Abstract

The government's commitment to provide health insurance to the wider community is evidenced by the establishment of puskesmas throughout Indonesia. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia for Healthier Indonesia, the motto is the motivation of the puskesmas to improve its performance. Puskesmas is a health agency sector that develops rapidly with population growth. Quality of service is a central point of puskesmas. Along with the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 marked by the emergence of various digital innovations impacted on the health services of health centers. From observations that have been made previously, there was a gap in current digital system at the puskesmas where patient, poly, doctor, midwife examination, medical records, recipes, drug history, internal referral, laboratory examinations and internal referral feedback scattered in many divisions have not been integrated resulting in slowed service speeds, data sharing, transaction processing, information distribution has not been running optimally. The impact felt by the human resources that run the system in all divisions, including burnout, increased exhaustion, high chance of human error. The solution through the development of digital-based systems is the most appropriate reference in overcoming the obstacles that occur. Puskesmas information system (SIAPUS) is an application that integrates all data and information spread in all divisions easily and is transparent. Security system is the main key to protect data and information. SIAPUS is equipped with a unique code, notification system and is responsive. The benefit principle becomes an important point of SIAPUS implementation that is able to protect data and information effectively and efficiently, patients get comfort in every treatment, improve time and process efficiency and performance in each division or management, sharing data and information is served by a single database management system. In this study, the system development method needed by the author applies the Spiral model, namely: customer communication, planning, risk analysis, engineering, construction and launch, and customer evaluation. The results of the study are expected to produce a better administration information system application that can help the performance of health centers in data processing and public health reporting that can later answer the various problems that have been faced so far.

Abstract

Freight forwarding services are increasingly developing and each delivery service provider competes to provide the best service, resulting in competition in terms of price and delivery time, in order to attract the attention of users of shipping services. The number of service providers with various types of packages offered by freight forwarding services, making users difficult in determining the right service provider. One way to overcome this problem is by the existence of a method that can provide recommendations as consideration for making appropriate decisions. This study aims to create a decision support system for the selection of goods delivery services by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method that can solve problems by comparing between shipping services. The results of this study are in the form of conclusion calculations that can be taken into consideration for decision making in choosing the most widely chosen freight forwarding services for students and getting the best results in decision making. The results of calculations using the Simple Additive Weighting method, the highest value based on time criteria is JNE YES with a value of 0.73, based on price criteria is a vehicle with a value of 0.68, based on the weight criteria is JNE YES with a value of 0.75, while based on the volume criteria the highest value is a vehicle with a value of 0.70 .

Abstract

Fulfillment of academic information to support a decision in a college is very necessary, especially to support an academic planning and evaluation in higher education. Often management asks the student academic bureau to find out the number of students based on their class, period, number of graduates, class schedules to student grades. This encourages the student academic bureau to create a desktop-based application that can be used to find out more quickly the needs requested by management. By using the extreme programming (XP) model, it can accommodate the academic information needs of student affairs in universities in the form of a recap of academic data that can be presented in real time and quickly for the upper level management.

Abstract

Abstrak: Guru merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menentukan kualitas peserta didik. Peran guru tidak hanya sebagai seorang pengajar yang hanya memberikan ilmu saja, akan tetapi juga sebagai seorang pendidik yang mampu memberikan arahan dan menuntun siswa dalam belajar, serta dapat sebagai panutan (role model) dalam cara siswa bersikap dan berperilaku. Penilaian prestasi kinerja guru mutlak harus dilakukan untuk mengetahui prestasi yang hendak dicapai oleh setiap guru. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah model sistem pendukung keputusan yang mempunyai kemampuan analisa pemilihan guru berprestasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja guru pada salah satu sekolah menengah pertama negeri di daerah Jakarta, dilakukan dengan beberapa pokok penilaian yang terdiri dari pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial serta profesional dengan total 14 kriteria sebagai bahan penilaian. Dalam penilaian ini para guru dibandingkan satu dengan yang lainnya, sehingga memberikan output nilai yang valid terhadap kinerja setiap guru. Sehingga pihak sekolah dapat mempergunakannya sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan yang efektif dan efisien dan dapat mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam menentukan kualitas kinerja dari setiap guru melalui penilaian yang dilakukan. Dan hasil penelitian ini adalah model dari suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penilaian kinerja guru dengan pendekatan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang memberikan informasi mengenai hasil penilaian kinerja guru. Kata kunci: Kinerja Guru, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Simple Additive Weighting. Abstract: The teacher is an important factor in determining the quality of students. The role of the teacher is not only as a teacher who only provides knowledge, but also as an educator who is able to provide direction and guide students in learning, and can be a role model in the way students behave and behave. Assessment of teacher performance achievements is absolutely must be done to find out the achievements to be achieved by each teacher. The purpose of this paper is to build a decision support system model that has the ability to analyze the selection of outstanding teachers using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method approach. In assessing teacher performance in one of the state junior high schools in the Jakarta area, several points were assessed, consisting of pedagogic, personality, social and professional with a total of 14 criterias as assessment material. In this assessment the teachers are compared with each other, thus giving a valid output value to the performance of each teacher. So that the school can use it as an effective and efficient decision-making tool and can facilitate the school in determining the quality of the performance of each teacher through the assessments made. And the results of this study are a model of a decision support system for assessing teacher performance with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) approach which provides information about the results of teacher performance assessment. Abstract

Abstrak: Kompetensi yang tinggi tidak pula dapat menjadi tolak ukur bahwa seorang gurudapat mengajar dengan baik. Bisa jadi seorang guru dengan kompetensi yang standar, tetapipenyampaiannya yang mudah bisa lebih diterima pembelajarannya oleh peserta didik. Hal inimembuktikan bukan hanya kompetensi yang tinggi yang dibutuhkan guru, tetapi juga caramengajar dan penyampaian yang mudah untuk dicerna oleh peserta didik. Kedekatanemosional antara guru dan peserta didik juga dapat mempermudah dalam pembentukankarakteristik dan watak peserta didik nantinya. Untuk dapat melaksanakan fungsinya denganbaik, maka guru dituntut untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Dalam melakukan penilaiankinerja guru dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan fuzzy logic model Tahani. Dengan kriteriapenilaian yaitu pedagogik, kepribadian, social dan profesional yang menjadi input nilai fuzzynya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan logika fuzzy dengan metode Tahaniuntuk menilai kinerja guru dengan peringkat hasil penilaian kinerja dengan fuzzy Tahani. Danhasil penelitian ini adalah model dari suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penilaian kinerjaguru dengan pendekatan logika fuzzy metode Tahani yang memberikan informasi mengenaihasil penilaian kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Fuzzy Tahani, Pendukung Keputusan, Kinerja Abstract: High competence can not be a benchmark for a teacher to teach well. It could be ateacher with standard standards, but its easy delivery can be more acceptable to learn bylearners. This proves not only what the teacher needs, but also the way of teaching and deliverythat is easy to digest by learners. Emotional closeness between teachers and learners can alsoenter in the form of characteristics and character of learners later. To be able to perform itsfunctions properly, then the teacher is required to improve its performance. In carrying outteacher performance appraisal can be done by using fuzzy Tahani logic model. With the criteriaof assessment that is pedagogic, personality, social and professional input into his fuzzy. Theresult of this research is to apply fuzzy logic with Tahani method. And the results of this study isa model of a decision support system for teacher performance appraisal with fuzzy logicapproach Tahani method that provides information about employee performance appraisalresults. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan fuzzy inference system dengan metodeMamdani dengan melakukan pembobotan terhadap kriteria-kriteria yang dijadikan penilaianuntuk melakukan perekrutan karyawan tetap. Logika fuzzy adalah suatu cara tepat untukmemetakan suatu ruang input ke dalam suatu ruang output. Teknik ini menggunakan teorimatematis himpunan fuzzy. Dalam penelitian ini ada 5 kriteria yang dijadikan penilaian untukmelakukan perekrutan karyawan tetap yaitu kehadiran, kedisiplinan, keahlian, prestasi kerja dankepribadian yang dianalisa untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi yang digunakan apakah karyawanlayak direkrut atau tidak. Dan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dapat digunakan sebagai bahanpertimbangan bagi perusahaan untuk digunakan sebagai penunjang alat bantu dalamperekrutan karyawan tetap. Kata kunci: Fuzzy Inference System, Mamdani, Rekrutmen Abstract: The purpose of this study is to apply fuzzy inference system with Mamdani method byweighting the criteria used for the assessment recruiting permanent employees. Fuzzy logic is agreat way to map an input space into an output space. This technique uses mathematical theoryof fuzzy sets. In this study, there are five assessment criteria used to recruit permanentemployees, namely attendance, discipline, skills, work performance and personality areanalyzed to get a recommendation that is used if employees are hired or not feasible. And theresult of this research is that it can be used as consideration for the company to be used as asupport tool in the recruitment of permanent employees. Abstract

Abstrak: Mengelola dokumen sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan bukanlah perkara yang mudah.Penataan tempat dan ruang menjadi salah satu kendala dalam melakukannya. Belum lagi pencarian dokumen yang diperlukan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan bisa saja dokumen sudah menjadi rusak ataupun hilang. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dirancang untuk mengelola dokumen. Sistem informasi dibangun salah satunya menggunakan model extreme programming (XP). Dengan XP sistem informasi pengarsipan dokumen untuk mengakomodir setiap kebutuhan dalam melakukan pengarsipan dokumen dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah rancang bangun sistem informasi pengarsipan dokumen menggunakan model XP. Kata kunci: Extreme Programming, Rancang Bangun, Arsip Abstract: Manage documents or organizations for easy cases. Place and space arrangements become one of the bases in doing so. Not to mention taking a document that takes a long time and it could have been corrupted or lost documents. For that required information system designed to manage documents. Information systems built one of them using extreme programming model (XP). With XP document archiving information system to accommodate every requirement in doing document archiving well. Abstract

Untuk sistem pendukung keputusan, model menggunakan metode simple additive weighting (SAW). Dalam melakukan evaluasi terhadap pegawai terbaik Bank X akan dilakukan beberapa evaluasi berdasarkan kriteria yang digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi. Dalam evaluasi ini, karyawan dibandingkan satu sama lain untuk memberikan nilai output yang valid antara setiap karyawan. Oleh karena itu, para pengelola Bank X dapat menggunakannya sebagai alat pengambilan keputusan yang efektif dan efisien, serta dapat membantu para pengelola Bank X untuk menentukan pemilihan pegawai terbaik melalui evaluasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah suatu model sistem pendukung keputusan yang memilih pegawai terbaik melalui metode simple additive weighting (SAW) yang memberikan informasi dengan cara mengevaluasi pegawai terbaik. Memilih karyawan terbaik di sebuah perusahaan memang tidak mudah. Karena karyawan merupakan salah satu aset penting perusahaan, maka harus ada kriteria yang dijadikan parameter evaluasi dalam pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Bank X memiliki beberapa kriteria penilaian pegawai terbaik yaitu penampilan, kehandalan, rasa tanggung jawab, wawasan dan empati terhadap produk Bank X.

Abstract

Abstract: PT WOM Finance tbk is a private financial corporation located in Central Jakarta which always strives to continuously improve internal and external quality in order to compete with other companies. One effort that needs to be done is to conduct an assessment of the performance of an external employee called Marekting Agent. However, the assessment conducted on PT WOM Finance tbk not yet the existence of a system that resulted in assessment, this is what makes the need for a system capable of managing performance appraisal data marketing agent and generate rankings from the calculation of the value of Marketing Agent (MA). Thus, to be more accurate in the assessment of marketing agents, companies sebaikanya selective assessment of marketing agents. The method used in decision support system one of them is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which can be used in problem solving which is subjective and can also be used to solve the problem in the achievement of marketing agent achievement. With the final result obtained by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is to know Marketing Agent at PT WOM Finance tbk, with the most superior criterion is candidate Ari Darmawan with 52,27% percentage.

Abstract

Sistem Penunjang Keputusan sebagai alat bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan saat ini mulai banyak diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan, tak terkecuali dalam membuat suatu keputusan untuk proses penerimaan karyawan. Salah satu diantaranya yaitu proses perekrutan teller pada Bank yang selama ini masih terjadi salah dalam melakukan proses perekrutan. Hal ini memicu permasalahan anatar lain karyawan yang direkrut tidak sesuai dengan kreteria, karyawan tidak bertahan lama dalam bekerja (resign) dan karyawan tidak mampu memenuhi tuntutan kerja. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) diterapkan untuk mendapatkan nilai bobot dari kriteria dan alternatif, sehingga diperoleh hasil akhir dengan perangkingan nilai bobot tertinggi. Dengan demikian hal ini diharapkan dapat membantu merekomendasikan dalam proses perekrutan teller pada Bank sesuai dengan kreteria dan tuntutan perusahaan.
