The empowerment of village community health is crucial to improve, one of which is by increasing family-based human resources. The ability to recognize the condition of the family's health status at an early stage can speed up the process of assisting health services based on the problems at hand, which can be accelerated with the Independent Family Health Evaluation (IFHE) application system. The dissemination of IFHE was carried out on August 9, 2021 in Tutul Healthy Village task force group, attended by 47 participants from the Community Association (RW) and Posyandu using the direct practice method. Later on, this group continued to disseminate information to the community through trial 1 and trial 2, each of which was held on 11-13 August 2021 for 400 families. From the dissemination program resulted that 319 families had no health risks, 64 families had a low risk, 10 families had a moderate risk and 7 families had a high risk. The IFHE application is very beneficial in quickly identifying the family health status. It is recommended that families routinely report their family's health status through the IFHE, so that the healthcare workers can use the information in making decisions to improve public health

It is hoped that the community service program will eventually create a public awareness to develop various kinds of processed fruit from papaya, so that it can add economic value and be useful in improving the economy of women in the Sidomulyo Village Family Welfare Empowerment Group. The method used in this Community Service activity is to use the method of counseling and discussing the benefits of papaya for health and family nutrition, technical methods of making papaya sauce and explaining how business and marketing analysis of papaya sauce becomes a competitive product. Thus, it is hoped that there will be a synergy between community service programs, university strategic plans, and local government programs by optimizing the use of papaya as a processed product of high economic value and worth.

Good government governance is good governance. This concept has been applied in the government sector to strengthen village autonomy. This study aims to analyze and describe the application of good government governance principles in managing village fund allocations in Ambulu village and to find out whether the management of village fund allocations in Ambulu village has met the principles of good government governance. This type of research was conducted with a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. The object of this research is the Ambulu Village Government located in Ambulu District, Jember Regency. The results of this study indicate that the Ambulu Village Government system has been running well and has met all indicators of good government governance (democracy, transparency, accountability, legal culture, as well as fairness and equality). The Ambulu Village Government has implemented the five principles of good government governance in real terms so that it can realize a government system with good governance. Pemberdayaan masyarakat bidang kesehatan merupakan salah satu bentuk mewujudkan masyarakat sehat dengan mengoptimalkan potensi masyarakat untuk terlibat secara aktif. Prakarsa masyarakat mencapai tujuan pembangunan kesehatan perlu didorong guna mewujudkan tatanan hidup masyarakat melalui paradigma “Desa Sehat” dengan harapan berimplikasi langsung bagi peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat. Guna mewujudkan cita-cita tersebut di Desa Tutul Kecamatan Balung telah dibangun pola Desa Sehat yang didasari kemandirian keluarga dalam mengevaluasi kesehatan keluarga secara mandiri. Hal ini dioptimalkan dengan peran Tim Pelaksana Tugas (SATGAS) sebagai koordinator manajemen Desa Sehat berbasis Independent Family Health Evaluation (IFHE). Pemberian informasi kesehatan merupakan salah satu upaya meningkatkan kompetensi Tim SATGAS Desa Sehat berbasis IFHE serta masyarakatnya. Menggunakan sampel 47 responden yang terdiri dari Tim Satgas, perwakilan RW dan perwakilan Posyandu, dengan Pra Experiment Pre-Post Test Design dan analisa data Paired T-Test (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan informasi kesehatan meliputi kesehatan komunitas pendukung desa sehat (p value 0,01), optimalisasi gizi dalam pencegahan stunting (p value 0,02), mengenal penyakit gangguan kardiovaskuler (p value 0,01 ), kehamilan risiko tinggi dan pencegahan kematian periode perinatal (p value 0,04 ). Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa pemberian informasi kesehatan efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pengetahuan Tim SATGAS Desa Sehat Berbasis IFHE serta masyarakat Desa Tutul.

By developing the community's capacity for entrepreneurship, one of which is in the food business, one can empower the community economically. Tutul Village is a productive village with entrepreneurship activities centered on handicrafts, but there aren't any yet in food sector, especially creative healthy food. The team carried out in activities to improve entrepreneurship skills throughout the third year of the Partner Village Development Program, particularly creative healthy food products for pregnant women, nursing mothers, infants, toddlers, school-age children, the elderly, and people with chronic diseases. The training participants were 12 prospective entrepreneurs from 4 hamlets in Tutul Village. The five stages of the training were completed with assistance. Assistance in the form of competency improvement, labeling and packaging, assessment of nutritional content, production permits, and marketing. There are 11 healthy food products with creative presentations that are stimulants for prospective entrepreneurs to develop. Prospective entrepreneurs should be highly motivated to launch new food products so that the marketing of creative healthy food products can be easily recognized by the the general public.

This study aims to examine how the influence of independent commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership and audit committees on firm value in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector for the period 2019-2020 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples from this study was 214. The analytical tool used in this study was SPSS. The results of the analysis obtained in this study are Independent Commissioners have an effect on firm value, Managerial Ownership has no effect on firm value, Institutional Ownership has an effect on firm value and the Audit Committee has an effect on firm value.

Implementation of SAK ETAP in BUMDes Arum Jaya Mandiri Jambearum Village. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of SAK ETAP in BUMDes Arum Jaya Mandiri Jambearum Village. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Primary data can be obtained from direct sources, secondary data from intermediary media. The financial statements of BUMDes Arum Jaya Mandiri only make statements of financial position and profit and loss statements per the end of accounting period, this is not in accordance with the provisions of SAK ETAP. Completeness in the presentation of the Arum Jaya BUMDes financial report which should follow the reference to SAK ETAP is still lacking. The information submitted by the compilers of financial statements is still lacking so that it can be used as material for performance evaluation in its preparation for the future.
