Abstract

One of the skills students need in the 21st century is digital literacy. Digital literacy is the ability to understand and apply information from various digital sources. This study aims to measure the status of the digital literacy level of class XI students at SMA N 1 Karanganom. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques through the distribution of digital literacy survey questionnaires. The dimensions of digital literacy analyzed in this study consist of 7 pillars of digital literacy, namely the pillars of information and data literacy; critical thinking pillar; pillar of communication skills; ethical pillars in technology; personal security pillars; device security pillar; and pillars of ability to use technology. The results showed that the highest percentage results were in the ability to use technology pillar with a percentage of 95.78% while the lowest percentage results were in the device security pillar with a percentage of 75.16%. This means that the majority of class XI MIPA SMA N 1 Karanganom have mastered and implemented the 7 pillars of digital literacy in everyday life.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has provided the LKPP application in procuring goods and services for government agencies. However, several procurement processes at XYZ State University still do not use the LKPP application. Some of the reasons that are often stated are that the goods available in LKPP are not complete and the location of suppliers in LKPP is outside the city and the province. It is required to create an application for them at XYZ State University to promote digitization and transparency in procuring products and services at XYZ University. This application development uses the extreme programming method. This research succeeded in identifying the functionality requirements required in e-purchasing applications. The results of this research were able to realize 91.6% of all the necessary features. Some features that can be recognized include dashboard features, user access rights sharing features, goods/services requirements features, goods/services offering features, goods/services offer approval features, payment features, and specification features. The feature that has not been fulfilled is the direct purchase feature. The applications produced in this research may be adapted at universities or other government agencies.

Abstract

Koperasi Kredit Sejahtera is a cooperative engaged in savings and loan services in the Bogor area. One form of KKS service to employees is by providing loan funds to help solve financial problems for employees. The problem faced by KKS so far is that decision-making activities in lending are still inadequate which results in non-performing loans or bad debts because the cooperative does not have a special system for decision making. Based on the problems that occur, researchers will build a decision support system that can handle credit problems using the Fuzzy AHP method using 9 criteria, namely salary, term, other loans, membership status, expenses, accuracy of previous payments, work, loan purpose and loan amount so that it can help the cooperative in determining the provision of loans to prospective creditors quickly, precise and accurate according to the ranking of the fuzzy AHP calculation results. Blackbox testing is carried out to test the achievement of the functional requirements of the system which shows that the functional requirements are met 100% of the total 8 functional consisting of 5 functional on admin actor and 3 functional on officer actor can be done/valid. UAT testing is used to test the achievement of non-functional requirements. By conducting a questionnaire to 16 respondents, the result is 100% valid and reliable. So that 100% of non-functional needs are successfully met.

Abstract

The function of technology in the 4.0 era in education is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the teaching and learning process as an effort to achieve educational goals, because in the current digital era, information that grows rapidly and is difficult to control requires individuals to not only find and use the information they need, but also filter it, evaluate, and select information. This study aims to analyze the digital literacy abilities of students at the primary school level. Researchers used quantitative descriptive analysis method. Based on the data that has been obtained, 26 students in class V of MIS Sultan Agung have good abilities in their digital literacy level. This shows that Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sultan Agung Yogyakarta has implemented digital literacy well.

Abstract

Kelompok Tani Tunas Harapan Desa Talang Jerinjing merupakan kelompok tani yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan kelapa sawit. Bentuk layanannya kepada anggotanya adalah menerima hasil panen buah sawit serta mengirimnya ke pabrik pengolahan minyak mentah. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang melimpah, para petani diedukasi mengenai pemupukan oleh pakar. Pakar berasal dari PT, BUMDES, serta Dinas Perkebunan. Permasalahan terjadi ketika pakar yang dibutuhkan dalam keadaan sibuk. Untuk memudahkan para petani menentukan pupuk, maka peneliti merancang sistem yang dapat membantu permasalahan tersebut, yaitu Sistem Pakar, dimana sistem tersebut mengadopsi pengetahuan pakar kepada komputer yang dirancang untuk memodelkan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah seperti layaknya seorang pakar, menggunakan metode Forward Chaining dan Certainty Factor. Hasil konsultasi berupa pupuk yang dibutuhkan lahan maupun tanaman disertai dengan nilai Certainty Factor untuk menunjukkan tingkat keakuratan gejalanya. Sehingga para petani nantinya tidak perlu ragu dari hasil konsultasinya sebab semua bobot yang digunakan dan pupuk sebagai solusi berasal dari keilmuan seorang pakar.

Abstract

The visibility of a university’s website on the search engine becomes an essential factor to reach a wider audience. One way to improve the visibility of a website is through Search Engine Optimization (SEO). University’s website development with SEO is inseparable from the data model because SEO supporting factors are parts of the consideration in the components and structure of the data model. This study aims to build a data model for a university website accompanied by SEO. The relational data model is used in this study based on the performance and maturity in defining schema-based design. This study was conducted through four sequential stages: literature review, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The resulting relational data model is one that has accommodated four supporting factors for SEO, namely Meta description, Meta keywords, URL structure, and image description. This study has succeeded in building a relational data model at the abstraction level of conceptual and logical.  In the conceptual data model, one entity and 11 attributes are formed. The logical data model was implemented in independent work environments using RelaX and operational requirements can be fulfilled by representing each table or relationship in the schema using relational algebra.

Abstract

A Decision Support System works best with a suitable method. Unfortunately, not all methods are equally used. Two rarely used methods are the MAUT and WSM methods. To determine whether a method is more suitable for a case than another, a sensitivity test is conducted. By conducting sensitivity tests between the two methods and other commonly used methods, such as SAW, in the same case, it’s possible to compare the sensitivity percentages of the three. One case that can be helped by a Decision Support System using the three methods is the ANOMIK assessment at universities. The three methods produced the same best alternative, namely Faculty 9. After conducting a sensitivity test, the results showed that the WSM method was the most sensitive, with a value of 4.954%, followed by the SAW method with a value of 4.901%, and finally the MAUT method with a value of 3.844%.

Abstract

This research measures and analyzes the use of technology to improve BPJS services in Islamic banking using the Survey on Financial Inclusion and Access SOFIA data. Data was collected in 2017 in four provinces, namely East Java, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, and South Sulawesi with a total number of respondents 19,634. The findings in this study reveal that 98.36% of people pay BPJS using the cash method and 1.64% of people use technology. From the data above, it can be concluded that the people in the four provinces are very minimal related to financial inclusion, people prefer to make cash payments rather than using payment service facilities in Islamic banking. The results of this study attracted the attention of policymakers to improve information and education related to financial inclusion.
