Abstract

Drop out adalah suatu keadaan di mana siswa diberhentikan dari sekolah karena beberapa alasan yang mengharuskan siswa untuk di drop out . faktor drop out seperti absen yang telah melebihi batas maksimal, nilai yang kurang dari batas bawah yang telah ditentukan pihak sekolah dan prilaku siswa yang sudah melanggar nilai attitude yang telah diterapkan oleh pihak sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin memprediksi siswa yang berpeluang drop out dengan menggunakan metode SVM dan diharapkan mampu memprediksi masalah drop out apakah siswa akan lanjut ke semester selanjutnya atau di drop out karena beberapa alasan. Dan hasil yang disimpulkan adalah metode SVM mampu memprediksi siswa yang berpeluang drop out.Kata kunci : Support Vector Machine, Kernel Trick, Drop Out.

Abstract

The Cheap Market activity is one of the programs launched by the Bengkalis government to deal with price inflation of basic commodities which usually occurs during religious holidays such as Eis al-Fitr as well as Christmas and New Year. In implementing this program, there ware many difficulties and obstacles faced by the Bengkalis Trade and Industry Service as the implementer of cheap market activities. To deal with the obstacles currently being faced, the author created a website-based Cheap Market Data Collection System Application (SIPEMURAH). The SIPEMURAH application was created using the extreme programming method whichhas 4 stages, namely planning, design, coding dan testing. By using this method the developer must be prepared for changes to be made if the application being built does not meet the user’s widhes, then testing is carried out using the Blackbox testing technique to get good result.

Abstract

Computer laboratories at universities, especially vocational campuses, are very important because they function as a support for practicum courses. Today's data storage systems continue to grow, one of which is network attached storage (NAS), NAS is a storage device system that is connected to a computer network that uses the system. special operations to serve the needs of files and data files. In this study, a NAS-based centralized data storage system with Raspberry Pi will be built to support lectures in a computer network laboratory, currently the distribution process for lecture materials is carried out with a flash drive so that it is less effective and efficient, so a NAS is proposed in order to facilitate data exchange between lecturers and students. , students can access lecture materials that have been shared by lecturers and can collect practical reports on practical results. The NAS system that was built can be accessed via a personal computer/laptop with each student's name on the local network in the computer network laboratory

Abstract

Server security on a computer network is very important, maintaining computer network security in order to maintain information, data and maintain infrastructure so that it can work and function properly and provide access rights to registered users, this study aims to build an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) on networks and servers using Raspberry Pi 4 with SNORT which is useful for monitoring Server activities when an attempted attack occurs by sending notifications to BOT Telegram via the administrator's cellphone in realtime, this system is tested with three attack scenarios namely, PING Attack, Port Scanning, and DOS / DDoS Attack. From the results of testing attacks, Snort can detect and provide alerts that will be stored in the Snort Log and forwarded to the Telegram BOT notification in real time.   Keywords: Raspberry pi, Server, IDS, Snort, Bot Telegram

Abstract

Information technology plays a crucial role in improving public services, particularly in handling citizen complaints. Citizens often face obstacles in reporting complaints due to complex bureaucracy and limited access. To address these issues, this study aims to develop a web-based citizen complaint classification application using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The application is designed to automatically classify complaints and direct them to the appropriate agencies, such as the Fire Department (DAMKAR), Public Works Department (DPU), and Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). The Naïve Bayes algorithm is utilized for its ability to calculate probabilities and produce accurate classifications. The application was developed using the prototype method, which allows for iterative processes and adjustments based on user feedback. System testing demonstrates that this application functions well and meets the needs of relevant agencies in efficiently handling public complaints.

Abstract

Akasia termasuk salah satu tanaman yang rentan diserang penyakit, oleh karena itu penanganan yang cepat dan tepat sangat penting dilakukan untuk menjaga kualitas tanaman ini. Kurangnya pemahaman pekerja untuk bisa mendiagnosa penyakit tanaman tanpa bantuan seorang pakar menjadi masalah utama untuk dapat menemukan alternatif penyelesaiannya. Melalui sistem pakar, ilmu yang dimiliki oleh seorang pakar dituangkan dan dimanfaatkan dalam bentuk sistem diagnosa sehingga dapat membantu pekerja untuk mengetahui jenis penyakit apa yang menyerang tanaman akasia, tanpa harus menunggu dan mengharapkan jawaban langsung dari ahli. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode Forward Chaining. Metode Forward Chaining merupakan metode dengan teknik pelacakan kedepan yang dimulai dengan informasi yang ada dan penggabungan rule untuk menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan atau tujuan. Sehingga berdasarkan gejala yang dialami tanaman, pekerja dapat segera melakukan tindakan penanganan. Penelitian menghasilkan sebuah sistem pakar yang mampu meniru kerja ahli untuk dapat mendiagnosa penyakit tanaman akasia dan memberikan solusi dari penyakit tersebut.

Abstract

Dental diseases often go undetected in their early stages due to low public awareness and limited access to healthcare services. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of performing early self-diagnosis of dental diseases. The system utilizes the Forward Chaining method to match symptoms with predefined rules in the knowledge base, and applies Bayes' Theorem to calculate the probability and confidence level of each possible diagnosis. The system was developed using the PHP Laravel framework and MySQL database. System evaluation was conducted through black-box testing to verify functionality, and accuracy testing by comparing system results with expert diagnoses. The testing results showed an accuracy rate of 90%, with a precision of 91%, recall of 89%, and F1-score of 90%. These findings demonstrate that the system provides reliable and consistent diagnostic predictions. Therefore, this expert system is expected to serve as a preliminary tool for the public to identify potential dental diseases before consulting with dental health professionals.

Abstract

UMKM Rumah Sagu Barokah is a small and medium-sized enterprise engaged in the production and sales of sago as its main product. In its daily operations, the financial management system is still carried out manually using handwritten records. This traditional approach has created several problems, such as unorganized and inconsistent documentation of operational expenses including electricity, maintenance, employee salaries, and production costs. As a result, the business owner faces difficulties in controlling expenses, preparing budgets, and evaluating overall financial performance. To address these issues, this study aims to design and implement a Financial Management System based on information technology that can assist UMKM Rumah Sagu Barokah in managing its finances in a more professional, effective, and efficient manner. The system development method employed in this research is the Rational Unified Process (RUP). RUP was chosen because it provides a structured, iterative framework that supports quality improvement through well-defined phases, namely inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. The adoption of this method is expected to enhance project visibility, reduce risks of failure, and ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality software that meets user requirements. The results of this study demonstrate that the designed financial management system improves efficiency in financial recording, increases data accuracy, and simplifies the preparation of financial reports on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. Moreover, the system provides support for strategic decision-making through more accurate and real-time data analysis. With the implementation of this RUP-based financial management system, UMKM Rumah Sagu Barokah is expected to enhance professionalism in financial management, strengthen its business competitiveness, and support long-term growth and sustainability.
