Abstract

This study aimed the financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial technology in East Java Indonesia. Financial inclusion is one of the ways of solving economic problems. Therefore, to out from financial exclusion and enter financial inclusion the people must increase their understanding of financial literacy and try to use financial services. This study will describe financial literacy with two dimensions (knowledge and application dimension), financial inclusion about accessibility in saving and loan and financial technology (receiving money and paying bills). The data used based on the Survey on Financial Inclusion and Access (SOFIA) 2017 with 6.873 respondents. The descriptive analysis was applied as an approach of assessment.  Finding on this research revealed that financial literacy, financial inclusion, using financial technology still very low especially in East Java. These results suggest that financial inclusion, financial literacy, and financial technology must be improving through supporting programs so that can parse the economic problems in society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengukur dan menganalisis literasi keuangan dan keuangan inklusif di Indonesia menggunakan data Survey on Financial Inclusion and Access SOFIA untuk melihat tingkat aksesibilitas masyarakat. Disisi lain penggunaan aplikasi Access and Information of Banks and Islamic Finance Account for Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (ADIBA MSME) sebagai sarana dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan literasi keuangan masyarakat yang berdampak pada terciptanya iklim keuangan yang inklusif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa ADIBA MSME memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan inklusi keuangan. Hasil ini dapat menarik perhatian pemangku kebijakan untuk meningkatkan penggunaan aplikasi sejenis.

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah permasalahan wakaf uang sebagai salah satu instrumen penggalangan dana masyarakat untuk kepentingan kesejahteraan umat. Instrumen ini belum digarap secara maksimal, baik dari sisi penghimpunan maupun pengelolaannya hal ini berbanding terbalik dengan potensi wakaf yang sangat besar.Penelitian ini dilakukan di LWPNU-PWNU Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian menggunakan lapangan (field research). Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif (qualitative descriptive research). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan analisis data model Miles and Huberman dengan langkah- langkah data collection, data condensa, data display, dan conclusions drawing/verifysing.Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah diuraikan tentang “Tendensi Wakaf Uang di LWPNU-PWNU Yogyakarta (Antara Produktif Dan Konsumtif), maka dapat  dirumuskan; pertama,  lembaga pengelola wakaf tunai oleh LWPNU- PWNU Yogyakarta lebih memberikan pemahaman masyarakat manfaat adanya wakaf uang dan masyarakat melakukan pewakafan di lembaga. Kedua, Mekanisme pengelolaan Wakaf Uang di LWPNU-PWNU Yogyakarta dilaksanakan  menurut  UU wakaf dan peraturan pelaksanaanya diantaranya: Pertama, Proses penghimpunan, yang mana hal ini dilakukan oleh LWPNU- PWNU Yogyakarta dengan sistem bantingan dilakukan melalui kotak wakaf dan sebagainya.  Kedua,  mekanisme  LWPNU-PWNU  Yogyakarta  dalam pengelolaan wakaf uang  terdiri dari penghimpunan, sosialisasi, dan penyaluran dana  3)  Implikasi pengelolaan wakaf uang  di LWPNU-PWNU Yogyakarta terlihat pada tiga hal yakni: bidang sarana ibadah, bidang pendidika, dan bidang ekonomi.Kata kunci: Wakaf, Pengelolaan Wakaf Uang dan LWPNU-PWNU Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal empirically the extent to which Islamic economics contributes to Indonesia's economic equality. This study uses zakat distribution indicators and financing of Islamic banks as an instrument of income distribution in Islamic economics; GINI coefficients are indicators for measuring income inequality and using panel data with a cross-section of 12 provinces in Indonesia the 2011-2016 period. This study found that the distribution of zakat has a negative effect on income inequality and Islamic bank financing has a positive effect on income inequality.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran serta partisipasi masyarakat dalam mewujudkan percontohan objek wisata halal di Desa Parangtritis, Kecamatan Kretek, Kabupaten Bantul melalui intervensi aplikasi Adiba MSME. Dari konsiderasi faktor geografis dan demografis, Desa Parangtritis memiliki probabilitas yang tinggi untuk menjadi representasi Wisata Halal di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Persebaran lokasi wisata yang heterogen disertai dengan nilai tambah historis yang unik menjadi keunggulan Desa Parangtritis sebagai objek studi program PKM ini. Metode PKM yang digunakan fokus pada dua skim yakni pelaksanaan sosialisasi Desa Wisata Halal dan diseminasi aplikasi Adiba MSME sebagai media konseling serta alat penghubung dengan Industri Keuangan Syariah. Dari kegiatan PKM ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata masyarakat Desa Parangtritis memiliki indeks literasi yang tergolong rendah mengenai konsep wisata halal dan terdapat impak positif penggunaan aplikasi Adiba MSME dalam mendorong peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai desa wisata halal. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran di lapangan diketahui program PKM juga efektif dalam membentuk pola pikir masyarakat yang responsif dengan upaya mewujudkan sektor wisata halal di Kecamatan Kretek.

Abstract

The emergence of the Islamic banking Industry in Indonesia up to now has not escaped from challenges and problems, among the main ones is how Islamic banks are leading the market share by increasing customer interest in using Islamic banking services. Quantitative methods were used in this research with a sample of 100 respondents of Islamic bank customers who lived in a special region of Yogyakarta which was selected by using a purposive sampling approach, and multiple linear regression by using SMART PLS 2.0. applied as the tools of analysis. The result shows that financial literacy does not affect the interest in becoming Islamic customers. Meanwhile, digital marketing and accessibility do affect the interest in becoming Islamic bank customers. Then, age and education as moderating variables are not able to moderate financial literacy, digital marketing, on interest in becoming Islamic bank customers. The practical implications of this research suggest that marketers can make more informed decisions, such as intensifying promotional efforts on digital platforms and enhancing customer accessibility. Additionally, this study recommends further research to address the limitations by including cybersecurity perceptions as a moderating variable. By doing so, the research will be able to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of problems in society that are difficult to solve. On the one hand, the community's economic downturn has resulted in them looking at other types of illegal loans. On the other hand, fintech actors take advantage of the situation and conditions of society so that they are trapped by debts and receivables with abnormal interest. Collection methods that are beyond humane limits are disturbing the people who use these loans. Therefore, the author must carry out further studies regarding legal protection for debtors who use illegal online money lending services. The aim of this research is to analyze and examine legal protection for debtors in illegal online money lending services. To analyze and study the legal settlement process undertaken by debtors in Illegal Online money lending services. The method used is normative juridical. The normative juridical approach method is a legal research technique that involves examining library materials (secondary data) using a statutory approach, namely an approach that uses statutory regulations which are useful as a research medium. Apart from that, it uses a conceptual approach, which requires legal concepts as a starting point for research into current legal problems.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal of a service process carried out by both government and private agencies. This research originates from the existence of various problems in the field which indicate that customer satisfaction is still not optimal. This is indicated by the amount of funds collected when viewed from the debit balance, which has fluctuated. This shows that the level of satisfaction has also fluctuated. Factors that influence customer satisfaction, including service quality, product quality and advertising. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the effect of service quality, product quality and the effect of advertising on customer satisfaction at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method, namely by making a systematic, factual and accurate description of facts or the nature of objects and interpreting the relationship between the phenomena investigated. The total population is 113 while the sample is 50 using the slovin technique. The tool for collecting data is a questionnaire and the data analysis that is sought is correlation, determination. T test and F test. The conclusion shows that simultaneously service quality, product quality, advertising. has an effect on customer satisfaction, and partially service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has an effect on customer satisfaction, and advertising has an effect on customer satisfaction. Each influence is declared significant. Based on correlation calculations, it is known that the correlation obtained from service quality, product quality and advertising on customer satisfaction is 80.9%. This shows that service quality, product quality and advertising have a strong influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to measure and analyze the influence of quality of service and the application of sharia principles to consumers at Syariah Hotel Limaran. The data used in this study is primary data. Although the method of data collection used is simple random sampling with a sample of 60 customers of Syariah Limaran hotel, this research also uses observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial (t) tests, simultaneous tests (f), and determinant coefficients (r2). Results obtained based on t and f test results produce a significant value of 0.05. Then the R Square value of 0.461 indicates that an independent variable can affect dependent variables by 46.10%. While other variables outside this study explain the remaining 53.90%. The study concludes that the quality of service and the application of sharia principles affect consumers' intention in Sharia hotels.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the Muslim community in the world certainly increases the demand for halal products. This causes halal products to become a necessity. This dynamic needs to be supported by state authorities' guarantee of halal products. This study provides an overview of the role of Halal labelling in influencing individuals to consume Halal products based on their levels of religiosity, knowledge of Halal products, and attitudes towards consuming such products. Additionally, the sampling focus of this study was on Java Island, where access to information technology is widespread, facilitating ease of access to relevant information regarding Halal products. A quantitative approach was employed in this research, utilizing primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the residents of Java Island. The construction of the research model is reflected in an adjusted R-squared value of 54.50%, indicating that the independent variables significantly influence the dependent variable. Based on the findings of this research, both knowledge and attitudes have a positive and significant impact on the intention to consume Halal products, whereas religiosity does not. The study recommends that the government consider streamlining and reducing the costs associated with Halal labelling to make it more accessible to micro-scale producers. These measures are expected to support the development of the Halal product market and foster sustainable economic growth.
