Abstract

The national education system in Indonesia is developing and requires every educational institution to keep up with the changes. Each institution is required to apply a student-centered learning (SCL). There are some basic principles in the teaching and learning process including the process of feedback, learning outcomes, learning methods, assessment methods, social interactions, and the learning environment. The feedback process is an evaluation of the expected target achievement (learning outcome), various learning methods and lecturer assessment methods for students, students' social relations with the environment, and learning environment that supports the teaching and learning process. Hoped that the evaluation of the teaching and learning process can support student learning as an adult learner. This research is a quantitative study with confirmatory factor analysis design using stratified random sampling. A total of 304 respondents from two institutions participated in filling out the questionnaire. The results of this study can identify which learning principles contribute to the SCL approach. The results of the second confirmatory analysis showed a significance level of 660 and a 99% confidence level and the feasibility of the model 0.08. The loading value of the contributing factors was 7.37 in the learning outcome, 6.40 in the teaching and learning method, and 6.07 in the learning environment. This means that in the evaluation of the learning process there are three things that are closely related to the learning targets, methods and learning environment

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) menjadi metode belajar siswa di sekolah dasar selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Lamanya PJJ dapat berisiko anak putus sekolah sehingga pemerintah berencana menerapkan pembelajaran  tatap muka (PTM). Sebagian anak-anak yang terinfeksi Covid-19 terkadang kurang menunjukkan gejala infeksi, tetapi berisiko menularkan ke orang tua di rumah. Rasa takut terkena penyakit covid-19, lemahnya praktik cuci tangan yang benar, kecenderungan bermain bersama, dan penggunaan masker yang kurang tepat menimbulkan potensi penularan virus ketika anak kembali masuk ke sekolah. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan psikomotor anak dalam pengendalian penyebaran virus corona saat PTM dan pemenuhan kebutuhan belajar anak dengan aman dan nyaman. Metode penerapan dengan mengedukasi anak tentang virus covid-19 dan demonstrasi 3 M yaitu mencuci tangan, memakai masker dan menjaga jarak. Selain itu juga mengajarkan berpikir positif disertai pembiasaan pola hidup sehat seperti sarapan, mandi, berpakaian, makan makanan bergizi, istirahat dan berolahraga. Hasilnya 30 siswa kelas 6 SDN Cipinang Besar Utara 07, Jakarta Timur dapat memahami virus covid-19, prinsip 3M dan pembiasaan pola hidup sehat dan merasa senang siap kembali ke sekolah. Selain itu, siswa mampu mensimulasikan 6 langkah mencuci tangan yang benar dan menggunakan masker yang tepat. Kesadaran akan bahaya virus covid-19 dan kedisiplinan berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat menjadi cara penyesuaian diri terhadap pola hidup baru siswa siswi di sekolah.  Kata kunci : Kembali Sekolah, Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat, Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru, Cuci  Tangan, Pakai MaskerABSTRACT Distance learning activities (PJJ) have become a learning method for elementary school students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The length of PJJ can risk children dropping out of school so the government plans to implement face-to-face learning (PTM). Some children who are infected with Covid-19 often do not show symptoms of infection but are at risk of transmitting it to their parents at home. The fear of being exposed to the COVID-19 disease, the lack of proper handwashing practices, the tendency to play together, and the inappropriate use of masks create the potential for virus transmission when children return to school. This activity is carried out as an effort to control the spread of the coronavirus and fulfill children's learning needs. The strategy was implemented by educating children about the covid-19 and the 3M demonstration namely hand washing, mask-wearing, and physical distancing. In addition, it also teaches positive thinking accompanied by habituation of healthy lifestyles such as breakfast, bathing, and dressing, eating nutritious food, rest, and exercise. As a result, 30 students in grade 6 at SDN Cipinang Besar Utara 07, East Jakarta were able to understand the covid-19, the 3M principles, and the habituation of a healthy lifestyle. In addition, students were able to simulate the 6 steps of handwashing properly and using the right masks. Awareness of the dangers of the Covid-19 and disciplined behavior for a clean and healthy life are ways of adjusting to the new lifestyle of students at school. Keywords: Back to School, Clean and Healthy Living Behavior, Adaptation of New Habits, Washing Hands, Wearing Masks

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebar di seluruh negara termasuk di Indonesia. Menurut data yang dirilis virus ini telah menyebar di 34 provinsi dengan jumlah positif Covid-19 mencapai 25.773 kasus. Dari angka tersebut, 7.015 diantaranya dinyatakan sembuh, sementara 1.573 meninggal dunia. Seiring dengan terus menyebarnya Covid-19, tanpa disertai dengan perilaku hidup sehat, pemerintah menerapkan rakyat Indonesia harus hidup berdamai dengan virus corona.  Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan anak prasekolah-sekolah mengenai perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dengan melakukan kebersihan tangan dan memakai masker dengan tepat. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa penyuluhan menggunakan power point, leaflet, lagu dan gerak/tari. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan anak prasekolah-sekolah tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat menuju adaptasi kebiasaan baru. Kata kunci : Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat, Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru, Cuci Tangan, Pakai Masker  ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has spread to all the countries including Indonesia. According to the released data, this virus has spread in 34 provinces with the number of positive cases of Covid-19 reaching 25,773 cases. Of these, 7,015 were declared cured, while 1,573 died. As Covid-19 continues to spread, without being accompanied by healthy habits, the governments were implementing it so that Indonesians live in peace with the corona virus. Abstract

Pendahuluan: Fatigue ​atau kelelahan dirasakan hampir semua pasien kanker. Kelelahan terjadi sebagai akibat berkembangnya penyakit kanker dan efek terapi. Kelelahan dapat dirasakan sebelum maupun setelah terapi diselesaikan serta dapat mengganggu fungsi fisik, psikis, mental dan sosial. Tujuan: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan keluarga dan anak tentang fatigue dan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam mengatasi kelelahan dan nyeri. Metode: Metode yang digunakan yakni pertama membuat grup Whatsapp dengan pendamping orang tua lalu membagikan link kuesioner pre-test. Kemudian  pemberian  materi  penyuluhan,  sesi tanya jawab, dan post-test. Selanjutnya tahap evaluasi. Hasil: Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di rumah singgah X, diikuti oleh anak dengan kanker, orang tua dan para fasilitator. Hasil menunjukan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan tentang penanganan fatigue. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan menurunkan tingkat fatigue yang dirasakan oleh anak dengan kanker. Pengabdi membantu anak-anak dengan kanker meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya.
