Abstract

Drug services in Public Healthcare are an important component whose availability influences the success of health efforts. District / City Health Office is a regional government work unit in the health sector, one of the tasks and authorities of which is to provide and manage public medicines for the district/city area. Effective pharmaceutical management in health service facilities is very important for patient welfare so risks must be identified and controlled. One of the efforts made by the City Health Office is to procure drugs using other methods that are legal according to government procurement of goods/services besides e-purchasing, which is called non-e-purchasing of drugs. Risks in the pharmaceutical supply chain are related to product discontinuity, product shortages, poor performance, patient safety, expense errors, and technological errors, all of which can result in system disruption. This study aims to determine the suitability of the plan with the realization of e- purchasing of drugs, identify problems that hamper the implementation of e-purchasing of drugs, determine the impact of obstacles on procurement, cost efficiency of drug procurement and determine the potential savings of drug procurement by e-purchasing for the period 2015 to 2019 by using the FMEA method, the e-purchasing data was collected at the Wonokromo Public Health Center in Surabaya. Study Failure Mode Effect (FMEA) in the procurement of drugs and UHC health supplies in Surabaya Wonokromo Health Center for the period of 2015-2019, it can be concluded that the absorption of capitation funds is more considered using the availability variable compared to the uptake of funds based on the rupiah value because the availability of more guarantees the need for treatment in the sustainable health centre. In this case, the perception of procurement actors in the analysis of UHC procurement process obstacles there are 41 obstacles, the role of E-purchasing is a very helpful system even though the implementation has not been perfect.

Abstract

AbstrakKesehatan gigi pada lansia sangat penting untuk diperhatikan, masalah kesehatan gigi akan berdampak buruk bagi gizi lansia. Beberapa penelitian menujukkan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi pada lansia sehingga tidak memberikan dampak yang buruk bagi lansia. Pengabdian masyaakat ini (1) Membuat leaflet terkait perawatan gigi anak sebagai bahan edukasi kepada masyarakat, (2) Menyelenggarakan kuliah Whatsup Grup (WAG) tentang perawatan gigi anak, (3) Membuat video edukasi terkait perawatan gigi anak sebagai bahan edukasi kepada masyarakat, (4) Melakukan edukasi melalui Youtube Chanel tentang perawatan gigi lansia. Dari pelaksanaan dapat disimpulkan pembuatan Leaflet yang sudah dibuat sangat memberikan manfaat kepada semua pengunjung poli gigi RS Islam Surabaya meningkatkan pengetahuan para ibu untuk pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi lansia. Kuliah WAG yang diadakan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta dengan kenaikan pengetahuan sebesar 19,2 %. Bagi lansia yang belum berkesempatan mengikuti kuliah WAG bisa berkesempatan untuk melihat youtube chanel RS Islam Surabaya dengan tema tingkat pemahaman ibu terhadap pemahaman perawatan kesehatan gigi pada lansiaKata Kunci: Kesehatan gigi lansia, perawatan gigi, kesehatan gigi, Youtube ChanelAbstractDental health in the elderly is very important to note, dental health nutritional problems will have a bad impact on the elderly. Visitors can ensure that the leaflets that have been made are very useful for all dental clinics at the Surabaya Islamic Hospital to increase the importance of maintaining the dental health of the elderly. The WAG lectures that were held were able to increase participants' knowledge with an increase in knowledge of 19.2%. AbstrakBerdasarkan data Riskesdas 2018, menunjukan 93% anak usia dini mengalami gigi berlubang. Beberapa penelitian menujukkan pentingnya pemahaman orang tua terhadap pengetahuan tentang perawatan gigi pada anak. Pengabdian masyaakat ini (1) Membuat leaflet terkait perawatan gigi anak sebagai bahan edukasi kepada masyarakat, (2) Menyelenggarakan kuliah Whatsup Grup (WAG) tentang perawatan gigi anak, (3) Membuat video edukasi terkait perawatan gigi anak sebagai bahan edukasi kepada masyarakat, (4) Melakukan edukasi melalui Youtube Chanel tentang perawatan gigi anak.dari pelaksanaan dapat disimpulkan Leaflet yang sudah dibuat sangat memberikan manfaat kepada semua pengunjung poli gigi RS Islam Surabaya meningkatkan pengetahuan para ibu untuk pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi anak. Kuliah WAG yang diadakan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dan ayah peserta dengan kenaikan pengetahuan sebesar 23,71 %. Abstract

Nurses who are considered by the hospital to be able to provide maximum health services to patients so that they can increase patient satisfaction. This research was conducted to analyze the job satisfaction of nurses based on Internal Service Quality in the inpatient installation of RSI A. Yani Surabaya. The study was conducted with an observational analytic design and cross-sectional approach. The study population was the nurses in the inpatient installation of RSI A. Yani Surabaya, a total of 104 nurses. The sample size was 78 nurses who were spread in each inpatient room of RSI A. Yani Surabaya. The method of sampling using simple random sampling. Data analysis was performed using binary logistic regression test. The results showed that 98.7% of nurses rated internal service quality as good and 64.1% of nurses said they were satisfied. Based on the statistical test, it was found that the value of p = 0.999 (more than 0.05), which means that internal service quality has no significant effect on job satisfaction of nurses. However, based on the aspect of internal service quality, the aspects of tools and reward and recognition can provide an almost significant effect on job satisfaction of nurses. Provision of tools has 9.23 times less risk of dissatisfying nurses than providing good tools. Likewise, giving rewards and recognition that was less likely to have a 3.34 times risk of making nurses dissatisfied compared to giving good recognition.

Abstract

Health centers have an important role to provide the best service to the community. One of the problems in the outpatient installation of the Tambelangan Health Center is the decrease in the number of patient visits. It is necessary to evaluate the quality of service so that patients put their trust and then reuse the service until they feel satisfied. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on patient satisfaction. This research is included in the type of analytic observational using a cross-sectional approach. The sample size is 100 patients who seek treatment at the outpatient installation of the Tambelangan Health Center. The sampling technique was carried out by systematic random sampling. Data were obtained directly through the perception of the patient's assessment of the perceived service quality, their trust in the facilities and services received and including the satisfaction that the patient felt through the questionnaire instrument. The data obtained were then analyzed using binary logistic regression. The results showed that all patients (86%) stated that the overall dimensions of service quality were good, and almost all patients (81%) stated that they had believed and almost all respondents (84%) stated that they were satisfied with the service at the Outpatient Installation of the Tambelangan Health Center. Furthermore, service quality has a significant effect on patient satisfaction (p-value = 0.022) and trust has a significant effect on patient satisfaction (p-value = 0.006). The conclusion of the study shows that service quality and trust can affect patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Patient safety incidents at Ahmad Yani Islamic Hospital Surabaya increased by 0.3% in 2019. If not addressed immediately, these problems can give a negative image to hospitals and patients. An error that appears and has an impact on increasing patient safety incidents, stems from a high workload and poor communication. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of workload and communication on the occurrence of patient safety incidents in hospitals. This study uses a unit of analysis as many as 18 work units that directly provide services to patients. Participants include the head of the work unit, the person in charge of the work unit and the person in charge of the quality of the work unit with a total of 90 people. The data was obtained primarily using the instrument contained in the google form. The communication measurement tool uses the Communication Openness Measurement (COM) and the workload uses the WISN calculation. Patient safety incident data was obtained from the PMKP RS team. The analysis was carried out by means of a simple cross tabulation with interpretation using the Pareto concept. The results showed that most work units (83.3%) had a low workload, most of the work unit communication (61.1%) was not good and 33.3% of work units had a high patient safety incident rate. In the Pareto concept, the results showed that workload had no effect on patient safety incidents, while communication influenced the number of patient safety incidents. Therefore, hospitals need to fix the pattern and flow of communication as well as the need for information disclosure so that the flow of information becomes more adequate, transfer of knowledge becomes better and employee understanding of the importance of patient safety in hospitals becomes better.

Abstract

Dampak era uncertainty ini membuat rumah sakit harus cepat dalam mengambil keputusan dan melakukan efisiensi diberbagai sumber pembiayaan. Saat ini, selisih biaya operasional dengan pendapatan di RSI Surabaya A. Yani hanya 15%-17%, sedangkan kebijakan direksi menginginkan selisih bisa mencapai 30%. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, efisiensi harus dilakukan diberbagai sumber pembiayaan, salah satunya di unit farmasi. Salah satu metode memperbaiki proses efisiensi pelayanan adalah manajemen lean. Tujuan penelitian adalah melakukan implementasi manaje-men lean di unit farmasi RS Islam Surabaya A. Yani. Desain peneltiian adalah studi observasional dengan pendekatan exiperimental melalui 2 tahapan. Tahap pertama dilakukan identifikasi masalah, dan tahap kedua dilakukan implementasi manajemen lean per tahap pelayanan farmasi yakni perencanaan, pengadaan dan pembelian, penyimpanan, penyiapan dan distribusi dan pengembalian. Selanjutnya menyusun hasil monitoring dan evaluasi implement-tasi manajeman lean serta mengukur secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif hasil implementasi manajeman lean per tahap pelayanan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah implementasi manajemen lean di unit farmasi RS Islam Surabaya A Yani dapat dilakukan mulai tahap perencanaan, pengadaan dan pembelian, penyimpanan, penyiapan serta distribusi dan pengem-balian. Saran yang diberikan adalah implementasi manajemen lean dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan diterapkan di unit lain serta diikuti dengan pembenahan SIMRS dalam menunjang proses efisiensi pelayanan, melakukan monitoring pelaksanaan perencanaan perbekalan, meningkatkan peran manaje-men dalam penyusunan kontrak, evaluasi kerjasama, evaluasi kepatuhan pelabelan, menghitung cost benefit peresepan elektronik, menerapkan resep elektronik, melakukan komunikasi mendalam dan terus menerus, meningkatkan peran Komite Medis dalam evaluasi dan peningkatan mutu clinical pathway serta  memberi motivasi staf dalam implementasi metode distribusi Unit Dose Dispensing

Abstract

Niat untuk pergi (Intention to leave) adalah niat karyawan untuk meninggalkan organisasi/ rencana karyawan untuk berniat keluar kerja dari pekerjaan yang sekarang dan berusaha menemukan pekerjaan lain dalam waktu dekat. Niat untuk pergi perawat menjadi tantangan yang serius terhadap efisien dan efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya Intention to leave pada perawat salah satunya adalah iklim organisasi. iklim organisasi mencerminkan kondisi internal suatu organisasi karena iklim hanya dapat dirasakan oleh anggota organisasi tersebut, dan iklim dapat menjadi sarana untuk mencari penyebab perilaku negatif yang muncul pada karyawan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap intention to leave perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya – A. Yani. Jenis dan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat analitik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya – A. Yani dengan mengambil subjek perawat sebanyak 70 perawat/orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner dan data  yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) ver.16 dengan metode Chi Square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 6 variabel iklim organisasi yang terdiri dari struktur, standar, tanggung jawab, penghargaan, dukungan, dan komitmen. Hanya variabel komitmen yang tidak berhubungan dengan intention to leave pada perawat di RSI A. Yani karena hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p 0.197 (>0,05), sedangkan 5 variabel lainnya didapatkan hasil terdapat hubungan antara 5 variabel tersebut dengan intention to leave pada perawat di RSI A.Yani

Abstract

The job satisfaction that employees get at the organization depends on whether or not the employee's needs are met. Employee needs that can be met will provide job satisfaction. The greater the employee's needs that can be met, the higher the employee's job satisfaction. Meanwhile, if the employee's needs are not met, the employee will have dissatisfaction. Objective: To identify the influence of internal service quality (intqual) on employee satisfaction at RSIAS. Methods: This study analyses an employee satisfaction survey conducted in 2020 using a cross-sectional study design. Population of this research is all employees in RSIAS. The sample of this study is also all employees in RSIAS, which is 421 people. The satisfaction survey is filled in using a score of 1 to 5, then averaged so that a score is obtained to determine the category of each aspect. The data obtained were analyzed based on the theory of internal service quality and employee satisfaction, then tested using a multiple linear regression statistical test model to determine the effect of internal service quality (intqual) on employee satisfaction at RSIAS. Results: The results of statistical tests showed that the value of p = 0.000, meaning that internal service quality has an effect on employee job satisfaction because the value of p <0.05. Several aspects of internal service quality affect job satisfaction, namely the aspects of tools, policies and procedures, management support, goal alignment, effective training and reward and recognition.

Abstract

Fires can occur anywhere and anytime; fire management needs to be understood for residents of high-rise buildings so that when a fire occurs, there are no casualties. Every team member who works in a hospital must know about fire disaster management, and the last training exercise was in August 2014 at the time of the first accreditation. Understanding fire management is very much needed, especially in carrying out fire disaster evacuations. The Surabaya Islamic Hospital has a 5-story house building used to provide health services. Every worker who occupies the facility is required to attend fire evacuation training. As many as 88 employees have held training for fire disaster evacuation, and participants take theory and practice classes. participants are very enthusiastic about participating in the training Providing disaster evacuation education is needed by every team member as a condition for implementing Hospital Accreditation; there is an increase in abilities and skills in terms of theory or practice related to fire disaster management.
