Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of the community on the implementation of Village Fund Allocation that is used for the Implementation of Village Governance, Village Development, empowerment of rural communities, and Community Activities. with the influence of moderation good governance. The purpose of village fund allocation in principle to improve the welfare and equity of village development through improving public services in the village, promoting the village economy, overcoming the inter-village development gap and strengthening the village community as the subject of development. This is in accordance with the substance of Village Law No. 6/2014 to grant greater autonomy to the village in order to become self-reliant. currently there are still many parties who do not understand the use of village funds. There needs to be an appropriate and understandable media for village community can see and know the village government has done in the use of the village budget. This study uses secondary data collected from village administration, while primary data is collected from Bantul village community. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling based variance with the help SmartPLS software. The results showed that the simultaneous administration of village funding for all programs has a positive and significant impact on the perception of the village community perception, while the program partially for each funding does not significantly affect. Good governance as an independent variable significantly influences the perceptions of village communities, but the role of  Governance for the implementation of each partial funding program has no significant effect on community village perception.

Abstract

This study discussess customers perception to increase tourism satisfaction in the Kars Museum Indonesia. The population are all traveller in the area of museum with 100 people as sample. The collecting data used questionare structurally and scale likert. The analyse data used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Patial Least Square (PLS). Based on path analyse can be concluded that direct effect on tourism attractions toward satisfaction tourist is the best perception with a total effect of 0.425, tourist guide towards satisfaction tourist is the worst perception with a total effect of 0.291 so that it need improvement and enhancement. The result of study showed that variables educational content, tourism attractions and tourist guides have a significant effect on the perception of visitors and simultaneously affect sigificant to visitors perception with a coefficient of 0.641. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability (ROA,ROE), leverage (DER), and FIRM SIZE) and then effect on firm value (PBV) of the company’s value on the LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all company LQ45 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange amounted to 45 companies in the period 2015-2018. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the final sampel obtained was 26 companies belonging to the LQ45 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Source of data in this research is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. Based on the results of the analysis that the profitability has two proxy namely ROA has a significant effect in firm value and the profitability ROE has significant effect in firm value, leverage is has proxy DER a significant effect in firm value, and firm size is positive but not significant on firm value.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the impact of Liquidity Risk which is proxied by Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on financial performance which is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) at commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling method, found 10 banks with the largest assets. The data taken in the form of secondary data obtained through the annual repost and financial report. The results showed that there was a significant effect between Net Interest Margin and Good Corporate Governance on financial performance, while liquidity risk had no effect on financial performance. The implication of this result is to consider lending and overcome the risks faced.Keywords: liquidity risk; net interest margin; good corporate governance; financial performanceABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Risiko Likuiditas yang diproksi dengan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diproksikan dengan Return on Asset (ROA) di bank umum yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2014-2018. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling, didapatkan 10 bank dengan aset terbesar. Data diambil dalam bentuk data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Net Interest Margin dan Good Corporate Governance terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan risiko likuditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Implikasi dari hasil ini adalah mempertimbangkan penyaluran kredit dan mengatasi risiko yang dihadapi.Kata kunci: risiko likuiditas; net interest margin; good corporate governance; kinerja keuangan

Abstract

This research was aimed to analyze of profitability, investment decisions, and funding decisions on firm value. This research belongs to empirical study research. The population in this research is transportation sub-sector which is 43 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample used is to use a purposive sampling method, namely the sampling technique for data sources with certain considerations. Quantitative analysis of the r Square, and hypothesis testing in the form of the F test and t test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on profitability there was also a positive and significant influence on investment decisions, there was also a positive and significant influence on funding decisions, and there is also a positive and significant effect on profitability, investment decisions, and funding decisions on the value of the BEI 2016-2018 transport sub-sector company

Abstract

This study aims so that determine how the factors that affect the price earning ratio as one of the criteria for stock investment decisions of manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. Indicators of company characteristics used include the Dividend Payout Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets to Price Earning Ratio. Dividend policy is based on the Dividend Payout Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, profitability is proxied by Return on Assets, and Company Value is prioritized by Price Earning Ratio. This study uses secondary data from financial reports and annual reports of companies included in manufacturing companies during 2013-2018. The research sample was determined using purposive sampling method, so that the sample obtained was about 8 companies. The results of hypothesis testing for each independent variable have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Equity (ROE), Price to Book Value (PBV), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Price Earning Ratio (PER) pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang dan konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode tahun 2015-2019. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinan yang dibantu dengan program SPSS. Dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Maka, sampel yang diperoleh 11 perusahaan yang sudah memenuhi kriteria penelitian dan data penelitian yang dikumpulkan 55 data selama 5 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Return on Equity (ROE) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Price Earning Ratio (PER). Namun pada variabel Price to Book Value (PBV) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price Earning Ratio (PER). Sedangkan, variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Price Earning Ratio (PER).

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze group cohesiveness, organizational culture,job satisfaction and work engagement on millennial generation workers in the SlemanRegency area. The main problem in this research is work engagement. The researchdata was collected by distributing questionnaires through google forms and distributedto 80 respondents spread across the Sleman Regency. The research method used inthis study is a quantitative research method, then the research data collectiontechnique is purposive random sampling and uses data analysis tools SPSS (Statistic Package for Social Science), Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results, thefactors that influence work engagement are organizational culture and jobsatisfaction. The evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing which show P Values <0.05 which is 0.000 and P Values < 0.05 which is 0.032 while the group cohesivenessvariable has no effect on work engagement in millennial generation workers in theSleman Regency area

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Kompetensi terhadap Performance innovation Melalui Self confidence sebagai variabel intevening pada Pegawai BUMDes di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan dari menyebar kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yaitu sampel diambil secara acak sederhana dan setiap pegawai sampel memiliki peluang yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self confidence dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.005 < 0.05 maka hipotesis I diterima. Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  Performnace innovation dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.936 > 0.05 maka hipotesis II ditolak. Self confidence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Performance innovation dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.041 < 0.05 maka hipotesis III diterima. Kompetensi terhadap Performance Innovation  dengan self confidence sebagai variabel intervening dengan tingkat signifikansi Z skor 4.15 > 1,96  maka hipotesis IV diterima.
