Abstract

ABSTRACTInformation technology provides many conveniences and is able to improve the quality of service in a company. The ease and sophistication of the use of information technology in the field of banking services such as: Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), e-banking, and m-banking attract consumers to change lifestyles that were previously conventional to digital. But not all the use of information technology in a company has a positive impact. So for this reason this research aims to determine the impact generated by investing information technology in the form of the BRISat Satellite in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) tbk. The method used is the profitability analysis method, this method uses the calculation of the company's ability to obtain profits.Keywords: Investment, Information Technology, Profitability Ratio.ABSTRAKTeknologi informasi memberi banyak kemudahan dan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada sebuah perusahaan. Kemudahan dan kecanggihan penggunaan teknologi informasi di bidang jasa pelayanan perbankan seperti : Anjungan Tunai Mandiri (ATM), e-banking, dan m-banking menarik minat konsumen untuk merubah gaya hidup yang sebelumnya masih konvensional menjadi digital. Namun tidak semua penggunaan teknologi informasi pada sebuah perusahaan memberi dampak positif. Maka untuk itulah pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak yang dihasilkan dengan menginvestasikan teknologi informasi berupa Satelit BRISat pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) tbk. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis profitabilitas yaitu metode ini menggunakan perhitungan kemampuan perusahaan dalam memperoleh keuntungan. Pada metode ini digunakan perbandingan Return On Asset, Return On Equitas, ROCE, ROS, NPM, dan NIMKata Kunci: Investasi, Teknologi Informasi, Ratio Profitabilitas.

Abstract

ABSTRACTDetermining the right promotional strategy will be able to reduce promotional costs and achieve more appropriate promotional goals. One way that can be done to explore knowledge that can be used for promotion plans is to use association analysis. Apriori algorithm is an association technique in data mining to find the associative rule of item combinations. The research was conducted according to the stages in the CRISP-DM method starting from Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, and Deployment. The results showed that 6 (six) associative rules were obtained to show the associative selection of study programs for the area of origin and type of school with the highest confidence value of 70%. Students who choose the Informatics Engineering study program mostly come from the types of vocational schools in the Badung and Denpasar areas, while students who choose the Information Systems study program mostly come from the types of high schools in the Badung area and vocational schools in the Denpasar area, and students who choose the study program Most of the accounting information systems come from high schools in the Badung area and vocational schools in the Denpasar area. Furthermore, the research results can be used by the management of STMIK Primakara to be used as a reference/guideline in determining policies and making decisions in determining higher education promotion strategies.Keywords: Association, Promotion, Apriori, STMIK Primakara.ABSTRAKPenentuan strategi promosi yang tepat akan dapat mengurangi biaya promosi dan mencapai sasaran promosi yang lebih tepat. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk menggali pengetahuan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk rencana promosi adalah dengan menggunakan analisis asosiasi. Algoritma Apriori merupakan teknik asosiasi dalam data mining untuk menemukan aturan assosiatif kombinasi item. Penelitian dilakukan sesuai dengan tahapan pada metode CRISP-DM mulai dari Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, dan Deployment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh 6 (enam) aturan asosiatif untuk menunjukkan asosiatif pemilihan program studi terhadap daerah asal dan jenis sekolah dengan nilai confidence tertinggi 70%. Mahasiswa yang memilih program studi Teknik Informatika lebih banyak berasal dari jenis sekolah SMK di daerah Badung dan Denpasar, sedangkan mahasiswa yang memilih program studi Sistem Informasi lebih banyak berasal dari jenis sekolah SMA di daerah Badung dan SMK di daerah Denpasar, dan mahasiswa yang memilih program studi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi lebih banyak berasal dari SMA di daerah Badung dan SMK di daerah Denpasar. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian dapat digunakan oleh manajemen STMIK Primakara untuk dapat dijadikan acuan/pedoman dalam menentukan kebijakan dan pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan strategi promosi perguruan tinggi.Kata Kunci : Asosiasi, Promosi, Apriori, STMIK Primakara.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPT Bank Danamon Indonesia, is one of the banks affected by the development of information technology and is the bank with the most employees shrinking among ten medium and large scale banks in Indonesia from 2015-2018. Along with the number of employee depreciation that occurred, the company's revenue and net profit actually increased. This research aims to find out the feasibility of IT/SI investments made in PT Bank Danamon Indonesia. The analysis was carried out using Cost Benefit Analysis calculations including Return On Invesment (ROI), Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NVP) and Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). With a Return on Invesment yield of 1.32%, Payback Period of 0.43, Net Present Value of Rp. 18,826,196, and Benefit Cost Ratio of 9.21 which indicates that the investment has a good profitability with a return time of less than one year.Keywords: information technology investment, Cost Benefit Analysis, Return On Invesment, Payback Period, Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio.ABSTRAKPT Bank Danamon Indonesia , merupakan salah satu bank yang terkena dampak dari perkembangan teknologi informasi dan merupakan bank dengan penyusutan jumlah karyawan paling banyak diantara sepuluh bank dengan skala menengah dan besar di Indonesia dari tahun 2015-2018. Bersamaan dengan jumlah penyusutan karyawan yang terjadi, pendapatan dan laba bersih perusahaan justru mengalami kenaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari investasi TI/SI yang dilakukan pada PT Bank Danamon Indonesia. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan perhitungan Cost Benefit Analysis diantaranya Return On Invesment (ROI), Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NVP) dan Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). Dengan hasil Return on Invesment sebesar 1.32%, Payback Period sebanyak 0.43, Net Present Value sebanyak Rp. 18.826.196 , dan Benefit Cost Ratio sebanyak 9.21 yang menandakan investasi memiliki profitabilitas yang cukup baik dengan waktu pengembalian yang kurang dari satu tahun.Kata kunci: investasi teknologi informasi,Cost Benefit Analysis, Return On Invesment , Payback Period , Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the usability analysis results of the Teampal.id application in terms of users and find out interface improvement recommendations. Teampal.id is one of the start-ups under the guidance of the Primakara STMIK business incubator located in Denpasar-Bali. Start-up is a company that has just been established and is in the development and research phase to find the right market. Teampal.id is a start-up that includes a unique e-commerce that was formed in 2018. The product offered is a service for online farming communities. In this study using a combination of the Restrocpective Think Aloud (RTA) method and Post Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ). RTA is used to get results qualitatively while PSSUQ is to get quantitative results. This study used 30 respondents who came from active users of Teampal.id. Quantitative research results show that Teampal.id shows positive user acceptance results. This can be seen from the overall satisfaction score (OVERALL), which is 5.46 from a scale of 7. For system use (SYSUSE) scores 5.47, information quality (INFOQUAL) scores 5.47 and interface quality (INTERQUAL) scores 5.43. However, based on the results of research using the RTA method there are a number of things that must be corrected at the Teampal.id interface. Recommendations for improvements are made in high-fidelity wireframes, so they can be input in improving Teampal.id's interface. With this recommendation, it is expected to improve the quality of Teampal.id's user experience.Keywords : usability, RTA, PSSUABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis kebergunaan (usability) dari aplikasi Teampal.id ditinjau dari sisi pengguna serta mengetahui rekomendasi perbaikan antarmuka. Teampal.id merupakan salah satu start-up binaan inkubator bisnis STMIK Primakara yang terletak di Denpasar-Bali. Start-up merupakan perusahaan yang baru saja didirikan dan berada dalam fase pengembangan dan penelitian untuk menemukan pasar yang tepat. Teampal.id adalah sebuah start-up yang termasuk unique e-commerce yang dibentuk pada tahun 2018. Produk yang ditawarkan adalah layanan untuk masyarakat berternak secara online. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi yaitu Restrocpective Think Aloud (RTA) dan Post Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ). RTA digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil secara kualitatif sedangkan PSSUQ untuk mendapatkan hasil secara kuantitatif. Untuk kegunaan sistem (SYSUSE)337 Jurnal Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer, Volume 6, Nomor 3, Oktober 2020memperoleh skor 5.47, kualitas informasi (INFOQUAL) memperoleh skor 5.47 dan kualitas antarmuka (INTERQUAL) memperoleh skor 5.43. Namun, berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan metode RTA terdapat beberapa hal yang harus diperbaiki pada antarmuka Teampal.id. Rekomendasi perbaikan dibuat dalam high fidelity wireframe, sehingga dapat menjadi masukan dalam perbaikan antarmuka Teampal.id. Dengan rekomendasi ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman pengguna Teampal.id.Kata kunci: usability, RTA, PSSUQ

Abstract

Djaje is a traditional cake business that was founded in 2017. The products that Djaje sells are various wet snacks. The initial strategy used was only offline, such as handing cakes to resellers, but as the number of competitors increased, Djaje's sales declined. This research uses method analysis STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) the data is then presented with a qualitative descriptive method. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of implementing digital marketing strategies in improving traditional cakes. The results of the implementation of the strategy implemented by adjusting the content of photos, descriptions, posts, and advertisements using STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) analysis as a basis. By utilizing various digital platforms to reach more potential consumers, Djaje managed to make cake sales increase from October 2021 by Rp. 10,000,000 per month until March 2022 reaching Rp. 25,092,500 with total sales for 6 months of Rp. 105,832,500.

Abstract

In era of the Covid-19 pandemic MSMEs in Denpasar City has increased but not significantly compared to previous years. Entering the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 requires business actors to be more creative and innovative. In this case, it is very important for MSMEs to determine the right strategy, especially in terms of product promotion so that they can compete in expanding the market and increasing income, so that it is expected to revive the economy of Denpasar City. The Denpasar City Government has a large number of MSME data, but this data has not been used properly. One of the data mining methods is K-Means clustering. The stages of data mining in this research process include: 1)data pre-processing which includes data cleaning, data integration, data selection and data transformation; 2)the application of data mining methods using the K-Means clustering algorithm, which at this stage has the same characteristics and characteristics in certain clusters, and finally 3)data interpretation and evaluation of the information and knowledge patterns generated from the mining process. The cluster results obtained from this study are expected to be a reference in policy making to determine the promotion strategy of creative industry products in Denpasar City.

Abstract

Abstract: CYZ educational institutions have used technology as a promotional medium to find new students. CYZ is an educational institution that has used technological developments to develop its business. CYZ uses social media and websites as one of the supporters in introducing campuses and finding new students. In this study, qualitative descriptive research was used. This method focuses on answering research questions related to Digital Marketing Strategy Analysis in Increasing the Number of Students at CYZ Educational Institutions, especially in the use of social media and websites. This study also uses SWOT analysis to analyze internal strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats externally, and to determine the position of CYZ's company. With the SWOT weighting being in quadrant I implementing an aggressive strategy, means that CYZ is in a ready condition to continue to grow and develop by utilizing strengths and seizing opportunities to the fullest.

Abstract

ABSTRACTInternet is the easiest thing to be enjoyed by anyone today. If we want to share a photo or video on the internet, we just need to press a few buttons on a website and quickly our photo or video will spread out and can be seen by anyone. But have we ever thought how can we upload photos or videos, when millions or even billions of other users are browsing the site or uploading photos too. This research will examine these kinds of topic with a case study from one of the projects by STMIK Primakara Campus, namely Ruang Kuliah. Ruang Kuliah are predicted to be accessed by many visitors and lecturers from various campuses and universities in Indonesia. Departing from these problems, a correct architectural design is needed and it expected able to overcome conditions when site traffic is on high demand. Research was carried out and finally found a technique called Load Balancing. However, after testing, it turned out that Load Balancing on this case study did not give satisfactory results. Because when hit by 13000 requests, the response time given by the website reaches 28504ms or 28 seconds.Keywords: load balancing, least connection, moodle LMSABSTRAKInternet merupakan hal yang paling mudah untuk dinikmati oleh siapa saja saat ini. Jika kita ingin menyebarkan suatu foto ataupun video ke internet, kita hanya cukup menekan beberapa tombol pada suatu situs jejaring sosial dan dengan cepat foto atau video kita tersebar dan dapat di lihat oleh siapapun saja. Tapi pernahkah kita berfikir bagaimana bisa kita melakukan upload foto ataupun video, disaat berjuta-juta bahkan milyaran pengguna situs yang lain sedang menjelajahi situs atau melakukan upload juga. Penelitian kali ini akan mengangkat topik permasalahan tersebut dengan studi kasus permasalahan dari salah satu proyek website dari Kampus STMIK Primakara yaitu Ruang Kuliah. Ruang Kuliah di prediksikan akan di akses oleh banyak pengunjung maupun dosen dari berbagai kampus dan universitas yang ada di Indonesia. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan rancangan arsitektur yang benar dan mampu mengatasi kondisi ketika pengunjung situs sedang ramai yang menjadi studi kasus dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian pun dilakukan dan akhirnya ditemukanlah teknik yang dinamakan Load Balancing. Namun setelah dilakukannya pengujian, dengan Load Balancing ternyata pada studi kasus kali ini tidak memberikan hasil yang memuaskan. Dikarenakan ketika di hit hingga 13000 requests, lama waktu respon yang diberikan website mencapai 28504ms atau 28 detik.Kata Kunci: load balancing, least connection, moodle LMS

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn helping village community businesses, there are LPDs that provide convenience in providing savings and loan services. Along with the progress of the development of the LPD which is getting faster and faster, the complexity of processing savings and loan transaction data is getting higher, such as the LPD in Tengkulung Traditional Village which is located on Jalan. Setra Ganda Mayu, South Kuta District, Badung Regency. Recording data manually with this book often encounters problems in the process of calculating data and reports, given the large amount of data that must be processed manually, resulting in errors in preparing reports. So, with the development of the current information technology era, the development of a computerized system, namely "Development of a Savings and Loans Information System at the Tengkulung Traditional Village LPD" is expected to help simplify the process of managing savings and loan data on LPD members in a faster and more efficient manner.The research method used in this study is the development of the waterfall method. The waterfall method is a systematic and sequential information system development system. The waterfall method has several stages, namely system analysis, system design, implementation, integration of system testing, and system maintenance.This system can generate savings, deposits and credit information that will produce a data report. Seiring dengan kemajuan perkembangan LPD yang semakin cepat dan pesat menyebabkan kompleksitas pengolahan data transaksi simpan pinjam semakin tinggi seperti pada LPD Desa Adat Tengkulung yang berlokasi di Jalan. Setra Ganda Mayu, Kecamatan Kuta Selatan, Kabupaten Badung. Pencatatan data secara manual dengan buku ini sering kali menghadapi kendala dalam proses penghitungan data maupun laporan, mengingat banyaknya data harus diolah secara manual, mengakibatkan kesalahan penyusunan laporan. Maka, dengan adanya perkembangan era teknologi informasi saat ini, pengembangan sistem terkomputerisasi yaitu “Pembangunan Sistem Informasi Simpan Pinjam Pada LPD Desa Adat Tengkulung” diharapkan dapat membantu mempermudah proses pengelolaan data simpan pinjam pada anggota LPD dengan waktu yang lebih cepat dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan metode waterfall. Metode waterfall adalah sistem pengembangan sistem informasi yang sistematis dan berurutan. Metode waterfall memiliki beberapa tahap yaitu analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, implementasi, integrasi pengujian sistem, dan pemeliharaan sistem. Sistem ini dapat menghasilkan informasi tabungan, deposito, dan kredit yang akan menghasilkan sebuah data laporan. Abstract

Feelgoods.id is a business engaged in the sale of gold and silver jewelry. The problems that occur with Feelgoods.id are unstable product sales. So, this study aims to analyze and implement digital marketing strategies to increase product sales. In this research was conducted using SWOT analysis, Marketing Mix and STP with descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. Researchers will make observations on digital assets owned and study literature by collecting references, books and journals that are appropriate to the topic as a reference for improving digital marketing strategies. Results obtained through this study indicate that the implementation of digital marketing by Feelgoods.id is in accordance with the three analyzes used. Feelgoods.id markets its products offline and online with integrated digital media and this is very helpful in doing marketing efficiently and effectively. Some of the recommendations given in this study are to innovate products and optimize advertising on social media.Keywords: Digital Marketing; Sales; Jewelry; SWOT Analysis; Marketing Mix AbstrakFeelgoods.id merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan perhiasan emas dan perak.  Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Feelgoods.id adalah penjualan produk tidak stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan implementasi strategi digital marketing untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan analisis SWOT, Marketing Mix dan STP dengan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti akan melakukan observasi pada aset-aset digital yang dimiliki dan studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan referensi, buku dan jurnal-jurnal yang sesuai dengan topik sebagai acuan peningkatan strategi digital marketing. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui penelitian ini yaitu menunjukkan bahwa implementasi digital marketing yang dilakukan Feelgoods.id sesuai dengan ketiga analisis yang digunakan.
