Abstract

AbstrakKesehatan gigi pada lansia sangat penting untuk diperhatikan, masalah kesehatan gigi akan berdampak buruk bagi gizi lansia. Beberapa penelitian menujukkan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi pada lansia sehingga tidak memberikan dampak yang buruk bagi lansia. Pengabdian masyaakat ini (1) Membuat leaflet terkait perawatan gigi anak sebagai bahan edukasi kepada masyarakat, (2) Menyelenggarakan kuliah Whatsup Grup (WAG) tentang perawatan gigi anak, (3) Membuat video edukasi terkait perawatan gigi anak sebagai bahan edukasi kepada masyarakat, (4) Melakukan edukasi melalui Youtube Chanel tentang perawatan gigi lansia. Dari pelaksanaan dapat disimpulkan pembuatan Leaflet yang sudah dibuat sangat memberikan manfaat kepada semua pengunjung poli gigi RS Islam Surabaya meningkatkan pengetahuan para ibu untuk pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi lansia. Kuliah WAG yang diadakan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta dengan kenaikan pengetahuan sebesar 19,2 %. Bagi lansia yang belum berkesempatan mengikuti kuliah WAG bisa berkesempatan untuk melihat youtube chanel RS Islam Surabaya dengan tema tingkat pemahaman ibu terhadap pemahaman perawatan kesehatan gigi pada lansiaKata Kunci: Kesehatan gigi lansia, perawatan gigi, kesehatan gigi, Youtube ChanelAbstractDental health in the elderly is very important to note, dental health nutritional problems will have a bad impact on the elderly. Several studies have shown the importance of maintaining dental health in the elderly so that it does not have a bad impact on the elderly. This community service (1) makes leaflets related to children's dental care as educational materials for the community, (2) organizes Whatsup Group (WAG) lectures on children's dental care, (3) makes educational videos related to children's dental care as educational materials for the community, ( 4) provide education through the Youtube Chanel about elderly dental care. Visitors can ensure that the leaflets that have been made are very useful for all dental clinics at the Surabaya Islamic Hospital to increase the importance of maintaining the dental health of the elderly. The WAG lectures that were held were able to increase participants' knowledge with an increase in knowledge of 19.2%. For the elderly who have not had the opportunity to attend WAG lectures, they can have the opportunity to see the YouTube channel of the Surabaya Islamic Hospital with the theme of the level of mother's understanding of the understanding of dental health care in the elderly.Keywords: Elderly dental health, dental care, dental health, Youtube Chanel

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which can attack various organs, especially the lungs. The infectius disease untreated or treatment is not complete can causing complications dangerous until death. TB estimated to have existed in the world since 5000 BC, but advances in the discovery and control of new TB disease occurred in 2 of the last century. This study aimed determinant of quality of life in patients with pulmonary TB in Surabaya Type a descriptive research with survey approach on three large health centers with a total population sample of 150 respondents. The variable determinant of quality of life includes the respondents perception of the disease, health care search is done, the meaning of life for the respondents, satisfaction with family and health care. Data were collected through questionnaires, through purpusive sampling techniques, then performed the frequency distribution and crostabulasi. The results showed that the respondents' perceptions of the disease is mostly 78.4% said the illness as a result of the process of transmission of TB bacteria mycobaterium, the search for health services 95.7% went to the clinic, the meaning of life for themselves 78.6% said there was no hope for healed, satisfaction with family 67.5% are satisfied with the spirit given by family members and satisfaction of health workers say 85.3% are satisfied with the services provided by a health worker. The conclusion shows that detrminan quality of life in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis have searched for health services to the health service, satisfied with the health workers, but there is no hope of life to recover. Suggestions for further research to dig deeper into the life expectancy of the respondents

Abstract

Until October 2, 2021, the total number of cases of Covid-19 confirmation in the world is 234.110,530 cases with 4,788,697 deaths (Case Fatality Rate 2.0%) in 204 infected countries and 151 Transmission Countries communities. Government The Republic of Indonesia has reported 4,218,142 confirmed people positive for COVID-19 and there were 142,115 deaths (CFR: 3.4 %) related to COVID-19 reported and 4,042,215 patients have healed from the disease. Since Covid-19 was declared a pandemic, various efforts have been conducted by the government with Support cross-sectoral, as efforts increase knowledge power health in the environment Association House Islamic Hospital Nahdlatul Ulama, ARSINU together LETTERA Foundation organizes support workshop enhancement readiness and Nahdlatul Hospital response Ulama (NU) against Covid-19 and disease infectious new others, workshops held online and off this line followed by 183 participants held at the Surabaya Islamic Hospital Workshop involving 5 houses sick in ARSINU 's shade grabbed enthusiastically by participants, workshops held with this hybrid method increase participants ' knowledge go on by 20%, expected through this workshop whole power health capable give good contribution on implementation daily officer power health walk right his job in giving service to patient covid 19 and capable control self for infected Covid-19.
