Abstract

Sistem monitoring pintar mitigasi COVID-19 adalah sistem monitoring berbasis teknologi IoT yang menggunakan beberapa sensor untuk merekam keadaan di sekitar lokasi pemantauan dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada pengguna berdasarkan data yang diambil disekitar area pemantauan. Salah satu aspek yang harus diperhatikan dalam membangun system monitoring berbasis IoT adalah kualitas layanan jaringan (Quality of Service). Kualitas layanan jaringan digunakan sebagai tolak ukur untuk memastikan perangkat IoT dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik didalam suatu jaringan nirkabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kualitas layanan jaringan pada sistem monitoring pintar mitigasi penularan COVID-19 berbasis IoT. Adapun aspek yang diukur adalah delay, packet lost, jitter dan throughput, dimana pengukuran parameter ini berguna untuk mengetahui tingkat peforma sistem monitoring dalam menangani permintaan layanan API dari sensor node ke web server. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan terhadap 2 perangkat sensor node menunjukkan bahwa kinerja QoS pada perangkat sensor node ESP8266 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan ESP32. Sedangkan parameter delay yang dihasilkan pada kedua perangkat sensor node jika bekerja secara bersamaan menunjukkan bahwa kedua perangkat sensor node yang diuji memiliki delay dengan kategori buruk.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a calibration interface that enables the routine and effective calibration of water quality telemetry system sensors in fish cultivation ponds. This interface is designed to provide users, namely fish farmers, the ability to perform dynamic calibration based on linear regression methods. With this feature, fish farmers can recalibrate the sensor based on fluctuations in the cultivation pond environment, thereby improving measurement accuracy continuously. The calibration method employed is linear regression, which allows for the identification of the mathematical relationship between sensor data and reference data. By collecting sensor data and reference data, linear regression parameters such as offset and slope can be calculated and applied to sensor measurements. This calibration interface feature can be accessed through a computer or mobile device with an intuitive display, making it easy for fish farmers to operate. The research results indicate that the use of a dynamic calibration interface with linear regression methods can enhance sensor measurement accuracy continuously. Fish farmers can perform routine calibrations in accordance with environmental changes, contributing to better water quality management in fish cultivation. The success of this interface opens opportunities for the development of technology that supports optimal fish growth and health within the environment.

Abstract

The advancement of technology in the field of photography has become an increasingly growing trend over time. In the context of Indonesia, the history of photography began in 1840, in line with the discovery of photography by Juriaan Munich, a Dutch media officer. Photography has been a part of people's lifestyle for centuries, ranging from the use of simple digital cameras to sophisticated devices that require specialized skills. Lensa Photography, as a photography studio in Bengkalis Regency, also faces challenges in the booking process. Manual processes through telephone or direct visits often result in scheduling errors. To address this issue, this study has successfully developed a website-based Lensa Photography booking system using the Laravel framework and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method. This booking system has successfully met its objectives by providing the following features, More efficient schedule management, Improved scheduling accuracy, Time and cost savings, Increased customer satisfaction, This booking system has been adopted by Lensa Photography and has provided significant benefits for the company, including, More organized and organized booking schedules, Reduced scheduling errors, More efficient booking time and costs, Increased customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The selection of campus ambassadors at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis is one of the activities carried out annually. The selection of campus ambassadors aims to prepare the best students to become student representatives in internal and external campus activities. The campus ambassador assessment process is carried out in three stages, namely pre-quarantine, quarantine and grand final. A websitebased Decision Support System for campus ambassador finalist candidates is needed to help the committee and judges in the finalist selection process to be faster and more accurate. This system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which has weights on each criterion. The result of applying the SAW method to the system is to display rankings that can help in determining the campus ambassador finalist champion. From 31 field data, the application of the SAW method on this system has an accuracy of 96,6%. The software development method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP).

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) has emerged as a transformative technology that enables smart environmentsthrough extensive sensor networks and connected devices. However, the diversity and heterogeneity of IoT devices posesignificant challenges in developing versatile applications capable of monitoring and controlling a broad spectrum ofsensors and actuators. This paper proposes a novel modular design for a flexible IoT monitoring and control applicationusing Flutter, a popular framework for developing cross-platform solutions. Our design leverages Flutter’s robust UIcapabilities and its efficient communication with backend services to offer a scalable and customizable interface that canadapt to various IoT deployments, from domestic to industrial settings. The modular architecture allows users to specifyand configure the application to dynamically include any combination of devices and functionalities, catering to specificneeds without additional programming

Abstract

Information technology plays a crucial role in improving public services, particularly in handling citizen complaints. Citizens often face obstacles in reporting complaints due to complex bureaucracy and limited access. To address these issues, this study aims to develop a web-based citizen complaint classification application using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The application is designed to automatically classify complaints and direct them to the appropriate agencies, such as the Fire Department (DAMKAR), Public Works Department (DPU), and Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). The Naïve Bayes algorithm is utilized for its ability to calculate probabilities and produce accurate classifications. The application was developed using the prototype method, which allows for iterative processes and adjustments based on user feedback. System testing demonstrates that this application functions well and meets the needs of relevant agencies in efficiently handling public complaints.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an early warning system for changes in water quality in fish ponds using the MQTT and Telegram Bot protocols. Poor water quality can cause significant economic losses in fish farming. Therefore, a system is needed that can accurately and quickly detect changes in water quality and provide warnings to fish farmers. The method used in this study involves the installation of sensors that are connected to a microcontroller and a communication system using the MQTT protocol. The sensors used include temperature sensors, pH sensors, turbidity sensors, water level sensors, and salinity sensors. The data obtained from these sensors will be sent via the MQTT protocol to the server connected to Telegram Bot. Telegram Bot is used as an interface for users. This bot will receive data from the server and perform processing to evaluate the water quality in fish ponds. If a significant change in water quality parameters is detected, the bot will send an early warning to fish farmers via Telegram messages. Fish farmers can receive these alerts on their mobile devices, so they can quickly take the necessary action to improve water conditions. The results of this study indicate that the developed early warning system can provide fast and accurate warnings of changes in water quality in fish ponds. With this system, fish farmers can take the necessary actions to prevent losses caused by changes in water quality before more serious damage occurs. In addition, the use of Telegram as a communication platform allows fish farmers to receive alerts on their mobile devices, which increases the responsiveness and convenience of water quality monitoring.

Abstract

Code smell adalah kelemahan desain atau praktik buruk dalam kode program yang merugikan proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan penurunan kualitas kode, meningkatkan kompleksitas proyek, hambatan dalam pemeliharaan kode, dan risiko kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi deteksi code smell pada bahasa pemrograman Python. Metode yang digunakan adalah software metrics yang diimplementasikan pada struktur Abstract Syntax Tree (AST). Sistem ini mengonversi program Python menjadi AST, mengembangkan logika deteksi code smell dengan pendekatan software metrics, dan diuji menggunakan blackbox testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendeteksi jenis code smell seperti long method, lazy class, feature envy, dan kompleksitas kode. Pengujian blackbox membuktikan bahwa fungsionalitas sistem berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai harapan.

Abstract

This research produces a monitoring system to determine the position of the ship using the Kalman Filter method in web-based system development using the waterfall development method. This system allows users to view the position and coordinates of the ship in real-time. By applying the Kalman Filter method, uncertainty and noise in measuring the position of the ship can be reduced, thereby increasing the accuracy in determining the actual position of the ship. The system development process is carried out using the waterfall method which consists of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The developed web-based system provides more accurate and reliable information to users, with the ability to view the position and coordinates of the ship in real time. This research contributes to the development of a more effective ship position monitoring system that can be used in various purposes such as navigation, surveillance, and ship monitoring.

Abstract

Government websites must meet high quality standards to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and security for users. This study aims to test the quality of the Rimba Sekampung Village website based on ISO 29119:2022 standards. Testing is carried out using a variety of methods, including functional, non-functional, usability, and compatibility testing. The data was collected through a series of trials using tools such as Selenium IDE and Apache JMeter. The test results show that this website has a functional test success rate of 97% and an overall feasibility rate of 88.30%. Although most of the features have been tested well, there are some aspects that still need improvement, such as the scope of testing against the needs or features that only reach 56%. This study emphasizes the importance of standard-based testing in improving the quality of website-based digital services at the consumer sector level.
