The role of Information and Communication Technology in supporting operational and managerial systems in government agencies today is felt to be increasingly important. With the significant developments in this field, it has led to various fundamental changes in all aspects, where information has become a very valuable and decisive commodity to achieve the success of running a government in a comprehensive sense. The era of globalization, advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and efforts to improve the performance of government agencies have encouraged the transformation of Government towards e-Government. The transformation of the manual governance work process system into an electronic-based work system is carried out through the use of ICT. Utilization of ICT includes activities related to data processing, information management, management systems and electronic work processes. Thus, to realize this transformation, it is necessary to develop e-Government. And now the implementation of e-Government has been implemented in almost all countries so that it has the opportunity to accelerate economic growth, increase people's welfare dramatically, and strengthen good governance practices. While utilization and development related to the use of information and communication technology in e-Development. E-Development has interrelated elements including e-Leadership along with institutional policies and arrangements, information and communication infrastructure, e-Government, e-Society and the supporting ICT industry. Efforts to develop e-Development have been made, although limited to only a few fields. The development of e-Development has received support from related government agencies such as DEPKOMINFO, the Ministry of Research and Technology and the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology.

CV. Mulia Sejahtera is one of the companies that pay attention to the customer satisfaction. In accordance with the company tagline which is "Serve and Care" that means to serve and care about customer satisfaction. The company is still using the manual method of recording in the transactional processes of the company. To speed up the process of transactional companies with a high response rate to the customer and assist management in decision- making needed an application that could help the company. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a marketing strategy to create and maintain a good relationship with the customers in the form of applications Information technology (IT). The Web based e-CRM application can manage customer data, product promotion, product demand data and management level of satisfaction of the customer in order to create a good relationships with customers. Equipped with Double Exponential Smoothing method in predicting the sales on this website will assist management in making decisions faster. This study aims to find out how Website Based Customer Accounts Receivable Monitoring System at PT. Guna Artha Kencana. This study uses a qualitative research approach, the subject of this research id Debt Payment Monitoring System at PT. Guna Artha Kencana. The object of this research is the financial manajer of PT. Guna Artha Kencana. The method used in this research is the Linear Sequential Model, the data collection method used is interviews to obtain primary data and literature studies to obtain secondary data and to design using the Laravel Framework and PHP programming. The results of this research are successful in designing a system for controlling customer receivables payments where this system can be used to record and process every transaction that occurs in the company and this system can also be used to monitor the status of customer account receivable.

STMIK Primakara is aInformatics and Computer College which of course cannot be separated from the existence of computerization. Most of the systems that are there are already computerized, including the processing of financial data. Where financial data processing, there is a process of cash receipts and payments like companies in general. This study discusses the development of an information system for cash receipts and disbursements at STMIK Primakara. This researchwas conducted using the Linear Sequential method. This research uses the PHP programming language with a code igniter framework. This research succeeded in developing a cash management information system, especially cash receipts and disbursements at STMIK Primakara. From the results of interviews with users conducted by researchers, responses from those who will use this system are quite positive because it canfacilitate them in the process of managing financial data.

Bali Khresna Medika Health Vocational School is an institution that is engaged in education at the SMA/K level. The Bali Khresna Medika Health Vocational School is a private school established by individuals through a school committee. Currently, the Bali Khresna Medika Health Vocational School does not yet have a good financial reporting system. This information system is used to exchange information about the school's financial reports every month, especially useful for the finance department (treasurer) to make and determine monthly financial reports. The information system built aims to make it easier to submit monthly school financial reports and save time in making because this reporting system only does data input. The information system implemented will be built using Financial Reporting using In this research report, the researcher uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall development model, using the Mysql Database. While the programming used by the author is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and the end result is a web application that connects to a database that is run on one (single) server. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience in the process of inputting payment and expenditure data, to help speed up the performance of the finance department, to increase accuracy in conducting financial transactions. All transactions will be saved automatically to financial reports which include budgets, cash inflows, cash outflows, general journals, ledgers, income statements, and balance sheets, BOS funds and school inventory data. Suggestions that later this system can be developed by adding or modifying the payroll system feature which will later be able to help the principal and the head of the foundation to see the payroll procedures in this school's financial reporting system.

The research method used in this study is the waterfall method, namely the method by means of interviews to collect data as a determinant of the success of a study. In the process of working on the design of this buying and selling system using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. Toko Harco Bali is a company that sells electronic equipment. In the system that is running at the Toko Harco Bali, it is still done manually such as making notes which often have errors when calculating the total payment, there is no recording of customer data & inventory records that are still written in notebooks and make time less effective, as well as the lack of existing internal control activities so as to make employees take concurrent jobs. Point Of Sales (POS) is a system to process sales transactions of goods. Internal control is one of the systems to guarantee the security of the company. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design the point 0f sales system. In this design, the system can provide convenience and security in the transaction process. The research method used is the system development method, namely the prototyping approach. The stages in the prototyping method are, design or planning and end in the design of a new proposed system. The results of the analysis of SPI components in the form of control environment, risk assessment, information and communication, supervision and control activities and the results of this research design in the form of Database DFD, ERD and interface design
