Abstract

Capital market is a vehicle that can mobilize long-term fundraising from the society to be channeled into productive sectors through the sale of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and derivatives. Investment decision-making is a process of selecting the best alternative from a number of alternatives available under the influence of complex situations, will be greatly influenced by the received information, the level of capability and knowledge of the investors about investment. Financial behavior aims to understand the behavior of investors in making investment decisions. The purpose of this study is to examine and obtain empirical evidence of potential individual investors’ determination in making decision of stock investment. This type of research is quantitative research with purposive sampling technique. The population used in this research is the students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiayata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. The sample used is 50 UST students who want to be a share investor in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods of data collection use questionnaires and structured questions. Data analysis technique use Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study noted that the quality of accounting information, subjective norms, perceptions of behavior control and risk perceptions do not systematically affect on the intention of prospective individual investors in decision-making stock investment in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This study aims to assess and analyze the health level of the Tani Makmur Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) in 2013-2018 based on the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs Number: 06 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016. This research is quantitative descriptive. The research subject is the Tani Makmur Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) and the object of the research is the level of health. Collecting data in research using interview and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is the ratio analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the overall health level of KSP Tani Makmur in 2013-2018 is in the category under supervision, getting a mean score of 62.73. The capital aspect gets a score of 31.33 (Under Special Supervision); aspects of the quality of earning assets get a score of 61.00 (Under Supervision); management aspects get a score of 98.00 (Healthy); efficiency aspects get a score of 68.30 (Fairly Healthy); the liquidity aspect gets a score of 50.00 (Under Special Supervision); aspects of independence and cooperative growth get a score of 37.50 (Under Special Supervision); as well as aspects of cooperative identity get a score of 100.00 (Healthy).

Abstract

The aim of this paper was to examined the influence of profitability, cash flow, liquidity, leverage and firm size towards dividend payout ratio. The sample includes 11 manufactur companis in consumer goods industry sector listed in Inodnesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on the year period 2016-2019. We use time series regression (panel data) to test the hypothesis of this study. The results shows that independent variables of profitability, liquidity, and leverage have positive and significant impact in dividend payout ratio; whereas, the independent variables of cash flow and firm size have negative and significant impact on dividend payout ratio.Kata Kunci : Dividend Payout Ratio, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Hutang, Ukuran Perusahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji tingkat literasi keuangan mahasiswa dan karakteristik demografis yang mempengaruhinya. Responden penelitian sejumlah 444 mahasiswa yang berasal dari Fakultas Ekonomi (FE) dan Non Fakultas Ekonomi (Non-FE) di sebuah universitas swasta (PTS) di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan indikator literasi keuangan meliputi: basic personal finance, manajemen uang, utang dan kredit, tabungan dan investasi serta manajemen resiko. Metode analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji beda, regresi probit dan tobit. Hasil statistik deskriptif menunjukkan tingkat literasi keuangan mahasiswa relatif rendah, yakni sejumlah 37.79%. Terlebih, hasil studi menunjukkan adanya perbedaan literasi keuangan mahasiswa FE dan Non FE serta tahun angkatan. Literasi keuangan paling tinggi dimiliki oleh mahasiswa FE dengan tahun angkatan 2016. Hasil regresi probit dan tobit menunjukkan tahun angkatan dan disiplin ilmu berpengaruh terhadap literasi keuangan. Implikasi penting dari hasil penelitian adalah peran universitas melalui perumusan kurikulum pembelajaran dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman literasi keuangan mahasiswa, khususnya pada aspek tabungan dan investasi.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada UMKM DERIJI Craft yang berlokasi  di Dusun Plembon Yogyakarta. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membuat program sebagai upaya penyelamatan DERIJI Craft ditengah masa pandemi Covid 19, khususnya terkait dengan “social media marketing strategy”. Sehingga, materi yang disampaikan lebih menitikberatkan terhadap edukasi dan praktik pembuatan sosial media DERIJI Craft. Materi pelatihan sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh DERIJI Craft. Sehingga saat pelaksanaan kegiatan para peserta aktif dan antusias mengikuti pelatihan hingga akhir sesi. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan secara bertahap, baik secara luring maupun daring. Mekanisme pelaksanaan kegiatan secara luring dilaksanakan dengan penyelenggaraan pelatihan secara langsung yang bertempat di showroom DERIJI craft dengan pemilik DERIJI craft sebagai peserta kegiatan. Sementara, pelaksanaan kegiatan secara daring dengan menggunakan aplikasi zoom dan WAG. Peserta kegiatan sejumlah 23 peserta yang terdiri dari pemilik DERIJI Craft, organisasi pemuda lokal dan masyarakat setempat. Hasil pelatihan dan penyuluhan adalah dimilikinya pengetahuan tentang pentingnya penggunaan sosial media sebagai strategi pemasaran DERIJI Craft, penggunaan sosial media berupa website, Instagram, dan Facebook DERIJI Craft, serta produk DERIJI Craft telah terdaftar dalam Bukalapak.Abstract:  Community service is carried out at DERIJI Craft SMEs that is located in Minggir District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Province. This service activity aims to save and redesign DERIJI Craft by proposing new marketing strategy time of Covid 19 pandemic, especially the use of social media marketing strategy. Thus, the material delivered is more focused on education and practice of making DERIJI Craft social media. The training material is in accordance with the problems faced by DERIJI Craft. So that during the implementation of the activity the participants were active and enthusiastic in attending the training until the end of the session. The activity is carried out in stages, both offline and online. Participants in the activity consisted of DERIJI Craft owners, local youth organization, and the general public. The result of training and counseling knowledge on how to create and implement social media as a marketing strategy of for DERIJI Craft, such as websites, Instagram, and Facebook DERIJI Craft, and marketplace Bukalapak

Abstract

DIGITAL MARKETING TRAINING AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT FOR THE ACCELERATION OF THE PERFORMANCE OF BAMBOO CRAFTSMEN SMES IN TIRTOADI VILLAGE, MLATI, SLEMAN. This community service program in the forms of training and consulting was carried out for 3 months in Tirtoadi Village, Mlati District, Sleman Regency. Community service participants consisted of bamboo craftsman SMEs and local youth organization (Karang Taruna). Training and counselling material consist of digital marketing, business management, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) certification. The training material is in accordance with the problems or constraints experienced by Tirtoadi Village bamboo craftsmen SME. The participants expect that the community service program can be carried out on a regular basis. Several parties involve in the program such as the Tirtoadi Village Government, local youth organization and bamboo craftsmen SME. The training and consulting program contribute to the increase of knowledge related to digital marketing, business management and IPR certification.

Abstract

Company value is very important, because high company value will be followed by high shareholder prosperity. The higher the stock price, the higher the value of the company. High corporate value is the desire of the owner of the company, because a high value indicates the prosperity of shareholders is also high. This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, and dividend policy on the value of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sample in this study were 19 companies. In this study, firm size is proxied by firm size = Ln (Total Assets), dividend policy is proxied by DPR (dividend payout ratio), and leverage is proxied by DER (Debt To Equity Ratio). Purposive sampling method is the method used to determine the sample of this study. The analytical method used is descriptive test, classical assumption test, and multiple regression analysis test using SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely firm size, dividend policy, and leverage have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely firm value. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size, profitability on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. This study uses a type of quantitative research with sampling using a purposive sampling method, which is a sample selection method with certain predetermined criteria. So that in this study obtained as many as 25 data from 72 companies that meet the criteria. The method used in this study is linear regression analysis with SPSS version 20. The results of this study found that (1) company size has a positive effect on capital structure (2) profitability has a significant negative effect on capital structure (3) company size has a positive and no effect significant to firm value (4) profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value (5) capital structure is able to mediate the effect of firm size on firm value (6) capital structure is unable to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Covid-19 in terms of Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size, and Sales Growth on Financial Distress in tourism, restaurant and hotel sector companies listed on the IDX during the 2017-2021 period. The population of this study are companies in the tourism, restaurant and hotel sectors in the 2017-2021 period. In this study, Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size and Sales Growth are the independent variables, while Financial Distress is the research variable. From the results of the partial test (t test) shows that the variables Liquidity, Firm Size and Sales Growth have no effect on Financial Distress while the Profitability variable has a significant effect on Financial Distress because the sig value is 0.00 <0.005 and t count is 7.304 > t-table 1, 98761 Thus Profitability has an influence on Financial Distress.
