelentukan pergelangan kaki dengan kemampuan shooting siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 2 Kembaran Banyumas. Metode penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi Diagonal Dynamic Balance Test (Roy & Ghosh, 2017) dan kelentukan pergelangan kaki & Shooting (Widiastuti, 2015). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi pearson product moment dan korelasi ganda. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa tidak ada korelasi antara keseimbangan dengan kemampuan shooting dengan nilai rx1.y = 0,071 < r(0,05)(60) = 0,254, Ada korelasi antara kelentukan pergelangan kaki dengan kemampuan shooting dengan nilai rx2.y = 0,341 > r(0,05)(60) = 0,254, dan  Tidak ada korelasi antara keseimbangan dan kelentukan pergelangan kaki dengan kemampuan shooting dengan nilai rx1,x2,.y = 0,129 < r(0,05)(60) = 0,254, dari hasil tersebut dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tidak ada korelasi antara keseimbangan dan kelentukan pergelangan kaki dengan kemampuan shooting. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between ankle balance and flexibility and the shooting ability of students participating in soccer extracurricular at SMP Negeri 2 Kembaran Banyumas. This research method is correlational with cross sectional approach, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria and a sample of 60 students is obtained. The research instruments used include the Diagonal Dynamic Balance Test (Roy & Ghosh, 2017) and ankle elasticity & shooting (Widiastuti, 2015). The data analysis technique used is Pearson product moment correlation test and multiple correlation. From the results of the study note that there is no correlation between balance with shooting ability with a value of rx1.y = 0.071 <r (0.05) (60) = 0.254, there is a correlation between ankle flexibility with shooting ability with a value of rx2.y = 0.341> r (0.05) (60) = 0.254, and there is no correlation between ankle balance and flexibility and shooting ability with rx1, x2, .y = 0.129 <r (0.05) (60) = 0.254, from the results It can be concluded that there is no correlation between balance and ankle flexibility and shooting ability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the rules (rules) and routines (routines) in the learning process of Physical Education in SMP Negeri throughout the Banyumas Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The research method used was a survey method. The subjects in this study were physical education teachers in Banyumas Regency, totaling 36 schools. The sampling technique uses a total sampling technique. The research instrument used in the form of a questionnaire application of rules (rules) with a validity coefficient of 0.925 and a reliability coefficient of 0.991, as well as a routine questionnaire (routines) with a validity coefficient of 0.925 and a reliability coefficient of 0.987. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis presented in the form of a percentage. The results showed that: (1) The application of the rules in Physical Education learning in state junior high schools in Banyumas Regency was in the category of "very less" by 0% (0 teachers), "less" by 0% (0 teachers), "Enough" at 30.56% (11 teachers), "good" at 69.44% (25 teachers), and "very good" at 0.00% (0 teachers). (2) Implementation of routines in Physical Education learning in state junior high schools in Banyumas Regency is in the category of "very less" by 0% (0 teachers), "less" by 0% (0 teachers), "enough" by 69, 44% (25 teachers), "good" by 27.78% (10 teachers), and "very good" by 2.78% (1 teacher). With these results, it can be concluded that the application of rules and routines in SMPs throughout the Banyumas Regency is in the sufficient category.

Abstract

School children in rural and urban areas need attention in terms of education and health. This study was aimed to analyze diff erences in visual acuity, nutritional status and motor function among school-age children in rural and urban areas. This was an analytic observational with cross-sectional design. As much as 57 students at SD Sokanegara and Kedungbanteng elementary school was recruited by purposive sampling method with inclusion criterias including fi rst grade of elementary school student in healthy condition. Visual acuity data was examined by using Snellen Chart, nutritional status data by anthropometric measurements of body weight and height was calculated using the BMI for age index, while motor function was obtained by Carpenter Motor Ability Test measurements. Data was analyze using the Mann Whitney test. The results showed there were diff erences in visual acuity (p= 0.001) and nutritional status (p= 0.027) in rural and urban school children, while motor function did not show any signifi cant diff erence (p= 0.783). It is recommended to increase outdoor activities as a protection against visual acuity

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani untuk siswa yang layak dan efektif untuk digunakan dan dapat digunakan sebagai solusi pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani khususnya pada materi kesehatan reproduksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan langkah-langkah penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) studi pendahuluan, 2) analisis terhadap informasi, 3) Menyusun draft awal, 4) validasi ahli 5) Revisi Draft, 6) uji coba terbatas, 7) uji coba skala besar, 8) Revisi Produk Akhir, 9) Uji Efektivitas dan 10) diseminasi produk hasil pengembangan. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan pada siswa kelas 8 SMP Negeri 2 Purwokerto berjumlah 28 siswa. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan pada siswa kelas 8 SMP Negeri 1, 2 dan 8 Purwokerto berjumlah 90 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model pembelajaran yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan metode pembelajaran meliputi 1) Studi Kasus, 2) Edukasi dan 3) Visualisasi. Berdasarkan penilaian beberapa ahli yaitu materi, media dan bahasa serta ahli pembelajaran dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang dihasilkan layak untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil uji efektivitas disimpulkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Kata Kunci: pengembangan, model pembelajaran, pendidikan jasmani, kesehatan reproduksi  Abstract This study aims to produce physical education learning models for students that are feasible and effective to use and can be used as learning solutions for Physical Education especially on reproductive health material. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) with the following research steps: 1) preliminary study, 2) analysis of information, 3) Preparing initial drafts, 4) expert validation 5) Revised Draft, 6) limited trials , 7) large scale trials, 8) Final Product Revisions, 9) Effectiveness Tests and 10) dissemination of products resulting from development. Limited trials were conducted on 8th grade students of Junior High School 2 Purwokerto totaling 28 students. Large scale trials were conducted on 8th grade students of Junior High School 1, 2 and 8 Purwokerto totaling 90 students. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis. This study produced a learning model consisting of three stages of learning methods including 1) Case Study, 2) Education and 3) Visualization. Based on the assessment of several experts, namely material, media and language and learning experts, it can be concluded that the physical education learning model produced is feasible to be used in the learning process. Based on the results of the effectiveness test, it was concluded that the model developed was effective in increasing students 'knowledge and could increase students' awareness of reproductive health. Keywords: Development, learning models, physical education, reproductive health

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential of developing sports tourism as an alternative medium for physical education learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, focus group discussion, interviews and documentation. Determination of the sample is obtained by purposive sampling technique. Validity test uses data triangulation and data analysis techniques use interactive analysis. The results of the study, 1) the development of tourism carried out are: a) the formation of working groups, b) the arrangement of hill clumps, c) cooperating with youth leaders, d) expanding the network with the community, e) utilizing social media, e) making photo spots, f) impose the price of admission, 2) supporting and inhibiting factors are: supporters: a) there is a spot where the latest photo b) free bicycle lending, c) there are places with interesting natural scenery, d) potential for the development of "down hill" bikes. The obstacles are: a) the source of funds, b) the location is far from water sources, c) the access road to the location is inadequate, d) some areas have started to be damaged, 3) this sports tourism can be developed into a medium of physical education learning because: a) students use as a camping site, b) used as an outbound place, c) encourages student independence through nature, d) fosters a culture of cooperation. Abstract

Metode latihan merupakan faktor penting dalam pembinaan olahraga prestasi, pelatih dapat memaksimalkan potensi atlet apabila mampu menerapkan metode latihan dengan tepat. Metode latihan yang dapat diterapkan pada permainan bola voli yaitu bentuk latihan plyometric double leg truck jump. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis perbedaan pengaruh latihan plyometric di pasir dengan di tanah terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai atlet bola voli pelajar. Jenis penelitian ekperimen dengan desain two group pretes-postest desigen, jumlah sampel 24 orang atlet dan menggunakan instrumen penelitian vertical jumpt test. Analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan setelah atlet melakukan latihan plyometric double leg truck jump dengan p=0,000, terdapat perbedaan pengaruh latihan plyometric double leg truc jump di tanah dan pasir dengan p=0,000. Metode latihan plyometric double leg truck jump di pasir meningkatkan power otot tungkai lebih baik daripada latihan di tanah dengan perbedaan skor sebesar 9,4%. Sehingga direkomendasikan untuk melakukan latihan plyometric double leg truck jump di pasir untuk meningkatkan power otot tungkai atlet bola voli pelajar.

Abstract

Pembelajaran di masa dan setelah pandemi Covid-19 dilaksanakan dengan dua metode, yaitu pembelajaran online atau daring dan pembelajaran tatap muka atau luring. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan metode tersebut merupakan hal baru bagi mata pelajaran PJOK di sekolah, sehingga perlu adanya evaluasi dari proses pelaksananya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dan luring PJOK di jenjang Sekolah Menegah Pertama (SMP). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 2 Purbalingga menggunakan sampel 239 peserta didik dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan skala pengukuran dan persentase. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dan luring PJOK di SMP Negeri 2 Purbalingga secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori sangat baik. pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring PJOK aspek pendahuluan memperoleh nilai indeks 94,02%, aspek inti memperoleh indeks 87,79%, dan aspek penutup memperoleh indeks 88,51%. Sedangkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran luring PJOK aspek pendahuluan memperoleh nilai indeks 94,94%, aspek inti memperoleh indeks 90,33%, dan aspek penutup memperoleh indeks 90,33%. Kesimpulan: (1) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dan luring PJOK di SMP Negeri 2 Purbalingga menunjukkan kategori sangat baik pada setiap aspek, (2) Dari hasil persentase pelaksanaan pembelajaran luring lebih unggul 1,64% dibandingkan pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Baturraden Adventure Forest (BAF) is one of the representative tourism objects for outdoor learning activities. This study aims to analyze the Baturraden Adventure Forest (BAF) Tourism Object as a learning infrastructure for outdoor activities for physical education subjects. This study used a qualitative method, while data collection was carried out in elementary schools throughout Baturraden District. The research subjects used the purposive sampling technique to include BAF managers, school principals, physical education teachers, and elementary students. The collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data's validity was tested using the data triangulation technique—analysis of the data using the analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The study results based on interviews, observations, and documentation showed that the Baturraden Adventure Forest (BAF) tourism object has relevant infrastructure for outdoor learning activities for Physical Education. In addition, BAF is also relevant for student campsites outbound and recreation for all people. The supporting factors in the Baturraden Adventure Forest (BAF) Tourism Object are seven packages: team building, student outbound, river adventure, riverside camp, paintball, walk-in program, and family camp. Baturraden Adventure Forest (BAF) Tourism Object has a high price of facilities, and not all schools can access the activities due to cost constraints. Conclusion: Baturraden Adventure Forest (BAF) tourism object has appropriate facilities to support outdoor learning activities for Physical Education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh metode sport massage terhadap denyut nadi pemulihanp asca latihan, (2) pengaruh cold water immersion terhadap denyut nadi pemulihan pasca latihan. (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode sport massage dan cold water immersion terhadap denyut nadi pemulihan pasca latihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pretest-posttest-control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tim bola voli di SMA Negeri 5 Purwokerto yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling dan pembagian kelompok dengan model Ordinal Pairing, besar sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 30 siswa yang dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok perlakuan . Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes dan pengukuan dalam olahraga menggunakan circuit training test dan pengukuran denyut nadi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik menggunakan uji paired t-test dan uji independent t test, untuk memenuhi asumsi hasil penelitian dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis yaitu dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) ada pengaruh metode sport masage terhadap denyut nadi pemulihan pasca latihan (2)  ada pengaruh  metode cold water immersion terhadap denyut nadi pemulihan pasca latihan. (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode sport massage dan cold water immersionterhadap denyut nadi pemulihan pasca latihan. EFFECT OF SPORT MASSAGE AND COLD WATER IMMERSION ON POST-EXERCISE PULSE IN VOLLEYBALL TEAMSAbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of the Sports Massage Method on Post-Exercise Fatigue Recovery, (2) The Effect of Cold Water Immersion on Post-Exercise Fatigue Recovery. (3) Difference Between Influence Between Sports Massage Method and Cold Water Immersion on Post-Exercise Fatigue Recovery. This study uses an experimental method with a pretest-posttest-control group design. The population in this study was the volleyball team at SMA Negeri 5 Purwokerto, with a total of 30 students. The sampling technique used was total sampling and group division with Ordinal Pairing models, the sample size used was 30 students divided into 3 treatment groups. Data collection techniques were carried out with tests and bookkeeping in sports using a circuit training test and pulse measurement. The data analysis technique was carried out by statistical analysis using the paired t-test and independent t-test, to meet the assumptions of the results of the study the analysis of the test requirements was carried out with the normality and homogeneity tests. Based on the results of data analysis, this study produces the following conclusions: (1) There is an effect of the Sports Massage Method on Post-Exercise Fatigue Recovery. (2) There is an effect of the Cold Water Immersion Method on Post-Exercise Fatigue Recovery. (3) There is no significant difference in effect between the methods of Sports Massage and Cold Water Immersion on Post-Exercise Fatigue Recovery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan tradisional Banyumas gol-golan terhadap tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan menggunakan model one group pretest posttest design, yaitu eksperimen yang dilaksanakan pada satu kelompok, tanpa kelompok pembanding. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD N 1 Limpakuwus Kecamatan Sumbang Kabupaten Banyumas sebanyak 40 siswa. Data hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan tabel nilai dan norma TKJI untuk anak usia 10-12 tahun. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan yang diujikan, maka data hasil penelitian yang sudah diolah diuji dengan menggunakan uji statistik paired t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh permainan tradisional Banyumas gol-golan terhadap tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Banyumas, dengan taraf signifikansi 5%
